Nhân viên thân thiện, vui vẻ. Thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh. Phòng rộng và tiện nghi, tuy nhiên trong phòng có mùi hơi khó chịu từ phòng tắm, nên xử lý thì sẽ OK hơn. Vị trí cách trung tâm Sapa khoảng 10-15 phút đi bộ, nếu bạn không ngại đi bộ thì hãy lựa chọn Youth Homestay Sapa nhé. Xem tiếp

Tolet có mùi và lạnh. Nhà trên đồi nhưng không có người hỗ trợ nên khuân vác đồ khá vất vả. Tốt nhất không nên vác nhiều đồ đến. Ưu điểm được ăn sáng ở KS nên rất nhiều món. Xem tiếp

Homestay mới, sạch sẽ. Tuy nhiên mở cửa hơi muộn, ko có lễ tân 24/24, mình đến sớm phải gọi mãi chị chủ nhà mới nghe để tìm chỗ gửi đồ. Ăn sáng phải đi bộ 1 đoạn qua hotel khác chứ tại homestay ko có, hơi bất tiện chút. Chăn đắp hơi bí hơi nên bị nóng, ko mềm, đắp thì nóng mà ko đắp thì lạnh. Còn lại thì rất ok. Xem tiếp

We wanted to be walking distance from the centre of town, but we also wanted to experience the peace, tranquility and stunning mountain views that the surrounding areas have to offer. Youth Homestay meets both these needs perfectly. It is just 5mins from town, but is located on a quiet little road and overlooks the entire Sa Pa Valley. The view from the bedroom (and even from your bed) is unbeatable. The beds are soft and comfortable (a rarity in Vietnam!), the bathrooms are sleek and modern with a gorgeous tub to soak in after a long days hike. Internet is very fast and reliable and best of all - the owner/staff are kind, helpful and speak excellent english. Stay here, you will not be disappointed. Xem tiếp

I like the customer service there, they are so nice. They have great bathroom, but the location is a bit far and the road is dark. It is a bit difficult to travel in the foggy weather. I still recommend that you should come here. The view is amazing. Xem tiếp

The room was very dirty, I mean dust and dirt on the floor. Bathroom wasn't cleaned when I checked in. The rubbish bin in toilet wasn't empty when I checked in and had a toilet tissue covered with stool. I have to go down twice to get them to clean the room, but still not to the standard of what I have experience. Don't even think of using the bath tub. I have to use the toilet cleaner and clean the bathroom myself because I booked 3 nights. Contact with Agoda to have my money back, but nothing happened. Very disappointed. Xem tiếp

The slope is quite high and the stair is kind of vertical so it was hard for us to bring suitcase by ourselves to reach the lobby. Hot water only available around 5 mins then cold water only. I really want to take a bathtub after a long day traveling so it was disappointed. Also, the construction right before the homestay was really noisy. Xem tiếp

The room is spacious with a big bath that you can buy local herbal bath liquid to enjoy it yourself. Room almost like a 4-star hotel room, way better than the similar price 3-star hotel rooms around town. Host is a lovely family that both the husband and wife prepare us delicious and freshly made breakfast. We been to Ha Giang and then Sapa and even though Sapa itself was disappointed, this accommodation was the best during our Northern trip! Xem tiếp

I got a room with a queen size bed and an extra bed all to myself. It was spacious, I mean, SPACIOUS. The staff were very accommodating. One thing I just hate about the place is how you get there. You'll have to climb plights of stairs so don't bring heavy suitcases. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely come back again!! Xem tiếp

Very nice place to sleep! We stayed there for two nights and the room was just perfect. The owners are so lovely. They are always trying to help and they speak very good English. 10 minutes walking from the city center but just 2 minutes away from the starting point of all the trekkings! The best: the incredible view from our room and the amazing breakfast prepared by the owners. Thanks a lot and good luck in the future! Xem tiếp
