Rất tốt
Nhan vien và cô dọn phòng rất tốt. Chị chủ cũng thân thiện sẵn lòng giúp đỡ. Nhược là phòng k có ấm siêu tốc, k có máy sấy ma phải đi xuống mượn. Phòng kiểu như nhà ở nhìn ấm áp hợp vs ng nc ngoài còn ng Việt nhìn sẽ thấy khong giống khách sạn lắm! Phòng tắm cung cấp các sản phẩm còn hoi sơ sài! Xem tiếp

Đã từng ở khách sạn này một lần, nhưng khi quay lại thì hoàn toàn thất vọng vì bị chuyển sang một khách sạn khác vì hết phòng với cơ sở vật chất kém hơn và không được thỏa đáng Xem tiếp

Hotel is around the main sights, travel agency, great restaurants and grocery around the corner. Staff very helpful and friendly. You maybe need to walk some stairs, can be noisy, little things to improve in bathroom, also a light next to the bed would be great. In total a great relation between price and performance! Xem tiếp

Thank you to the two person at the reception. Both wearing glasses. You guys have been very accommodating and helpful. For being the most hospitable in all of my request/question. Location wise too. Just a friendly tip: do not stay at Attic room - located at 6th floor - as the shared bathroom is located at the ground floor. No elevator. But overall, okay. 😘 Thank you, Yen's hotel! 💖 Xem tiếp

really loved our stay here as soon as we arrived we were given a warm welcome and free happy hour beer which is always a bonus they gave us a map and pointed out what there is to do and what's nearby, and they were like this everyday made the stay so pleasant. as for the rooms it was tiring being up on the 6th floor but very nice rooms kept clean so all in all well worth the money and the service is exceptional x thank you Xem tiếp

The place is near Ben Tanh Market, and you can easily access nearby restaurants, shops and the backpackers area. My husband and I love our room, quite clean. Especially the free beer the hotel provides when you want to relax. Xem tiếp

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Room was big and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. It's a bit noisy during night time due to its close proximity to Pham Ngu Lao street buzzing with night life activities. Breakfast was good. Overall money well spent. Xem tiếp

The problem with this hotel is they don't have an elevator, when we visit a country, we roam around to make the most of our stay after the long walk, we still have to go up to our room which is in the 5th Floor. Everytime we go down, we make sure that we won't be going down and up again because it's tiring. But the location make it up. Xem tiếp

So far so good. The pricing is good for what we received. I love the style and hotel's staffs for their responsiveness. The only 2 points to possibly improve is: the twin-size bed is actually a combining of 2 single beds. It's quite uncomfortable to ... sleep right on the middle accidentally sometimes. Then, the aircon is not that powerful, it takes so long to cool the room. It's nice that they have the ceiling fan, but I'd love having the control of the aircon. I think the fixing up would not be too costly for them but it is important. Nice hotel and feel good we found it! Xem tiếp

I stayed here for two days with my best friend. The owner is kind enough to accomodate us for we arrived at 2am in the morning. The hotel is located at Phang Ngu Lao District 1 area which is near to almost everything. Our klook agency is just 5 minutes away from the hotel and Mekong express bus boarding point to Cambodia is also a walking distance. The only problem is that they dont have an elevator and our room is at the 5th floor. 😭 Overall, i would still recommend the hotel to all kinds of traveller. Xem tiếp

The hotel's good place and nearby with important place in Ho Chi Min city appropriate with backpackers to like travel walking around the city. Moreover hotel not close to walking street and bar so it's not noise when we get to sleep. Hotel is 15 mins walk from Benthan Market. Take a cab to locate the hotel for it is situated inside an narrow alley full of restaurant, pub and shops. The only catch here, is the sound of pubs, karaoke and disco noise which could be heard or might disturb you in your sleep if you are not use in Saigon Night life. Xem tiếp

Noisy old air conditioner, noisy music from the nearby park, room too hot as this hotel is facing the west No solution from staff on noisy old air conditioner , room was not set up on time during guest arrival. Very very disappointing !!!!!! No solution on the loud sound from the old air conditioner, I had move to other hotel in that area. They will charge you 3% from your total stay if you will pay via credit card and unfortunately their credit card terminal is filthy old that my cards cannot accept. Rooms smells like an old house. Restroom exhaust is not working. Supposedly I will cancel my booking because of their payment terms but unfortunately they will charge me if I cancelled my booking. Its 2018 now people they should change their credit card terminal & the payment terms. Most likely people will not stay on your place & rather find a good payment terms. Xem tiếp

the room was only $20 ... and I was only staying overnight whilst passing through ... I got through customs etc ... taxi ride there and booked into the hotel at 1:30am ... my room was on the 6th floor ...
