Nhìn chung khách sạn khá nhỏ nhưng mang đến cho tôi sự hài lòng ở cung cách phục vụ nhanh nhẹn và thân thiện. Bạn sẽ không phải chờ thang máy quá lâu nếu chọn phòng ở trên tầng cao. good enough to stay alone. Shower has good water pressure. Reception stuff is ok. Close to market and laundry place is next to the hotel. It takes one night + . There is another washing service across the load and go into a narrow road. 40 Don per kg. There is nice lady stuff. Xem tiếp

The morning receptionist is lacking of customer service skill - not that helpful / less attentive. The cleaner is more friendly and attentive - thumbs up for that lady but unfortunately i didn't get her name. Room should be cleaned every single day, not just replacement of towels. Great central location. Near to Ben Thanh market. Clean tidy room with tea and coffee making facilities. Was a big disappointed with the receptionist at checkin..he didnt smile ỏ make us feel welcome. The bell boy / porter was very friendly and helpful though. Walking distance to ben thanh market. The staff were very helpful when we arrived at 2am inthe morning they wait at the lobby to open the door. They even allow us to store our luggage for nearly half day after we check out from the hotel. Even with their limited english they still trying hard to communicate with us. Xem tiếp

First, there's a lift, convenient to us who brought big bag on holiday. Very near to Ben Thanh market and halal food restaurant. Near to money changers, boutiques and night market. Also, the staff is very helpful and kind. They let us use the internet for flight web check in and will help to print the boarding pass. There hotel situated near the market so it is within the walking distance. The room is not so big but clean and comfortable. The staffs are helpful and speak good English.There are several restaurants and cafe around the hotel, and also some supermarkets. Xem tiếp

i stayed at this hotel on Jan 2nd for a night. check in was fast. the moment i stepped in the room, my goodness, the room was very nice..it's definitely a new hotel. bed, pillow are very comfy. room is clean, toilet is big and clean. this hotel is very near to ben thanh market..restaurant like basiroh, mart, etc is just few steps. everything is perfect for its price. i will come back, definitely. a 8.5/10 great location, veri central in tourist spot shopping and eating all nearby room condition is gd, veri clean and well pack room onli down point is de aircon . not tat cold but u dun stay long in tt room anyway. so not tat much of an issue stuff is gd and friendly definitely a great place to stay for tat price Xem tiếp
