Winter Spring Homestay is a economic homestay located in a great location of town in Can Tho. From this location you can easily access local markets, eateries, and various local waterways within walking distance. Winter Spring Homestay offers free use of their washing machine, offers free use of their bicycles, free breakfast and have decent wifi. They also offer motorbike rentals, can book local excursions, and offer taxi service. The room we rented was large and included a kitchenette and aircon. Staff is small, friendly, and helpful. Our only complaint is that walls are thin and, especially in the evening, things can get loud - the first night we had a difficult time sleeping because of this. However the staff is eager to please at Winter Spring Homestay and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. This place is highly recommended! Xem tiếp

Both the owner and the receptionist Mary are sooo helpful. They have gone out of their way to try to assist us during our stay there. The location is perfect and you can take the free bikes to ride around to explore can tho city. The breakfast is plentiful and the house keeping ladies are so kind and warm as well. We stayed there twice on 2 separate occasions. We have thoroughly enjoyed both stays. They even offer free bus pick up and drop off which were very helpful. In all it is such lovely homestay. The staff was extremely efficient, friendly, flexible, and helpful in helping solve problems and make travel arrangements. The woman at the desk priced several bus ticket combinations, booked tickets, was gracious when we changed plans, made sure we arrived at the bus station on time, and went to great lengths to find room when came down sick and unable to travel. The floating market tour organized through the hotel was first rate and a highlight of our Vietnam trip. We stayed in two different apartments. The apartment in the building with main office is well stocked with utensils, refrigerator, microwave, and even has a water dispenser. Having access to the washing machine is excellent. Be warned that the beds in Winter apartment are firm even by Asian standards, the twin bed in particular. The beds were more comfortable in the apartment around the corner from the main office. It was convenient to have access to the fruit and hot drinks throughout the day. Xem tiếp

After reading so many good reviews, we booked & stayed 3 nights in Winter Spring Homestay. Overall, our experience was satisfactory. The room is clean & spacy, provide complimentary airport transfer, bike rental, breakfast, mini bar with bananas, homemade yogurt & soy milk. A little disappointed that the hammock was not provided in the Deluxe Spring room as illustrated in Agoda. It wasn't really a "Homestay" as we expected, read so many reviews (came to realized mainly are Europeans) describing how friendly the hosts are, we were kind of disappointed having the hosts passed us by a couple of times on the staircase, he did not even make the initiative to say hello in return. It’s a shame that we did not have an opportunity to interact with the friendly hosts after all. Anyway, effort was noticed in providing a guide book in the room. Some of the staffs are friendly, apparently language is the barrier. Xem tiếp

Room was great! Very much space and own balcony. There was laundrymachine which you can use for free, if you have your own detergent or you can buy it from reception. Breakfast was nice too. We took the longer tour in the floating markets and it was great! So much to see. I recommend this place! Xem tiếp

I had a very comfortable 4 day stay here. Cozy and quiet. The hosts are very nice, and can organize a tour for you or even a more personalized one. Breakfast every morning plus free use of the kitchen as you please. You can even do your laundry here. Complimentary bikes are available. We stayed at Winter Spring Homestay for 3 nights. We got a upgrade for our room, because our actual room wasn't ready yet. So we got instead of a basic double room an entire floor with a family room and an extra kitchen. It was great. Very clean room and friendly staff. We totally felt comfortable. Restaurants are nearby. You can also rent a motorbike or bicycle. The hostel has a brand new washing machine, where you just need to pay the detergent. Xem tiếp

I can't overstate how good this place is. We've stayed in a LOT of Homestay, including a lot of great ones but this place really tops it. The staff are so nice, and incredibly helpful, booking transportation for you, giving lots of tips. Another thing that stood out was how the rooms actually look like the photos on Agoda, without layers of wear and tear, like you usually get. Add to that all the free things they offer like bike or motorcycle use between 7am-6pm, nice breakfast, free laundry usage, delicious homemade yogurt, free transfer to the bus station and you've got great value for money. We took a tour from them and the guide (also receptionist named Mary) was amazing, great English, super likeable and so much local knowledge. Xem tiếp

My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and we were treated so well! Where winterspring really stands out is with the customer service, attention to details of making our stay incredible and the excursion to the owners home town where his mom and sisters cooked the most delicious lunch, we got to pickfruit in the orchards, walk in the rice paddies. So far on our trip, the floating market and countryside visit was our best day. Also, the desk booked our bus tickets for us which was incredibly helpful. Xem tiếp

Nice clean room with desk and small balcony. Breakfast was great - they had a different dish each morning, plus you can cook your own eggs, and have free fruit, homemade yogurt, coffee/tea/juice. Really nice that they offered free rides to the airport and bus station. Location was great for us, less touristy so more local foods at better prices. The night market nearby was great , too. Im 4 Days they never clean up! The Light in the Bathrolm is not working. The Breackfast is the Rest what Others dont eat. The Staff slepps o the Rooftop, nobody is ineresstet in anything. Thursday Karaoke from Leftside, Friday from Rightside. Sunfad from both Sides. If you hv this strange Idea to sleep in the night, stay away! Xem tiếp

The room was great and our hosts bent over backwards anticipating guests’ needs and providing fir them. We stayed here for only 12 hours. Would have liked to take advantage of free laundry, tea and coffee and bikes. Xem tiếp
