Nhin chung khach san ok. Hai long voi khach san o diem la khi khong phuc vu buffet sang, khach san co menu sang cho khach goi mon bao nhieu cung duoc, tuy theo suc an cua khach, chu khong nhu nhung khach san khac, chi gioi han 1 phan an sang + 1 phan nuoc uong, khi khong phuc vu buffet. Khach san co khu vuon xanh mat sat ben song, tao khong khi hoa minh voi thien nhien, cho du khach o day. Phong rat rong voi nhieu cua so, ngay ca phong tam cung rong va thoang. Khach san nam ngay chan cau Cam Nam, thuan tien cho viec vao pho co mua sam, di dao va an uong. Diem tru cua khach san la ben ngoai phong nghi cung nhu mat tien khach san can duoc son phet, tu sua lai. Khi den khach san, toi tuong la minh den nham khach san vi bien hieu ghi "lang que" trong khi khach san ten "Waterside". Xem tiếp

Khách sạn thiết kế lạ - đường vào trên nhưng cây cầu; Ăn sáng theo List KS đưa để order - khá hay; Nhóm chũng tôi chia làm 2: nhân viên ở KS này và Sếp ở Phố hội đối diện (cùng là 3 sao, nhưng giá và foto Phố hội trên WEB đẹp hơn); Kết quả là ngược lại: KS của nhân viên ai cũng hài lòng và hơn hẳn của sếp; Xem tiếp

Đường vào vắng vẻ và đi trên các cầu để đến từng phòng - khá lạ và hay. Gần khu trung tâm Hội an; Ăn sáng không tự chọn - mà chọn theo thực đơn của KS - một hình thức khá hay; Tuy vậy phục vụ rất chậm. TUy vây, so với KS Phố Hội đối diện mà chúng tôi cùng đồng thời nghỉ cả nhóm - thì hơn mọi mặt, cả về văn hóa tính số người trong phòng. Ở đây họ chăm chú làm hài lòng khách hơn - chứ không chăm chú đếm khách thêm tiền, mà quên cải tiến chất lượng KS; Xem tiếp

Cả khu Resort chỉ có 2 phòng có khách với 2 cặp vợ chồng (chúng tôi và 1 cặp người ngoại quốc). Buổi tối trong Resort không có đèn nên tạo cảm giác tối tăm, bất an. Chốt khóa cửa phòng không cài được càng làm khách lo lắng. Trong phòng không có điện thoại. Phòng có không khí tối tăm, ẩm thấp. Bữa ăn sáng quá sức tệ. Xem tiếp

Đây không phải là resort. Thực chất đây là một nhà hàng. Khi tôi đến Hội An từ Đà Nẵng, tôi và tài xế taxi phải tốn hơn 30 phút để tìm được resort này . Trang trí phòng được. Nhưng TV, điện thoại trong phòng không hoạt động. Wifi cũng không có. Hoàn toàn trái ngược so với những giới thiệu. Khi tôi phàn nàn với nhân viên lễ tân. Họ làm ngơ. Xem tiếp

Gia đình mình vừa đi nghỉ ở KS về, thuê 4 phòng. Chất lượng phòng rất tồi, phòng của mình ga giường bẩn, ố vàng (như đã có người ở nhưng chưa dọn phòng), gối bị mốc xanh, phòng hôi mùi ẩm mốc, phòng nhiều gián và muỗi. Điện thoại lễ tân hỏng, các phòng không contact cho lễ tân được, cần gì phải chạy lên trực tiếp. Một phòng của mình bị hỏng khóa, không khóa được cửa nhưng lễ tân không sửa. Tuy nhiên khách sạn gần trung tâm và bữa sáng làm khá ngon. Xem tiếp

Tôi rất thích kiểu thiết kế lối đi cũng như phòng của khách sạn tuy nhiên khách sạn cần vệ sinh thêm lối cổng và thiết kế lại cổng. Tôi rất hài lòng về lối thiết kế khi ở khách sạn này nhưng vì khách sạn vắng khách nên hơi tẻ nhạt, phục vụ lâu. Xem tiếp

Ở KS này phòng bẩn, có gián, nhiều muỗi cửa phòng mình bị hỏng nhưng lễ tân không sửa được, gia đình mình phải ngủ với tình trạng cửa phòng không khóa. KS có mùi ẩm mốc, giường bị mốc. Xem tiếp

NOTE: This resort is not called Waterside. There are no signs at all saying Waterside. We spent over half an hour in a taxi searching for it. (Thank goodness taxis are cheap). The taxi driver stopped and asked several people to no avail. I eventually opened my IPad and tracked it on maps. Walked into a resort with a different name where I thought it was on maps and asked if they knew Waterside. Xem tiếp

I was a little unsure when I first arrived at Waterside, as it is a large collection of villas but there didn't seem to be anyone else around. I was very pleasantly surprised, and even extended my stay as I felt so relaxed there. The rooms are absolutely huge, with comfy beds, pretty lighting and a large balcony (if you pick a river view). The air con in my room didn't actually work but it was so light and airy that it didnt matter. The shower was hot with great water pressure (not to be taken for granted!). I opted for the Vietnamese options at breakfast and was very impressed most days - you get a lot for what you're paying. The best thing about the hotel for me was the staff - very friendly, always willing to help out with any requests (and very patient teachers, helping me improve my Vietnamese!). The hotel would definitely benefit from being a bit busier, as they have some beautiful communal spaces but that being said, it was lovely to have some peace and quiet (aside from the cockerels and the boats going by!). I would certainly return and would recommend it to friends. Xem tiếp

It was quite hard for me to find this resort. Coz I couldn't find the sign board or resort name. The guard had no idea which resort I asked, not until I saw pics of their room hanging on advertising board. So I saw the old name of this place instead. Breakfast was good enough eventhough quite not enough. Except the villas with clients room, I found the rest of the resort was like a huge warehouse, couldn't see 70% of the resort shown on Map including swimming pool coz they're under construction. I don't recommend this resort until they finish their construction which I don't know when. Xem tiếp

It was a fine place to stay with a lot of potential to be really great. A very low key place, but in a great location just over the bridge. Not a super social hotel but that was fine. They don't have any signage that says Waterside which makes it a bit if a mission to find at first. Xem tiếp

If you want to visit Hoi An without being in the middle of the horrible shopping areas, then come to this side of the river and to this hotel! Hoi An is beautiful but it is all about shopping. So we left the town earlier than planned. Xem tiếp

Staff here were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quite nice. Good value if booking with discount. Provided breakfast was fairly average, but not too bad considering it was free. The hotel is just over the 2nd bridge, so is about 200m from the end of the main strip in Hoi An. As a side note Hoi An is a must do if you are in Vietnam- excellent food, history, shopping/ tailors, and nearby beach and ancient ruins. Xem tiếp

Prompt service. Always ready to help. Did my laundry here, clothes smells really awesome. Laundry wasn't delivered to my room that supposedly afternoon but only managed to deliver after check out time. Was worried I couldn't get my laundry on time as I have a bus to catch. However, staff responded to the situation quickly, they called in to laundry service, and returned my clothes in no time. Overall a good experience in Waterside hotel. Xem tiếp

I stayed at this resort for 6 nights all up. I had the garden view room (first level out of two levels) and all rooms have large doors which open onto a large balcony. The bathroom and bedroom were very nice and rustic to Vietman-type decore. Each room had two comfortable double beds and mositoque nets equiped above each bed. I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel even at night. They have lit walkways except across the bridge. I fell sick for a few days and the staff were very helpful to bring me tea when I needed it and recommended a pharmacy. When I had issues with my pick up service to the airport they did their best to contact the transfer service and help me out. I would definately stay here again. Gardens were a little unkept but it gave a more rustic feel to my stay anyway. Thank you Waterside resort. Xem tiếp

Our stay here at the Waterside was incredibly disappointing. Fistly I will say that we arrived the day after a typhoon and the grounds were a mess, however given this was beyond their control I am certainly not factoring this into the review. Even after having to witness a gardener urinating in the garden right in front of the resstaurant window. Typhoon aside, the hotel just shows a long term neglect. It is run down and dirty and in need of significant renovation and repair. The reception staff were friendly, but they never actually did anything. And the moment they worked out that you didn't want to book a trip then you never saw them again. We had no topsheet when we arrived and despite asking several times it hadn't appeared by the time we left after 2 days. The power points for the fridge and TV didn't work but despite asking for it to be fixed or us moved to another room, neither happened. And we were the only guests that we could see in the entire resort. The room we were given appeared not to have been cleaned in some time. Or cleaned very poorly as there was a used towel and soap in the bathroom, the shower curtain was mouldy, and there were half empty water bottles and other items in the room. The dining table appeared not to have been cleaned in some time, the condiments were scarce and some of our pre-ordered breakfast items never arrived. All in all a disappointing stay and I would strongly discourage anyone staying at this property. Xem tiếp
