Located about 3kms from Hoi An town, these lovely family owned villas are quiet and comfortable, away from the touting of the markets, store owners and taxi drivers of Hoi An town. This is where the true beauty of Hoi An is, surrounded by rice paddies, fish farms and water coconut palm farms with friendly locals everywhere. It’s also a short scooter or taxi to the beach. The included breakfast is simple but a very tasty way to start the day; Hoi An baguettes and your choice of eggs or noodles and rice dishes cooked by the family. The pool is beautiful and clean and overlooks the picturesque countryside of Hoi An. We will definitely return. Xem tiếp

Right in the middle between Hoi An city center and the beach is this wonderful peaceful oasis. A very friendly owners family look after you and gives you all kind of advice. Bicycles are available to explore the surroundings. Rooms are contemporary designed and spacious. The pool is awesome. Xem tiếp

Water Coconut provides a very calming atmosphere. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the ancient town. Great for short getaways. The owners are genuine and friendly people. Always making sure that we are comfortable. You can get to both ancient town and Cua Dai beach with their free bicycle. Takes about 15mins and 10mins respectively to get to those two destinations. For dinner options, you can choose to dine inhouse or go to The Quiet Countryside and/or Nha Hang Mien Que Restaurant which are both within 5mins (or even less) of walking distance. Breakfast option is limited but they provide fresh homegrown fruits :) What's lacking is mosquito net over our beds. Other than that, everything else was great! We enjoyed our stay there. Xem tiếp

I extended my stay here because I felt so calm. The gardens are perfectly maintained and the outlook is beautiful. I enjoy lounging around reading so the place was great for me. I rented a scooter to get into town which was easy and fun. Breakfast was authentic and filling. The hosts also cooked dinner one night which was absolutely delicious. Didn't want to leave. Xem tiếp

In total we stayed 5 days in this lovely homestay, although we only planned to stay for 3 days. But we loved the very silent and laid back atmosphere in our homestay and also the beautiful city Hoi An. If you are looking for a relaxing atmosphere homestay with delicious breakfast the Water Coconut Homestay is the place to go! We can highly recommend to stay there! Motorbikes can be rented so that reaching Hoi An as well as beaches or even Da Nang ins no problem at all! The rooms are spacious clean and very nicely decorated! From your terrace younhave a nice view on the small lake. We can also recommend to do a cooking class with the homestay! We basically had a private class in which we went to a nearby vegetable farm, bought the infredients on a small market and afterwads prepared the meals outside in the beautiful surrounding of the garden together with our chef. The host will always help you book your trips and really takes care of his guests! You should definately go there! Xem tiếp

A great location, like a paradis, quiet and friendly. If you want to go around rent a motobike for abaout 140.000VND, so you can reach erveryting fast and easy. If you take a bike think of it, that it is realy hot there and becomes dark very early. Xem tiếp

Arrived in mid-night and the owner welcomed us. Room was very spacious and cozy. In the morning I was excited about the beautiful view as soon as I woke up. What a lovely peaceful spot away from the chaos of Hoi An city! Very comfortable accommodations and they provide free bikes for an easy 20 minute ride into either town or the beach. Very friendly folks and great food. Highly recommend. Xem tiếp

The garden was very beautiful. The staffs and the hosts were very kind. The welcome fruits was good. The free bicycle was good. The breakfast was disappointed. The four lizards roamed in the dark room. They were very noisy like birds. I woke up at five AM due to huge radio noise. Transfer service from airport to the homestay was 20$. It was O.K. Open tour bus from Water Coconut homestay to Hue is expensive(9$),but the condition of the bus was the worst. Xem tiếp

We stayed a total of 9 nights here and enjoyed every minute.This is a small family run homestay and the owners made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived .the setting is wonderful and the accomodation is both spacious and clean .We were invited to and enjoyed a complimentary meal cooked by the wife of the owner ,a nice little touch.The location is a little way from Hoi An but the bicycles provided by the owners foc got us about the area without any problems .On the day of our departures we were pleasantly surprised to find that a complimentary car had been provided to get us to Danang.I would totally recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a quiet holiday in the Hoi an area Xem tiếp

The location is very near both the beach and the downtown. Hidden in a quiet coconut village. Super convenient and bring the best of two worlds. The family is very friendly and kind. We absolutely loved this hotel- and would not stay anywhere else in Hoi An if we make it back to Vietnam. While the hotel is slightly outside of the "ancient city", it gives you the opportunity to surround yourself in a local area surrounded by rice farms- which we loved- and allows you to escape the heat, people selling things, etc. They offer free bike rentals (a short ride into town and to the beach) and motorbike rentals. They are eager to assist and help in any way- from laundry to setting up tours, calling cabs, airport transfers, directions, etc. The backyard is extremely tranquil and relaxing.The rooms are updated and have wonderful AC units, wifi, along with French doors with beautiful views. All of the meals are cooked by the wife of the home stay owner, and it was the best food we had in Hoi An. The complimentary breakfast (offering Authentic Hoi An food) is also not your standard basic breakfast- it was a complete meal, and delicious! We also had one of the best dinners in all of Vietnam (and we are foodies from Chicago) at their home stay. Thank you for our wonderful stay!!! Xem tiếp

This place is really something special and I'm so glad we stayed here. There are only 5 villas and they all lookout over beautiful scenery, especially first thing in the morning with the sun rising through the coconut trees. The family are incredibly nice and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They gave us free bikes everyday to cycle into Hoi An or to the beach. I will most definitely be coming back, my favourite place on a 3 week trip! Xem tiếp

I really loved my stay in Water Coconut!!! planned to stay there for one night and then change for a hotel in the old town, but the first hour I arrived, talking to the beautiful receptionist Thu, seeing all the things Water Coconut offered, I fell in love with it! It was sad I couldn't extend my stay for the second night because all rooms were booked, but luckily I managed for the third night! everything is so perfect in Water Coconut! nice food, fresh fruit picked from the garden, morning reading in the garden by the lake, night star watching on the swing...and it's very close to the old town, free bike renting, about 15 minutes you can get to the old town!
