Resort thích hợp để đi nghỉ dưỡng. Phòng đẹp, có bãi biển riêng, phục vụ bữa sáng miễn phí khá ổn. Gần Vinpearl vì nằm phía bắc đảo. Có dịch vụ đưa đón sân bay miễn phí khi lưu trú 3 đêm trở lên. Muốn đi tham quan hoặc mua các gói dịch vụ lặn ngắm san hô sẽ có nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Tuy nhiên khá xa thị trấn, sân bay. Đường vào resort đang làm nên hơi gồ ghề. Xem tiếp

Tôi và gia đình đã có một kì nghỉ tuyệt vời ở Vũng Bàu Resort. Vị trí của Vũng Bàu Resort hơi xa khu vực trung tâm tuy nhiên trong tương lai khi đường xá ở Phú Quốc hoàn thiện hơn đây không phải là một vấn đề mà lại là một lợi thế. Tôi và gia đình rất cám ơn đội ngũ nhân viên rất thân thiện và tuyệt vời, luôn luôn giúp đỡ và quan tâm đến gia đình tôi. Đặc biệt gia đình tôi còn được đội ngũ nhân viên tổ chức một chuyến bắt còng đêm và thưởng thức món ăn có một không hai: "còng gió rang me", một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời từ xưa đến nay tôi chưa thấy có khách sạn nào quan tâm đến khách hàng nhiều đến vậy. Bãi biển rất tuyệt vời, bạn có thể nhìn thấy rõ dưới chân mình khi nước đã ngập đến cổ. Bãi biển vắng vẻ và hoang sơ, sóng biển nhẹ nhàng bạn có thể bơi lội thỏa thích. Nước biển rất sạch và không có mùi tanh. Buổi trưa bạn có thể nằm nghỉ dưới tán cây, gió nhẹ mát mẻ nghe tiếng sóng biển nhẹ nhàng. Điểm trừ: - Khách sạn còn mới xây dựng nên chưa được chăm chút nhiều. Phòng ốc cần sửa chữa thêm. - Nước hơi yếu. - Tôi đến vào tháng 10/2014, Phú Quốc vừa bị bão nên sân vườn hơi lộn xộn. Nếu có ghé Phú Quốc lần nữa tôi vẫn sẽ ở Vũng Bàu Resort một đêm, và sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè đến ở đây. Xem tiếp

Resort có bãi biển đẹp và đủ các tiện nghi cơ bản. Tuy đường đi vào khá xấu do đang thi công nhưng taxi vẫn vào được. Thức ăn ngon, giá cả hợp lý và nhân viên rất thân thiện. Bãi biển đẹp, sóng nhẹ, có thuyền kayak miễn phí. Tận hưởng 2 ngày nghỉ ở đây rất tuyệt vời. Xem tiếp

phòng trống nhiều, có mỗi 3 người ở nhưng có lẽ do đặt agoda nên cho vào cuối bãi. Đồ ăn sáng được nhưng ăn chính hơi kém. Được bãi biển hoang sơ, sạch, vắng nên tha hồ tắm. Xem tiếp

Probably it had rained the day before we went there. Therefore the road condition from the main road to the resort was absolutely terrible (we drove a motorbike and our feet were covered with mud). The place is nice and quiet and it’s very close to the beach. I would recommend this to anyone or couple who want a good place for relaxation or on the long holiday. Highly recommend Vung Bau Resort for those who want total relaxation and is not chasing stars. This place has this relaxed, chilling out, "no problem" aura, which is solo worth a 10-hour flight! So, why choose it: - splendid calm atmosphere, - the best beach on the island (I really mean it, the best - we saw a lot and can compare), - calm, clean and warm sea with no jellyfish or anything like that, ideal for swimming, good for those with kids (perfect sea entrance) - free sunbeds, umbrellas and kayaks - nice rooms, most of them 50 steps away from the sea - cheap bike rental (about $9 per day) - pretty good restaurant with reasonable prices. No need to take money with you - all expenses are on your room and payable at the checkout - friendly and very helpful staff! What you should be ready for : - Vung Bau is not a 5-star place, which is clear from the price - so, rooms are clean but quite basic. Very nice contrast to the long beach area. The people are super friendly and the beach just had some more visitors. We did a kayak tour by ourselves to the little finger nail island. The next day we went by boat to the 40 minutes fare turtle island. Take good snorkel and diving mask with you. The people in the resort were really nice and friendly... Xem tiếp

We loved our stay at Vung Bau Resort. The beach is beautiful, it is far away from the masses of long beach, the food is good and the beach view bungalows are fantastic. Everything was very clean. But most importantly, the vibes are great, the staff seems to have fun, they go swimming every afternoon and always try their best to fulfill their guests' wishes - although they do this in a very "Vietnamese" way, with most of them not speaking too much English and being a little clumsy - but all the more charming. This is a perfect place for couples as the location is very romantic. Great beach for long walks at sunset and waters are calm to swim and kayak to the small island in front to go snorkelling. Highly recommended. Xem tiếp

We went for a relaxing holiday and that is what we got. With the exception of finding the beds a little to hard for our liking the place was brilliant. Although still clearly being developed (but no work happening while we were there) the resort is located on a small secluded beach with lovely clear water. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and we have no complaints at all. This place will only improve! Xem tiếp

The staff is amazing, they are really passionate with their jobs. They really understand what people are searching when retreating at Vung Bau, calm, relaxing. They provide good tips regarding where to go on the island. They invited us to join farewell party of an employee leaving the island after service hours, that was really nice local experience. Vung Bau is amazing.This is also one of the rare clean beach in phu quoc island. You should definitely choose this one. Xem tiếp

This was a really nice place to stay the staff were helpful though the language barrier sometimes proved problematic although any issues were quickly sorted.The beach was very good the location was very quite and tranquil,anybody going away to chill then this is the place to stay. Xem tiếp

Unfortunately this 'resort' was hugely disappointing. The food was terribly, especially the expensive buffet at $22 p/p (unwashed shellfish, so crunching on sand and the BBQ fish was never gutted, which made it inedible due to the toxins from the organs). Ridiculously overpriced seeing as all other meals cost $10 max for two. But you can't really stray too far due to the isolated location. The resort was unkempt which I don't mind overgrown plants and hedges, but each day dirty dishes and garbage were left out on the tables and beach for hours, sometimes over two days. No effort was made to ever clean the beach, so you wake to empty glasses, cigarette packets and beer cans spoiling what is a beautiful beach. These would lethargically be cleared in the afternoon, sometimes. When renting a motorbike check the condition first.Having been living &driving for 4 years in Hanoi I noticed instantly the bikes weren't great. I noticed the rear break did not work at all and when asked to change the manager couldn't find the keys for other bikes and then offered me a 50,000VND discount to rent the broken/dangerous bike! That's how much they value their customers, $2.50!. I refused and was then told "well you can go fix it yourself in the town." Fantastic! A real shame as the location is stunning, and the beach directly south (5 min walk) is amazing and unspoiled. Most of the staff were also super friendly and tried hard but the 'resort' lacks leadership and any desire to improve customer service. Xem tiếp

It was a displeasing, frustrating and stressful stay. The entire resort is under construction, it is overrun with large weeds , unkept and untidy. The rooms does not have any air condition, no fridge, no phone or television. It has a fan but the electricity is shut off by management during the daytime from 8am to 5:45pm. There is no Wi Fi in the rooms , it is available in the restaurant but most times it is not working. The area is secluded and no shuttle service is provided as stated on the website. There are several dogs associated to the personnel at the resort and they are allowed to roam freely in the restaurant. This is a definite sanitary and health issue. There are only two bungalows with a sea view, the rest are blocked by a series of newly constructed huts. The website of this resort indicated that there is no charge for airport transfer but I was asked to pay $24.00 US for this transfer upon departure. This I did not pay as I had a copy of this policy in my possession which I showed to the staff. It is evident that this resort is not centered on customer comfort and satisfaction but rather than making money. The breakfast was very, very basic, it was a choice of one drink such as coffee or juice and one main item such as eggs or soup. If you required anything more, it had to be purchased. I would say that the local staff was very friendly and attempted to be accommodating . I would say that Vung Bau resort misrepresented the information provided on the internet from what it is in reality. Xem tiếp

We really enjoyed our stay, beautiful scenery, very clean, very friendly staff, quiet and very relaxed atmosphere. we Stayed in a sea view bungalow and had a great nights sleep. There are open air gaps in the room/ bathroom but this was not a problem as very few bugs came in and had a mosquito net over the bed. There is a powerful fan on the ceiling which would blow them away anyway. We wish we had left more time in our trip to stay longer. The kayaks looked like good fun. We hope to return one day. We enjoyed our stay at the Vung Bau Resort so much! Everything was perfect! The manager and all the staff made us feel as being part of a big family! We had a huge, beautiful room with sea view! The beach is very quiet. The water is crystal,clear and very warm. The restaurant is great! I wish we could have stayed longer than 10 days!
