quá thất vọng, khách sạn tự kê giá cao so với thực tế niêm yết sau đó giảm giá, agoda nên xem xét lại vấn đề này, thiết bị, phòng quá cũ, điều hòa hỏng... Xem tiếp

Mình book thêm một ngày nhưng rời sớm vào chiều hôm sau, thay vì tính giá một ngày thì mình chỉ phải chịu thêm 3h là 60k, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ không đòi hỏi gì Xem tiếp

Tôi và gia đình chọn ks này vì thấy còn khá mới, phòng ốc đẹp. Tuy nhiên khi đến nơi lại bị nhân viên chuyển qua ks gần đó, phòng cũ, ra giường và gối cũng không còn mới, khi vào phòng có mùi khó chịu phải mở cửa 1 lúc cho thoáng. Giá niêm yết của ks này chỉ có 420.000/đêm trong khi tôi đã thanh toán cho Agoda 530.000/đêm khi đặt phòng tại ks V&M này. Vì vậy tôi rất không hài lòng với cách giải quyết của ks V&M khi chuyển chúng tôi qua ks tệ hơn mà ko có lý do giải thích hay báo trước hoặc hoàn lại tiền Xem tiếp

Phòng cũ, tôi đã bị ngã trầy lưng khi ngồi trên cái ghế trang điểm củ, đang ngồi thì nó vỡ ra và tôi ngã rất đau. Chỗ đậu xe hơi xa khách sạn. Khách sạn đang tiến hành sữa chữa nên ồn và bẩn, sảnh khách sạn khg đủ chổ ngồi khi tiếp khách Vì chỉ có 1 băng ghế. Ngoài ra những thứ khác có vẻ ổn Xem tiếp

Vị trí ở mặt đường Lê Hồng Phong quận 10 khá thuận tiện cho việc đi lại các điểm vui chơi và ăn uống. Tuy nhiên điều kiện phòng khác xa so với ảnh chụp, khách sạn cũ, vệ sinh kém, sàn bẩn và nhiều bụi, phòng có mùi ẩm mốc. Điểm cộng là nhân viên thân thiện, giúp đỡ bê đồ lên phòng, dắt xe và hỗ trợ 24/24. Nếu cải thiện điều kiện phòng như sơn lại tường, vệ sinh sàn nhà sẽ thu hút khách hơn. Xem tiếp

Xem trên mạng thấy agoda ghi giảm giá nên mình đặt phòng. Đến nơi thì thấy giá trên bảng tương đương với giá đã giảm trên agoda. Thì ra họ nâng giá lên rồi tạo khuyến mãi giảm giá xuống. Xem tiếp

I stayed in the V&M hotel for one night and I forgot my charging phone cable and adapter in the hotel. After check out 1 hour, I called for the receptionist to keep the adapter and cable for me but when I came back (4days after)to pick them up, the hotel said they couldn’t find my adapter and cable. I feel like every your belongings’ left in the hotel will be disappear no matter how quick you react and contact the receptionist. Xem tiếp

Well, definitely worth it despite the low price. Aside from a (difficult) location away from commercial establishments, the rooms are spacious and clean and staff are friendly and accomodating. I must agree though about the noise in the early morning and late night. Perhaps that is something they can improve. Overall, it is a nice home for our 5-day stay. Thanks! Picture shown online as not actual what the hotel are. Staff alway mistake with customer of booking room, had fight with them 2time due to mistake. Booking 2 room but had return 1 room due to their mistake of other room not list in their system but i have an email the room been confirm. Bad hotel as i been booking online so far Xem tiếp

Located right at the district 10 where easy to get to entertainment area such as district 1 business center, 5 (Chinatown), ect...The internet was strong enough to serve my need. Staffs were very friendly and helpful to satisfied my enquiries. Overall good hotel to stay and definitely I will come back again... Xem tiếp

I stayed here for a month whilst working in Saigon. Right off the bat, the room was tiny, no window, lights were very dim to non-existent, it was a little like living in a cage for a month. Staff were average. You would have to submit your key to the front desk every time you left the hotel and would have to ask for it back every time you returned. This wasnt a huge problem in itself however as the receptionist gives you back your key they have to switch the air-conditioner power to your room back on. Several times I was greeted by a receptionist chatting on the phone to family (I speak Vietnamese so I can understand the context of the conversation), or sleeping on the front couch if it was 1am (fine but not if you advertise 24 hour reception) and they would forget to switch it back leaving me in a very hot room and having to walk back downsatirs to request the air-con, very annoying. Room cleaning would only occur every 4-5 days. They would ask you whether you would like your room cleaned as you left your keys in the morning and I always said yes, however this did not occur. I dont really understand why you would have to ask your guests whether they would like their room cleaned it should just be mandatory. Finally to put the nail in the coffin, as I checked out they added a whopping 1.2million dong bill to my room for goodness knows what (i drank about 3 bottles of water during my stay) and forgot to give me back my passport before i left which was a nightmare in itself. Overall I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worse enemy. They need a big lesson in customer service and hotel management. Xem tiếp

I check in the standard room. The room is very very very basic. There was no windows, the lights were not at right position, and the floor very sandy. Its like the cleaning lady never bother to sweep the floor for very long time. And the worst is the internet is down most of the time. Looks like they never pay Viettel. Don't ever book this hotel, there are better choices around any time for the same or lesser price. Xem tiếp

very nice hotel , great location ( not far from hotel to business center in district 1) .the staffs are very attentive , I definitely will come back stay this hotel on my next trip , the room which was I booked very nice , plenty space for me to put my loads of luggages , reasonable price , I will recommend this hotel to all my friends who s wish to travel to hochiminh city , viet nam ....see u soon V&M Hotel ....
