Very run down. If you stay, you must have a room with a sea view. The option of the mountain view is that you look at a car park, no balcony, no tv, nothing but a bed. Not even bed side lights. It’s described as being away from the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang, but where it is is just as hectic but not as nice. And there is a strip club next door that pumps loud music out most of the night. Take ear plugs. The second language is Russian and indeed a lot of shops are branded in Russian. And it’s essentially a big building site, with new places going up everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend Nha Trang full stop, but if you do have to come, choose a decent hotel. Xem tiếp

The best host i have ever seen. always there to help and guide, especially when many don't speak english in nha trang. we could ask anything to Bino or his family and they will go all out to help us out. the house was located right opposite the beach and the famous Hon Cong Promontory. The is a bus stop right outside the house with 9000 dong it will take you places of interest and most importantly, restaurants in the city. Bino's cousin even showed us a nice little alley for my wife to go shopping ( cheap clothes with zero tourist). the rooms was just nice size and superb. great view. many windows giving in a lot of light during the day which can be closed with curtains. CLEAN,room and bathroom. we stayed on the 3rd floor. air condition was cold when needed. hot shower was a little low pressure needed to wait for it to be hot. bed was comfy and big. they provided extension plug to charge 2 more devices. there was iron, hairdryer Xem tiếp

Let me start by singing the praises of the staff and management - they were wonderful! The establishment, however, is quite basic, with few extras, but hey, it didn't cost a fortune. It helps to be aware that the traffic noise is quite intense and when that calms down, the neighbourhood dogs take over. Xem tiếp

Just far enough out to wake up in the morning with some quit from busy Nha Trang. Very happy with Art Deco style of keeping the old design going. Please keep it the same going for my return. Happy family that run place, very helpful in assisting with my train routes and other guidance Xem tiếp

Beno and his family are lovely as is their guesthouse but oh dear Nha Trang, what have you done! The guest house is in the less developed cove but within a few years it will be the same as the main beach. We wanted a beach break during our travels which we got, but the building, traffic noise and only Russian is used as the second language ( so nothing written in English) we won't be going back. Ideally situated opposite Hon Chong beach. The view from our room balcony was amazing but as it’s facing the street across the beach so you can hear traffic but it is ok as we had no trouble sleeping. The staff very friendly & helpful. Location a bit far from city center but just short drive with motorbike. Xem tiếp

We stayed a week here in the ocean view room. Myself and my 13 yo son thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The food onsite is delicious and always served with a smile. We would stay here again if we returned to Nha Trang. There is a patrolled beach up from the Homestay and my son swam there twice. The bus into and from town stops right outside, as advertised and was a good way to get into the main town area. We were not disturbed by the Karoke Bar at all and we were the from 25/12-1/1. The vivid seaside homestay is a little outside of the main centre but for us that was a major perk. The staff are lovely and helpful and the food is absolutely delicious. The room was basic but tidy and clean. I highly recommend! Xem tiếp

The homestay is a newly-built 3-floor house just opposite Hon Chong. The room was clean, full of natural light with a little balcony looking over the beach just across the road. Big and comfy bed. Clean and good-sized bathroom. Room furniture was basic but we loved the reading chair. The homestay is around 3-4 km from the most hustle and bustle area, but air-conditioned Bus No. 4 from the bus-stop RIGHT in front of the homestay will get you anywhere in town at 7,000 VND/ticket. We had a very pleasant stay and the host and staff were super friendly and helpful wiling to accommodate your needs. Strongly recommended!!! Xem tiếp

Vivid is located just over the bridge from the main beach area, so is somewhat less hectic. No touts to hassle you, a small supermarket just a few door up, restaurants to eat at or they do some mighty fine food right here. The rooms are light and airy and have double glazing so you are somewhat shielded from the street noise. We had a balcony so could sit and watch the beach when it was too hot to be out. They hired us a scooter, changed some AUD, sorted a private car to the airport (45 mins away) for 350000vnd and made amazing brekkie egg baguettes. Bino, Lum and her sister whose name I didn't catch were just lovely, friendly, warm and very welcoming and the resident puppy Shin is adorable. If you are considering a homestay this is a great choice at a reasonable price. Xem tiếp

Excellent accomodation option for those looking for something a little smaller and more relaxing. Rooms are clean spacious with ensuite. The owners are very helpful and speak English well. Even if you choose not to stay here you must dine in their cosy four table restaurant. This was our number one Vietnamese dining experience. Try the coconut smoothie, coffee and beef noodle soup! Bit of the center but there is a bus stop front of the house and it's goes straight to the center. One ticket costs only 7000vnd. Beach is across the street which is nice. We had really nice viee from our room/balcony but unfortunately weather was bad at the time. Best part was the owners. So helpful and the cousin Huang spoke almost fluent english. Aunt makes basic but delicious food. Overall good place to crash few nights. Xem tiếp

We had a splendid room at the top of the house, with balcony, beach and bay view. Matchted our expections of a homestay. Basic electric showers, wifi is weak and unreliable in the room, better in the lobby. Family members speak good english, communicative, warm contact. Busstop into the city in front of the door. Although Nha Trang is a buzz city we found homey place run by a Vietnamese family. The house looks nice and has been recently refurbished. There are only few rooms what make the intimate ambiance. We had a room with great view to the sea. The room was clean, bed comfortable; in the hall you could make a tea or coffee or use a fridge. The aunty cooks delicious meals, makes great Vietnamese coffee and prepares yummy baguettes. The owners give selfless support to guests, there wasn't any problem with communicating in English. The beach was really 10 m from home. It was great experience in comparison to big hotels. We trully recommend this place. Xem tiếp

We booked the mountain view room and the homestay owner upgraded us to the ocean view room for free. Even though we arrived before their check-in time, they let us leave our luggage in the homestay. The room was lovely with a clean bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a balcony. The location is absolutely perfect. The homestay is located directly across the street from a beautiful beach and the bus stop is conveniently located by its front steps. The homestay offers delicious food throughout the day. Try the banh mi and passion fruit juice! The homestay owners and staff are lovely people who demonstrated their kindness many times. They went out at odd hours to bring us food, called taxis for us, and gave us a whole list of great activities and restaurants. Overall, we had a truly wonderful experience at Vivid Seaside Homestay. Everything was clean and convenient. The family that runs Vivid Seaside Homestay is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and book this homestay!!! Xem tiếp
