Giá rẻ nên chất lượng tương xứng với giá, phòng hơi chật, mạng ko có, chỉ câu mực ở ngay tàu chứ ko có thuyền ngồi câu mực, bù lại nv nhiệt tình và chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, dễ thương. Nếu tiết kiệm thì có thể chọn để trải nghiệm. Xem tiếp

Our guide Lucky Hoi is very friendly and accommodating. The staff in general are also very helpful and friendly. Viola needs refurbishing. Though what it lacks in upkeep it more than makes up for the excellent service. Food is just okay, but the stunning views are arresting. Especilly at Bai Tu Long area where they took us to have a more intimate experience. Xem tiếp

The Halong Bay cruise was our favorite part of our trip to Vietnam. We had our 9mo daughter with us and everyone was incredibly accommodating. She actually really enjoyed crawling around on the deck and playing with the staff. I liked the size of our boat--there were probably a total of 20-25 people. It felt more intimate and relaxing. We did the 2 day 1 night cruise which I think was enough. We weren't able to do the kayaking because of our kid but we were able to take a rowboat with a local rower. I don't feel like we missed out at all. Food was very good. We had the honeymoon suite which worked out well for us. We were at the very rear of the boat so I don't think anyone was disturbed by our little one (at least I hope not). Would highly recommend. Xem tiếp

Our tour guide Lucky is professional and fun, and he speaks fluent English. The trip is quite relaxing, so may be a little disappointing for hikers. We played music and had lots of drinks on the board at night. Xem tiếp

I was pleased with the boat and the service. We had a very helpful tour guide who is not an employee of the boat. All boat personnel were nice and very helpful. The meals could have been just a little better. The meals were good but not as nice as the boat I went on 2 years ago. Good value for the money I think. Xem tiếp

They change us to another cruise, cristina diamond which is owned by the same company. We enjoyed the trip with the planned itinerary, our tour guide Tom was very friendly. The food on the cruise was good. There is a toilet stop if you getting halong bay by shuttle bus, the souvenir sold there is very pricey compare to old quarter. Xem tiếp

We did the 3 day 2 night tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was plentiful and of good quality. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. The staff are very accommodating and were more than happy for members of our group to sit out of activities if they wanted. Xem tiếp

We have been checking different cruises and liked the sound of Viola cruises. The boat was lovely with clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. We choose a room with a balcony which allowed some alone time. The food was great and plentiful. A few snacks could be vbiught Xem tiếp

I didn’t actually stay on the Viola Cruise; I stayed on Christina Diamond Cruise which is run by the same company. So this is a review of the company and the experience, I guess. I was informed a day before that my cabin on Viola was infested with bed bugs and I was moved to Christina. Called it an upgrade. Saw Viola on the water at the same time as us, but maybe they just leave that one room empty, but still go out with the other rooms occupied. Despite this, I enjoyed my time and was happy with the price, though like many things in Vietnam, you always wonder if you overpaid. For example, I paid for a bus transfer from Hanoi to the cruise as well, but several others on the same bus transfer picked up from roughly same place was charged 50% more. Uy, the tour guide, was excellent. You’re really there for the scenery, and these two cruises go out to Bai Tu Long bay, which is further out and less crowded than other parts of the bay. Xem tiếp

Love this cruise. We did 2 Night 3 days, we were in our anniversary and we’re looking for a private and relaxing time on the boat, but didn’t know that we need to share food with other on that time breakfast lunch and dinner is served, and without private table. You can’t order food on the boat which is sad. They did great effort on the food though.. but wery great experience Xem tiếp

I've booked 2 days 1 night with viola cruise and it was fantastic, we had great tour guide named : Hoi / Lucky was very attentive & knowledgeable during our stay. The cruise meals was great and the room was wonderful with great balcony for breathtaking view. Viola Cruise is the best cruise among the majority cruise that i have seen. I would like to sincerely Thanks to Hoi / Lucky for his hospitality during our stay, definitely will recommend Viola Cruise and Hoi to my friends & family ! Xem tiếp

Great experience. The boat was really nice, food was good but could have been better, staff we're really friendly and attentive, rooms were extremely comfortable, and scenery was majestic. I really enjoyed this trip, it was very reasonably priced considering all of the activities and food that was included. So much delicious food. The boat is surprisingly comfortable for being a "boat" - aircon in the rooms, shower pressure good and hot water with the best view you'll ever get in the shower. The staff were kind and funny and very good hosts. Viola is one of the nicer boats out there and I really enjoyed this trip. Xem tiếp

The great experience started straight away when our bus (its actually a mini bus) pick us up. Our mini bus is slightly bigger than all the other one cruise so that made the 4 hours travelling a bit more comfortable. Our tour guide - Victor is just amazing, his english is easy to understand, he has a sense of humour and very knowledgable. He made a massive effort to interact with us, get to know us and provide us with lots of information during the 4 hours ride. He keeps reminding us that this is our holiday so we can do whatever we want if we just want to relax and its ok not to participate at certain activity. Our room with the big window to have the full view of Halong Bay is just beautiful even though the weather was foggy and raining. Our balcony is very tiny and squashy so not very comfortable sitting out there but standing is perfectly fine. Our bathroom is ok but overall its clean. Food was amazing and I am sure I have put on extra 10kg after spending 2 days and 1 night on this cruise. There is wifi but connection is not available once the boat started traveling further out, but why would you be on your phone anyway?! Our group is just right, not too big comparing to the other cruises. I would recommend this cruise. Xem tiếp
