Vị trí khá bất tiện, di chuyển khá xa để vào trung tâm phố cổ. Resort cũng rất bình thường nhưng giá lại cao. Riêng khoản phụ phí ăn sáng cho trẻ nhỏ quá bất hợp lý. Xem tiếp

Typical Vinpearl quality - classy decor. Though beach front, no swimming allowed. Very good buffet. Location is not walking distance to town centre but nice and tranquil so depends on what you’re after. Xem tiếp

Pros: The 3 bedroom villa are new and clean. The beds are comfy. The main pool is big. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cons: No plates, cutlery, cookware in the kitchen. It’s very inconvenient. It supposed we cannot cook in the villa as there are no cooking equipment. No floaty available. There is no beach. The nearest beach is ah bang beach, they offer free shuttle bus. The villa was very spacious and well decorated. Breakfast buffet was awesome with a widespread of food to select from. A couple of things which we thought would be great to add on :- 1) Phone in the living / dining room. 2) Provision for dryers to dry clothes. 3) Provision of full length mirrors in the room. 4) It was great gesture to provide Christmas cookies but some of these attracted ants. First at all the location is really far from the old town and everything!!! Staff at the reception are trainee, need improvements. But the restaurant waiters/waitresses are gorgeous, they always come and ask your needs. With the room we had few issues, safety didn't work when we arrive but fixed after 15 mins. The other issue is abut the lighting of the modem on the ceiling (never seen that anywhere), the green and red LED lights are flashing all the time, it's really uncomfortable at night time, when we mentioned to this problem, they covered with a piece of foil, but to be seen at the other night. 1) Entire corridor carpet in my floor is nit qualified for a 4/5* hotel. It isn't clean (that can not be fixed) and smell bad. It looks like we are living in a simple guesthouse. 2) Hotel doesn't have beach for swimming or playing. 3) The hotel rate is about double or triple higher than other 5* hotels/resorts nearby. My wife and I decided to splurge while on vacation in Da Nang and decided to stay here. First, Hoi An is worth the visit and if you want some pampering this is the place to stay. Our room was great with a view of the pool and ocean, but of course, every room has a view of the ocean. The staff was attentive to all our needs and went above an beyond in helping us. The pool is very big and great after a day of sightseeing. One thing to note is that there is no beach, but waking up to the sound of the ocean was great. If you want to go to the beach, they offer free shuttle buses to the beach and Hoi An city. I could go on about how great this place is, but I will end with the fact that there is a mini-mart on the premises selling what you would expect from marts; beers, water, snacks, etc. I definitely recommend this hotel. My friend and I had a good time at this resort in general. However, the service offered in the concierge and reception were very inconsistent. Since it was the first time for us to be in the city so we needed a lot of recommendations from the staffs in terms of restaurants or activities nearby, however most of the time there was no one at the concierge counter and therefore unable to answer our query. Sometimes we had to go to the doorman to ask for help. Also, since we booked Spa appt on the last day of our stay between 10:30-12, so we requested for an one hour extension of check out time, as the hotel was not full at all. However, the reception called and asked us to change our spa booking to 10am instead of granting a merely one hour late checkout... which we were quite surprised since we were there to attend their spa service. On the other hand, the staff Hanna at the concierge who helped us check in had been super friendly and helpful! Xem tiếp

This hotel is very clean and new. We had a very peaceful time in there. The breakfast service is also good. Especially vietnam noodle pho was great :) Impressed all staffs are very kind. Wanna visit again! When all facilities(i guess restaurants setting were not finished) settled down. Xem tiếp

counldn't have more wonderful vacation than this at vinpearl hoian. good price, shuttle bus, wonderful pool, clean room, most of all, friendly hotel concierge staff who were ver kind and attentive to my questions and requests. I felt that they were trying their best to ensure ourstay comfortable and relaxing. than you for your wonderful service!! If you look for a quite and relaxing vacation, this is a good choice. They were not open officially, that's why I stayed in promotion price, though they are not ready for guest at all! staffs were very kind but the new-building smell was too strong to breath,and I even witnessed big size cockroach in my bathroom!! I asked to remove it on the phone but they didn't understand what cockroach means. the staff who was answering the phone wasn't good at english. the place is kinda far from hoi an old city so, whenever we go out, we need to book shuttle but 4 hours before. they gave us a free foot massage coupon for a promotion though booking was always full there for we couldn't use it.-we're 2 but they gave us only 1 coupon. The facilities were not bad but I'd like to recommend you that visit vinpearl hoi an pretty much later.... Xem tiếp

The resort was far from town and taxi was pricy. Although staffs changed my room because of black mold around shower and sink, new room was not better. It took a bit of cleaning by cleaning crew before black mold was removed. The resort is large but felt empty. Hallways lightning is inadequate because they were not on. Staffs were too serious. May be due to lack of smile. Pool Attendants at the bar were more focus on going somewhere else to chat than serving guests. I actually had to go to the bar looking for pen to sign the bill. 위치는 호이안 외곽 쪽입니다. 택시로 호이안 야시장 이동 가능합니다. 호텔 인근에는 편의점이나 식당이 없기 때문에 호텔 안에서 모든것을 해결해야 합니다. 호텔 안 식사, 음료 가격은 비싼 편입니다만 수영장 옆 바에서 먹었던 햄버거 맛있었습니다. 룸서비스로 피자와 스테이크 시켜먹었는데 괜찮았습니다. 수영장도 깨끗하고 예뻐서 사진 찍으면 잘 나오구요 여름 성수기에 갔는데 해가 너무 쨍쨍해서인지 수영하시는 분들이 별로 안 계셔서 수영장 잘 사용했습니다. 그런데 방 에어컨이 고장나서 시원하지 않았네요. 프런트에 말씀드리니 스태프 분이 오셔서 고쳐는 주셨는데 그래도 아주 시원해지지는 않았습니다. 오션뷰를 선택했음에도 바다 정면으로 보이는 뷰가 아니라 바다는 비스듬하게 보이고 수영장이 정면으로 보이는 뷰라서 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 직원분들과 영어로 간단한 의사소통 가능하고요. 영어권 직원들도 있습니다. 한국어 잘하시는 스태프 분도 계시니 필요하신 분들은 요청하시면 될 것 같습니다. 프론트 직원분들 아주 친절하시고요 잘 도와주십니다. 그런데 공항까지 가는 택시 소개해주겠다는 프런트 직원이 있는데, 이 분에게 소개받는 것보다 근처 마사지샵 사장님이 소개해주신 택시 운전기사가 훨씬 저렴했습니다. 프런트 직원분이 소개하는 택시 타지 마시고 다른 택시 알아보세요. 마음에 안 들었던 스태프는 한명만 있네요. 수영장 쪽에서 일하던 영어권 직원 (국적은 모르겠으나 서양인 스태프) 무례했네요. 영어로 그분에게 튜브나, 음료 주문을 했는데 제 발음 교정을 해주려고 하더라고요. 제가 튜브였나 타월을 요청했는데 아니, 그 발음이 아니야. 나 따라해봐 라면서 제가 요청한 타월을 줄 생각은 안 하고 그러고 있으니 옆에 있던 다른 베트남 현지 스태프가 제게 타월을 건네주었습니다. 여자 고객을 향한 플러팅이었는지, 흔한 영어권 서양인들의 동양인들 영어발음 지적하는 인종차별적 행동이었는지, 둘 중에 하나였겠지만, 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 풀빌라 풀은 생각보다 커요 가족끼리 이용하기 좋고 메인풀은 별루에요 그냥 아무것도 없는 메인풀이라 생각하면 되고 조식은 쌀국수 맛있도 위치는 별루에요 택시 잡기는 편해요 택시기사들이 정문 앞에서 항상 대기중이에요 올드타운까지 거리는 택시비 10-13만동 나와요 Xem tiếp

모든 직원분들이 마주칠 때마다 아이컨택하시고 미소로 인사해주셔서 숙박하는 내내 즐거웠습니다. 저까지 포함해서 6명 친구들끼리 함께한 여행이었는데, 풀빌라를 이용했습니다. 객실이 굉장히 넓고 깨끗한 점도 마음에 들었고 빌라에 룸이 3개 있었는데 모두 욕실,화장실이 함께있어서 많은 인원이 이용하기에 불편함이 없었고 수영장에서 보내는 시간도 즐거웠습니다. 또한 개인적으로 산책하는것을 좋아하는데 바닷가 앞으로 산책로가 있어서 조식먹고 소화시킬 겸 걸을 수 있는 점이 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 프론트에 연락하면 이동이 편리하도록 이동수단을 보내주시지만 메인 건물과 가까워서 조식이나 메인풀을 이용할때 걸어서 이동했는데 주변에 나무나 꽃이 너무 이뻐서 또하나의 즐거움을 줌과 동시에 편안함을 주었습니다. 조식은 종류도 많고 입맛에 잘 맞아서 친구들과 오랫동안 이야기하면서 천천히 즐길 수 있어서 좋았고 또 제가 갔을땐 조식을 이용하는 사람이 아주 많은편이 아니라서 여유있게 이용 할 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 아이와 함께한 여행이었는데 리조트가 호이안 구시가지와 약간 떨어져 있는것과 호텔 앞에 비치가 있지만 모래사장이 아닌 방파재가 쌓인 깊은 바다라 바다 수영이 불가한 부분만 빼고 수영장도 좋고 조식도 넘 맛있고 좋았습니다. 위치적 단점은 호이안 구시가지와 안방해변까지 호텔 무료셔틀을 운영해서 큰 불편함 없이 이동하였습니다. 가격대비 룸 컨디션도 너무 좋고 훌륭한 호텔이네여. Xem tiếp

진짜 이곳은 직원이 엄청 친절했어여..! 한국어 할줄 아시는 분이 방으로 안내해주고 저한테 마사지 받을거면 얘기하라고해서 얘기했더니 픽 드랍 다 알아서 얘기해주시고 마사지받고 올드타운 가는 일정이었는데 올드타운 셔틀 내리는곳에 드랍해주신다고 셔틀 탔을때도 잘 탔냐고 문자해주시고 체크아웃할때 짐 들구 안방비치 갈려구 했었는데 안방비치에 짐 둘데 없다구 가따오라구 맡아주시는데 솔직히 안가봤는데 누가 그런 정보를 알겠어요 ㅠㅠ 너무 고마웠어요 또, 체크아웃할때 기본으로 주시는 키 2개중 한개를 수영장에서 잃어버렸는데 "걱정하지마요 언니 !"하면서 안심시켜주시고 다 잘 말해주셔서 너무너무 감사했습니다ㅜㅜ.. 근데 부대시설이나 위치 다른것들은.. 그냥그래욤 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 좋은방이 아니어서 그랬는지 몰라두..!
