Villa was literally falling apart with tiles falling off the walls and lights falling off the ceiling. There was a sewage smell coming from the toilets that the staff could not get rid of. The pool lights were literally hanging by their cables inside the water and looked so unsafe. Sliding doors wouldn't lock. It was so hot by the main pool with no shade, we were burning so could not the pool at all. Breakfast was a terrible experience, full of loud and boisterous mainland tourists rushing for food and knocking children over. Never going back to one of these Vinpearl resorts ever again. Xem tiếp

Took deposit of 9mil VND on the check in day via credit card. Did not return nor cancel the deposit at the check-out. Inquired to take the procedure for cancelling the deposit but just informed me that the procedure will take within 7days at the latest. Waited 7 business days in my country but they did not cancel. Called them to ask about the situation and ask for cancellation receipt. 1. Reception said that there is separate department for cancelling and told me to call back again after 20min because no one from department has come to work yet. 2. Called after 1hour and they hung up on me twice, put me on hold and hung up on me twice before someone answered. 3. Frustrated, I explained the situation and demanded to cancel my deposit since I had not damamged nor used any extra service they confirmed at the check out. 4. They told me it will be returned after 30days. 5. I told them that is unexceptable and unseen from any other hotels. 6. Now the person who is on the call with me said it is receptions responsibility and they will call me later. 7. I told them that I just got transferred from the reception and expressed my frustration because no one is trying to take responsibility and help me out. 8. She repeats the same sentence about taking my number down and passing on to the reception. 9. I asked them when will they call me. 10. She said at the end of today(wtf) or later tomorrow. 11. I demanded that they call me within 30min since they had me waiting enough. And she said that they will. I assured they will and they confirmed they will call me back within 30min. 12. It has been over one hour and they have not called me yet. I was ok with the venue until this terrible experience. I went there to get rested and relieve stress but end up with more stressful and frustrating status. p.s. there are trashes flowing on the ocean. service is too sloppy to manage waves of tourists(often very late to get what you ask for. even our luggages were 2hours late tha Xem tiếp

The room is spacious and beautiful,the frontdoor of that room is out of order and close very quickly itself,it’s really dangerous.The housekeeping don’t change the new towels and fold the dirty ones for us ,they don’t refill the amenities,either,that surprising me how poor service for that 5 star resort.And the English of staff is not well enough... I and my family are very enjoying staying in this resort cause it was so relaxing here just like home. And the staff the were so friendly and helpful many thanks to miss Hoa and Mr Hoang. I enjoyed beautiful nature surroundings here and luxury pool vila. it's most quiet than any other place in Nha trang as well as Vin pearl island. But, English communication is very limited. Even it was not easy to use room service. Plus, Crazy price inside vin pearl island and food quality is just mediocre. it's difficult to reach downtown from the vila. This is not the kind of resort you would go to for a relaxing time. It is overcrowded and filled with thousands of tourists buzzing everywhere and it was chaotic late into the night. The resort is massive so you need a buggy to get around and a pick-up can take awhile. The buggy drivers were miserable and always speeding making it unsafe for riders as well as pedestrians. The resort looked like a low budget disneyland and felt very fake. The breakfast was atrocious, not fresh and mass produced to feed the thousands but it is ok if you don't mind basics like bread and jam. There as no mini bar. The villa was poorly constructed and full of faults - Dangerous metal bits sticking out of the floor, pool lights coming loose and floating in the water with wires sticking out, towel rails in bathrooms and tile fell out of the wall, sewage stench coming out of all 4 toilets within the villa, housekeeping was poor and staff looked very unhappy to be cleaning, leaking pipes and clogged sinks. Check in時候服務很好，提供飲品，有職員全程跟進，入住時職員會幫忙搬運行李，出入lobby時致電給大堂職員要求服務及車接送亦很快有回應。但當叫車準備check out時，叫了三次車都沒有回應，最後只能自行拖著行李推到大堂check out，行李亦自行搬上車到碼頭。坐在碼頭等待車接送時，職員說這裡是check in的客人坐的，要我們坐其他地方。本認為很好的酒店都減了不少分。 Xem tiếp

10인 대가족이 함께 한 나트랑 여행 숙소였습니다. 외부 풍광이 멋진 곳이어서 오래 기억에 남을 것 같아요 휴양 목적이시라면 적합한 숙소에요. 숙소별 수영장과 숙소에 있는 큰 풀장 모두 깨끗이 관리되요. 다만 숙소 구석구석 위생 상태 및 화장실 변기 물빠짐이 안 좋아 불편했어요. 시내 가려면 툭툭이 2번 타고 보트 타고 이동해야 되어서 시내 자주 나간다면 번거로우실 수도 있어요. 워낙 멋진 곳이라서 이런 단점이 좀 커버되요! Xem tiếp

빈펄1에서 3일, 빈펄 2에서 1일 머물렀는데 빈펄2는 시설에 문제가 좀 많았어요. 매니저는 좀 불친절하나 일반 직원분들은 모두 친절합니다. 바퀴벌레나 개미 있는거는 참고하시고 풀빌라가 이정도 가격이면 저렴하긴하나 장기간 머물기에는 좀 지루합니다. 이왕 예약하실꺼면 빈펄디스커버리1으로 하시는게 왔다갔다 편의성이나 메인풀 즐기기 좋습니다. 같은 풀빌라도 있고 시설도 2보다는 좀 더 나은듯 합니다. Xem tiếp
