Great hotel with facilities and wonderful staffs service. However too many unsupervised children’s and too noisy. The hotel capacity mainly 99.9% Korean and Chinese (family and tour group) not suitable for couple. We paid $585 for 2 nights inc breakfast studio room at Agoda Australia but for some reasons Agoda Vietnam rate is cheaper, with the cheaper rate you can get executive suite. Anyway we love all the staffs, they are very friendly and the facilities of the hotel is great. Xem tiếp

I did check in late at 10:20 pm with a room 3622 assigned. The room size is ok but the room had bad smell of cooking in the room. After that, they changed me to 2322. The room was super hot and the temperature of a room was 28.5 *C degree in the room at 11:30 pm. I did call and complained about this. It took them 30 minutes to fix the central control temperature and another 20 minutes for the temperature went down cooler in the room at 22*C degree. There was another big problem with communicating with the staff about my bags. They told me that my bags were in the previous room 3622 and needed to be moved over . I did wait 30 - 45 minutes but my bags were still not delivered to my room. At the end, I had to go down to lobby to get my bags myself. My bags were not in 3622, they were still in the storage room. The hotel promise to give me an upgrade next level room if I come back again. I will give them another chances and write another review after my next stay on June 22 . Xem tiếp

Lady that seems to be manager at reception area is not honest with room availability and shows money hungriness. She also confirmed with us that fee for late checkout is half of the room fee which will be 1.6m. When we asked for it just then they say 2.7m and the reason for it is because it's public holiday. It's quite hilarious how our checkout date magically changed to public holiday when we're never changed our checkout date since we first asked about the fee. Fridge bad as non existent. Xem tiếp

I got a very beautiful room here overlooking the Han River, really great interiors and definitely spacious room. Value for money if I may say. The staff is hospitable and helpful as well. I had some problems checking out but Olga has been very helpful in assisting me. The only complaint I have for this hotel is that it is very noisy. I am on the 12th floor yet I can hear the traffic (e.g. cars honking etc) hence I couldnt say that I had a very undisturbed sleep. The bars here are good but they could get pretty boring and not much happening at night. I suggest going outside if you'd like some drinks and bites. Overall though, I can come back here again I just hope that they enhance their room sound proofing. Xem tiếp

I was asked to use my credit card for deposit. The amount was 4,000,000 Vietnam Don. The staff told me that the money will be reimbursed. However, they just told me but never gave me written confirmation. Also, they didn’t explain why the deposit was necessary until I requested strongly. But everything else was good! Xem tiếp

Booked for the view so no problem for another stuffs. Stayed at executive river view suite with suffix -01 in room number. You can see clearly total 5 main bridges of Han river. Hardly to find that view at another places. Very satisfied ! Xem tiếp
