This hotel is one of the most grand hotel along the street. Reception is friendly and the bellboy is very helpful. Room looks good and inviting, breakfast is great with several varieties. Only downside, is that there are no convenience stores near by. The nearest one is almost 2km walk away. Overall, a good and pleasant stay. Xem tiếp

Was just doing a 1 night stay over and leaving the next morning so wanted something close to the airport. Very friendly staff, free shuttle, we had a mix up of gates (airline changed gates) and they were great about doing an awesome job giving us a free private taxi the next morning. Xem tiếp

A little smell in the toilet. There are undone work. Wire sticking out of the wall. Stayed at 425 The cab back wanted to charge me 4 USD but it was stated to be 3 USD. He wanted to hold on to my baggage. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE OUT OF THE CAR AND HAVE YOUR BAGGAGE!!!!!! Xem tiếp

Got a nice room right beside the dining hall (about 20 pax seating capacity). The complimentary buffet spread was impressive for a small hotel like this one. It's got the traditional and local breakfast treats. The room I got was large and it's got the glass walled bathroom already commented upon by other guests. I'm happy with the wifi and the courteous and attentive staff who can speak English. The car service to the airport was not free (US$3-4). While the charge was reasonable, this must be clearly stated in an announcement on the lobby. I'm sure guests will not hesitate to pay for the service. Don't expect grandiose service and facilities. The hotel is seemingly family operated, tall and slender building (probably only 2-3 rooms in one floor), and provided with a lift. I will stay here again should I need to catch an early flight or arrive at a late night flight at Hanoi airport. Great experience and I will not hesitate recommending this to friends. Xem tiếp

Spacious bathroom & new room with complete facilities. Wifi is working nicely. Drop off for 3usd is a bit expensive since it is less than 10 mins to the airport. Normal taxi will charge you less than 2usd. Xem tiếp

Hotel is fairly new, has big rooms with complete facilities, huge beds, WIFI, room desktop computer, fridge, boiler pot and even a jacuzzi. They provide airport service for free. Good location as it is only a five minute drive to the airport. After Halong Bay tour, they picked us up from the city for free (30 kilometers away). They also arranged the halong day tour for us and even got good discount. Xem tiếp

Wonderful food (one of the best pho dishes we had in Vietnam...!). The room was spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly (family managed). Perfect location for the airport and only costs US$3 to get a taxi there. Possibly a bit far out for the sites of Hanoi, but very useful for the airport and avoiding the crazy traffic! Xem tiếp

near airport,but if you come from airport to the hotel ,it is not fair to the taxi driver because they have to line up to take their turn,unfortunately it only take 10 minute to the hotel,taxi driver can't make money for the trip.if hotel do not offer pickup ,better make other arrangement Xem tiếp

We came here for 1 night after missing our flight. The staff were so accommodating and nice. When all we had for dinner was some cup of noodles (because there were not any restaurants in walking distance that we were comfortable eating at) one of the staff members offered to cook us some vegetables to go with it. We were genuinely surprised and touched by his offer and we accepted and it was delicious. It was our best meal in Vietnam because it came from the heart! thanks Viet Hotel! Xem tiếp

We booked a room including free pickup from the airport. When we landed, the driver was not there - he had gone to the wrong terminal. We tried contacting the hotel on the Whatsapp number they provided, but they took over half an hour to answer and send the driver to us. When we arrived to the hotel, the receptionist insisted we should pay for the pick up from the airport, even after we showed her the booking email which stated clearly that it was included in the price. Would give a zero rating. Literally stalactites growing from bathroom ceiling along with mold. Cut pineapple on plate under the bed. Tub not working as water poured out the back. Bathroom light flickered so badly it was unusable. 2 room lights flickered. WiFi only worked in lobby, not the rooms. Fridge not working. Windows not sealed so highway traffic was incredibly loud. Staff lovely, food good but hotel extremely noisy. Right beside major highway. Tub and shower leaked. Water stains and plaster dripping from ceiling in bathroom. No WiFi in room. Paid 50 $ US. Might have been bearable at 20$ based on closeness to airport and supper. Xem tiếp
