Apart from Michael’s warm hospitality which many other reviewers have spoken of, this hotel is clean, quiet and fantastically situated. Fast wifi too. I also really liked that they were a low-plastic hotel. Xem tiếp

We spent 3 nights at Viethouse Hanoi towards the end of our holiday. The hotel is brilliantly located right on the edge of the old quarter. The rooms are large and very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Heiko was very helpful providing information on great places to eat in the city. The owners were also very accommodating when our tour in Halong Bay was cut short due to bad weather and we came back earlier than expected. This was definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in during our trip. It is highly recommended! Xem tiếp

Excellent hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter. We can't say enough good things about the owners of this place, who greeted us with a smile every single time we walked in, and truly made our stay amazing. They were ready with local food recommendations for every meal, maps to accompany their excellent directions, and efficiently arranged everything for us, including airport transfers, an amazing day trip to Halong Bay, meals and laundry. The rooms are clean, bright, spacious, and quiet, a real oasis to retreat into after navigating the crazy streets of Hanoi all day. The large windows let plenty of natural light and overlook the leafy, green side street where the hotel is located. The penthouse room has great views of both the city and the lake. Location is excellent and within walking distance of everything in the Old Quarter and around the Lake. A really amazing place to call home for your stay in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

1-day layover in Hanoi was made more enjoyable by my stay at Viethouse. It's located very close to Hoan Kiem lake and within biking distance of most of Hanoi's sights. Heiko the owner was very helpful in providing suggestions for dining options. Xem tiếp

The high quality of the rooms was a pleasant surprise and very comfortable. Heiko and his wife were most welcoming and helpful. Initially I had planned to stay 3 nights and stayed another 2 nights after my return from Ha Long Bay. While there is no in-house dining available, there is Vietnamese coffee and local cuisine available right at the door step and definitely recommended. Choice of western themed cafes, bars and restaurants can also be found on the same street. Very conveniently located in the Old Quarter and other tourist destinations. I also stayed at their property in Ha Long Bay where Caroline was most helpful in making my short trip most enjoyable. She organised a private cruise for us - being a few other guests of the hotel and myself - which was a lot of fun despite the wet weather. It was definitely more cost effective than an overnight trip on one of the junkets. The views from Viethouse overlooking Ha Long Bay are amazing. One can even take the local ferry to Cát Bà Island for a day trip. Xem tiếp

Hotel is located in the centre of Hanoi but in a quiet area. On request you can get a homemade breakfast. The rooms as well as the hotel at all are very clean and well decorated. The General Manager is very friendly and helpful and if you want, you can feel like a family member. Also breakfast is not bookable you can order it and will get a homemade one. The hotel team did support as in travel arrangements and did provide a lot of hints and tips. Finally they speak German, English and Vietnamese. We did stay 3 nights and it was a pleasure to us. Ly und Heiko haben nach nur wenigen Momenten geschafft, was sonst nur die eigene Mutti vollbringt. Mir das Gefühl zu vermitteln, an einem mir bis dato noch wildfremden Ort, daheim zu sein. Vielen lieben Dank für diese wundervolle Zeit mit und bei euch. Eure Gastfreundschaft, die vielen Ratschläge und hilfreichen Tipps, schlicht und ergreifend für Euer Hanoi.
