I paid in Cash and they still charged my credit card. Confirmed airport pickup and they didn't show up. Know of another guest who was also not picked up - better be ready to find your way to the hotel. Also monitor your credit card. Xem tiếp

There were no cons, only pros to Viet Hotel Noi Bai. Room and bathroom were both very large, super clean, comfortable, had several amenities. Owners provided help with airport transit. Communication prior to arrival was excellent and upon arrival so helpful. Vietnam hotel is a perfect place for an airport layover as it is so close. Excelent place to spend a night in transit. Very new, modern and specious rooms. Attenitve owner family - ready to help you whatever you need. We arrived very late and they arranged a supper for us - tasty and axactly according to our choice. Definitely return being in Hanoi. Xem tiếp

Это был самый лучший номер за всю мою жизнь да и за такую низкую цену! Исколесила почти всю ЮВА и такой шикарный номер был впервые! У многих кухни на Родине меньше, чем одна только ванная комната. Каждая комната оборудована кондиционером, мягкая постель, ванная с джакузи (!). Если когда-нибудь нужно будет остановиться в районе аэропорта Ной Бай непременно поеду в этот отель. This is a small family-owned hotel close to Hanoi airport. They provide pick up at the airport. Hotel is located in a small village. There is no pleasant way to stroll around, you're essentially confined to your room. Hotel is fairly new. Facilities and breakfast are OK for the price. But I was overcharged 3 times at check out. One item from the menu appeared with 10 times higher price on the bill. Room price was added as well even although it was prepaid during the booking. All that leaves an unpleasant impression of the otherwise nice hotel. Xem tiếp

Near Nội Bai airport. 2-ways airport transfer. Room very spacious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Kind of family/homestay. Just a bit noisy due to airplanes but it was fine for us for 1-night stay. Xem tiếp

We only put a night at this property for our transit, they are just 5 mins away (without traffic) from the airport. The property is actually not a hotel per say, it runs by a family and we believe they are living in the same building too. If you expect it to be a proper hotel, then this might not be a good fit for you. But we enjoyed our stay and the family members are really friendly and helpful. Some of them don't speak good English, so we had to communicate with body gestures as well. It's a nice and quiet place for a stopover. Xem tiếp

I can say it is so lucky to stay in a hotel such as this in the first time to Vietnam. This hotel is very near airport and is it not hard to look for. In the first day, I and my fiancee felt very tired after whole day traveling and walking with weighty luggages, but after we stepped into this hotel all the sleepiness and tiredness passed away. The room is full of elegance and tidiness with beautiful bed, large washing room and bright furniture. The Breakfast is also nice, you can order what you want, like noodle, bread and dumplings, all are delicate. Xem tiếp

Viet Hotel is amazing! Super friendly staff and very close to the airport! The rooms are very spacious, Ultra clean, and are brand new. I would recommend this place to 1000 friends out of 1000. The Only downside we had was that my schedule only allowed for one night stay. Xem tiếp

Mr Hung kindly offered to pick us up from the airport, and drove us back in the morning. The room was huge, it's a shame we couldn't stay longer and enjoy it. the breakfast was traditional Vietnamese style, very well cooked. Thank you to the whole team for a great night's stay! Xem tiếp
