I stayed in Hanoi several times for several days and was very glad to come back to this hostel again and again. First of all I met there the most friendly staff , who was very positive and glad to help me, especially Bee, she adviced a lot of interesting places, helped with some bookings and schedules and also was very patient and polite to me while my stay in there. Hostel is located in the very convinient place in old quarter and many places can be reachable by walk. I like that every bed is big and have curtains, so I had my private space there and very appreciate it. Anyway if on my next visit in Hanoi I need to stay in Old quarter I surely will stay in this hostel. Xem tiếp

The staff was reallt nice and helped me with a lot. Their english was prettt good. The beds were reallt soft and clean. The only things that annoyed me were the sounds the door and locker make when you open them. Its pretty loud. Also not enough bathrooms. Only 1 per floor. Xem tiếp

Pro: Good, study beds with curtains. Good for one night, I was waiting for my flight the next day. There is a public bus that brings you to the airport that is a 20min walk from this hostel. Cons: I do think it should be cleaned more often. No social atmosphere, no place to socialize. Xem tiếp

I decided to learn Vietnamese in this hostel and the girl in the reception taught me how to pronounced. The bathroom is great and very big. Tôi ở V Hostel 4 đêm, tôi thấy xắt thoái mái. Thu và thanh rất thân thiên. Tôi đã cùng họ học từng viết. Tôi yêu v Hostel. I will be back for my first Vietnamese teacher in Hanoi. So interesting, 😊 Xem tiếp

Booked for one night in 4 bed women’s dorm. Arrived at 10pm, was told that my bed in the woman’s dorm was “broken” and could I stay in the mixed dorm. If the bed was broken, they should have notified me earlier (I assume they would have found this out when cleaning the room after the last guest checked out). I assume they just over sold the women’s room. At 10pm after a day of travel I had no option but to accept the bed they had. With 10 people, all men, in a dorm, coming and going it was noisey and I didn’t sleep well - which is why I wanted the 4 person room. Also, one en-suite was provided for the whole room- towels had to be rented. The “soap” and “bodywash” dispensers were empty. The fan in the bunk barely blew any air so it was hot. Xem tiếp

I like this hostel, I booked two days but, ended stayed four days. All reviews are matched. The front desk staffs are very friendly and recommend tour to Ha Long Bay and many others.... I will come back Xem tiếp

Staffs here are very nice and helpful. They gave me a map and recommended some good places to go visit and eat. Plus the room is nice and cozy. I stayed two nights here. Will choose to stay next time when I travel to Hanoi again. Xem tiếp

Located in a quiter area of the old quarter, a decent walking distance from the attractions and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-maintained facilities. Toilets were spacious, with one located in each floor. The setup of this place was well though out. Wifi available inside the room. Awesome choice for a budget stay in the old quarter! Xem tiếp

This hostel is awesome. The room and toilet are really clean. they clean it everyday.shower gel and shampoo are provided which is really great for staying hostel that way you dont need to bring so much stuff to travel with. the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast is good too on the rooftop. The staff is really nice and friendly. They are all very helpful. They always smile. Its not a big hostel , so its quiet at night. You can enjoy good sleep at night.If you want to meet people and dont want so many noise, V hostel is the best choice. The location is good too, closed to beer street. The only downside of this hostel is the door of 4 female dorm doesn't work very well. You always need to sense the key card for like 3 times to open it.other than that,everything is good. Xem tiếp

The bunks have curtains as well as the windows, the beds are warm and comfortable and the street is quiet at night so i had excellent sleeps. Nice simple breakfast included on the rooftop. There is hot water, the dorms are small and the staff are lovely! Xem tiếp
