I booked for 3 days. I cancelled the last day due to private reason and not good conditions at hotel but they did not accept. I had to pay for 3 days although I stayed there 2 nights (I paid in advance). The boss is not friendly to me. The room is not clean. Heat water has some problems. The location is good. The receptionists are nice, except the boss. Never go back this hotel again. Xem tiếp

Booked this hotel for my wife and her family after seeing the good ratings. However, I was told it was a nightmare for them. They faced a horrible stench from the toilet and toilet bowl and requested for a change of room. The request was turned down and after much unhappiness, someone was asked to clean the room again. By then, the family has decided to abandon the room and squeezed into other rooms for a night. Imagine having 5 person in a room for 2? Their holiday was totally spoilt.. Xem tiếp

Hotel staff are very friendly, relaxed and helpful. We stayed three nights here. Room was modern and the bathroom had hot water which was lovely! Location is perfect right on the beach. Rented a motorbike for the day and the staff trusted us with it completely, no need for passports or taking pictures of damages. Would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

The hotel was reasonable. However, it had an ant problem in the room i stayed in. The staff cleaned the room and rid of most but not all the ants. The staff and location were no doubt the best aspects of this hotel. Xem tiếp

Nice big room, aircon works well, room was clean. No daily sevice however. Right opposite the beach, perfect location and round the corner to loads of restaurants. Staff always there and also let us use a shower before we left as our bus wasn't till the evening and check out was midday. Good value for how cheep it is... Xem tiếp

我们坐的会安到芽庄的sleeping bus，早上五点多就到芽庄了，从新咖啡办公室开手机导航一下就找到酒店了，因为太早没地方去，于是试着在前台叫了一下老板，老板人很好，检查好我们的证件后看到有空房就马上让我们入住了。老板的儿子也超级可爱。 Xem tiếp

酒店评论：过于追求表面整洁的阿姨，把我们装东西的各种小袋子全部扔掉了，并且因为屋子很小，几乎没有可以摆放物品的地方，我们就把小桌子上台灯和电话放在地上以便留出空间，好家伙，一回来，屋里几乎回到入住前啊，我们的东西全部被放到各种可以塞的角落里，开始以为iPad，充电器，充电宝啥的都没了呢！屋子隔音不好，旁边屋子的小孩一晚哭了5次！温馨提示：在订酒店时尽量问一下旁边是否有装修！我们早上7点多就被迫起床出门，真的很不习惯装修叮叮当当的从白到晚！ Xem tiếp
