I booked a double pod (2 beds bunked) for a quick overnight stay as we had a flight that got in at 1am but check in at our hotel in Hanoi was not until 11am. Because of our unconventional arrival time, I made sure to message the hotel through the Agoda app to make sure our arrival and checkout times would be okay. I received an approval message in return. However, upon check-in, the hostess insisted our check-in time was not until 12PM that day... which of course would defeat the purpose of the booking entirely. After some back-and-forth and me showing her evidence of my confirmation (which she took a picture of), she finally showed us to our pod. I appreciate her being accommodating and taking the time to figure out the miscommunication, but if my message correspondence was recieved by someone else, there definitely needs to be more communication on their end so that I wasn't inconvenienced when I arrived. Overall, it's a lovely, comfortable little pod that's just perfect for a few hours stay. There's complimentary water, snacks, and combs inside, and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. The restroom is the shared public restroom right across from where the pods are located. Unfortunately, there are no shower facilities. The ability to shower would've been the icing on the cake. Despite, the minor hitch at check-in, we enjoyed our stay and felt it was definitely a great value for the cost! Xem tiếp

The place is clean, staff is friendly. The room is actually smaller than the picture. However was neat and nice. The only downside is the facility has no its own toilet and shower area. You will have to use the airport shared restroom if needed. There are many airport campers sleep in the toilet area so it feels a bit unsafe walking there. Xem tiếp

I arrived into Hanoi at 4.30am and had hours to kill before my flight at 1pm. The bed in the sleep pod was really comfortable and I managed to catch up on some sleep. Wifi, Snacks and water were provided. Heaps of tv channels available too. They provided toothbrush kit as well, however you will have to go to the toilet opposite them. The location is good and within airport, wet towel and mineral water as well as toothbrush is provided. As it’s a sleeppod, thus there’s no toilet within the hotel, but you can simply walk to the airport toilet right in front of hotel. No shower/bathroom. Xem tiếp

Overall the VATC Sleep Pod is good for transit overnight, in steed of sleep at the airport waiting area. But the sound proof is not so good. If unlucky you get a snoozing people next to your pod, it is difficult to sleep well. Xem tiếp

Clean and convenient, 30 seconds walking distance to the international check in counter. Attentive staffs. However, it's a little bit pricy. But I am sure I will come back again before I can get better choice. Xem tiếp

it was good, but remember that you have to chop your passport. its not in the transit area. i was not told about that. but easy for transit purpose. good staffs working. don't expect too much. just to sleep is ok. Xem tiếp

I extremely satisfied with my stay here. The location could not be more perfect than this. No need to hassle, looking for a cab to get you to a hotel outside the airport. Especially when you arrive very late at night and need to go early in the morning. Yes, it doesn't have a private bathroom, but the toilets across the pods was very clean and empty. They also gave you free water and snacks, good for breakfast to go. The downside is, the wifi was on and off, and you can hear the flight announcement through the speaker untul very late at night. I suggest for all of you light sleeper out there, bring an earplug to solve this problem. Xem tiếp

My flight was touched down during midnight 2am, get out from arrival hall and take escalator to one floor up, will see the vatc sleep pod at the end of the hall. Staff is very friendly and room is very clean and cozy. Xem tiếp

Nice and helpful staff, and incredibly clean, convenient and fun! So much better than having to get to and from the airport for a single night stay. The bathroom is right across the hall in the airport, and you can choose Terminal 1 or 2 depending on where your flights arrive and depart from. I’ll definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

Had ten hours at the airport and sitting in a seat waiting just didn't cut it. The pod was perfect! Gave me a clean place to rest, relax and wait for my flight. Definitely worth the money! Xem tiếp

I didn't even get to use it. What more can I say? I was on a 9 hour transit from haneda to Singapore and booked it for my wife and 1 year old. NOWHERE is it stated on their site that the sleep pod is in another part of terminal 2 ( apparently not in the terminal 2 where the plane landed ) We were not allowed to go to that part of that terminal 2, I don't know why because the English of the officers were atrocious. So my wife and son had to make due sleeping in th nursery which some of the store ladies recommended us to. Best part is THERE is no refund so for people like me who travel to this airport for the very first time, we are not able to use the sleep pods and money burnt. Horrible horrible. Xem tiếp

The staff's greeting was great, helpful, informative, and nice. The room was clean, confortable for transit traveller even with kids. We booked 2 room side by side, and the staff gave us compliment 4 hand made beautiful Vietnam traditional handcraft. I strongly recommend any one need good sleepPod of VATC during transit! Xem tiếp

The way they advertise this place, you would think that it's for passengers that are on transfer. Nothing is further from the truth. When they say Terminal 1 or terminal 2, they mean before customs. So you basically need a visa for Vietnam to get in. I can appreciate that there is a sentence on Agoda or even on the hotel's website that states this fact. However, on Agoda, you will only read this if you decide to scroll all the way down the page. And even then it is hard to miss. Common people! This is important. It should be written as a warning on a very prominent place. In the end, they can claim to be right, because they did write it on the website. But I think it's a big scam. The only thing listed very prominently on Agoda and on the hotel's website is that there are NO REFUNDS. I blame both the hotel and Agoda for this unsportive business behavior. Hopefully, they adjust their websites so others don't fall victim to this. Xem tiếp
