Chủ khách sạn vui vẻ, ngay trung tâm ăn uống ở khu Vườn Đào, gần bãi tắm đi khoảng 3-5 phút. Thật ra đây là nhà nghỉ thì đúng hơn? khăn tắm rất củ kỹ, phòng ốc cũng cũ, không có bồn tắm và sữa tắm chỉ có mỗi cục xà phòng bé tí. Dầu gội thì sử dụng theo từng gói nhỏ, không có khăn trải chổ phòng tắm nên khi tắm xong thì phòng rất ướt, khi có người vào phòng đi vệ sinh thì sẽ bị ướt chân rất khó chịu vì không có khăn để lau chân cho khô trước khi vào phòng. Lần sau mình sẽ không đến đây ở nữa mặc dù bà chủ KS rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình nhưng vẫn không bù được cho những vấn đề bất tiện khác mà mình không hài lòng Xem tiếp

I would recommend this place as it has a good location. It can be noisy at night and the bed is a bid hard. As per for the service it was good. The owner was very helpful in regards any concerns I would have. Very clean and good view from the front balcony. Xem tiếp

The hotel was quite nice for the money with a nice bedroom. The bathroom was okay but not enough hot water for two people to take reasonable showers. No breakfast provided but the staff was very helpful in leading us to a great option. Not far from ha long bay tourist wharf. Xem tiếp

Cool spot to hang out in halong, not a lot to do in Halong so if you would like some more going on i would recommend going to stay on cat ba island. Overall the hotel was great though, huge rooms and great service for the price. Xem tiếp

Room is totally ok at this kind of budget. Clean & large bed as well. Kind of small family business and staff is friendly. If you stay in this area, be careful with brokers who always try to sell cruise tour in Halong bay. We met some of them and finally ended up with a guy since he said he is from the hotel. It turned out that he is not from any hotel, just a broker. A couple stayed at the hotel next door bought the cruise tour in Hanoi from an agent and it was much cheaper than I bought from the guy. You better do the same. Can stay one or two night in land and take a 6-hour tour in Ha Long bay. Xem tiếp

As soon as we arrived a guy started to try to sell us trips to Halong Bay. We told him to wait, which he accomplished. After some research we concluded that he offered what everyone was offering: a trip to Halong Bay, lunch included, entrance to the cave, and most of all, which we made clear, no selling in the trip, no surprises, no extras. We were wrong. The first place we stopped, they told us to get in a boat to see the caves and then they wanted money. Lunch was miserable. So if you stay in this hotel, stay away from this guy. Very large room with balcony. Clean and close to market and local restaurants. 1km from the pier. Staff will try to sell you boat trips to Cat Ba and they are the ones who are at the pier. Tip: Nothing to do in Halong Bay. If you're coming by yourself and do not wish to buy a joint tour in Hanoi to Cat Ba, make sure you get to Halong city before 11am because all the boats to Cat Ba leave at 12am. Boat tickets to Cat Ba are usually sold out at the official ticket office as the agencies buy them all in advance so you have to purchase it to them. The the official boat ticket (including caves visiting and fisherman village) costs 80.000 dong so keep it in mind when negotiating the price with the agency sellers at the pier. You should get the ticket for no more than 15USD including bus transfer to Cat Ba city. Xem tiếp

It's very convenient to go to the Ha Long bay tourist harbor as well as to other attractions, night market and the local restaurants. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and funny. I would recommend this hostel to my friends for a budget stay. Xem tiếp

Sehr positiv, beim Einchecken und nach dem Zimmercheck (Handtücher, Minibar) sofort Klargestellt daß wir 2 Badetücher, und nur ein Bett mit weicher Matratze (neu), nur im 3. Stock vorhanden, akzeptieren. Dem wurde sofort entsprochen. TIPP: Bei Touren- oder Busbuchungen immer mehrere Preise einholen sonst ist man garantiert 2. Sieger. Xem tiếp

Wir haben 2 Nächte hier verbracht (ohne Frühstück, das ist aber kein Problem, da man um die Ecke genügend Pho-Läden hatte). Leider hatten wir kein wirkliches Fenster nach draußen - was uns beim schlafen aber eigentlich nicht gestört hat. Die Chefin hat uns eine Bootstour durch die Ha Long-Bucht gebucht - aber Achtung: die Agenturen verkaufen einem oft für mehr Geld weniger als am Hafen direkt - wir haben genau aufgeschrieben, was wir wollten - und das hat super geklappt. Die Lage war prima - zum Hafen zwar ca. 3 km - dafür waren wir aber direkt in Chai Bay - und um die Ecke vom Local Market, der sich auf jeden Fall lohnt! Xem tiếp
