Definitely the most well-lit hotel room hotel room I've ever had, Viet-Nam or otherwise. This, however, may only apply to the rooms in front with a street view. Very clean facility. Smokers should be forewarned that this is a 100% smoke-free facility. Maybe the owners are from California! Otherwise a pleasant place to stay. Close to historic attractions and the old city. You will also be surrounded by local Vietnamese city life unconnected to the tourist trade. Xem tiếp

It was too bad stay. We cannot sleep all night. Noisy around room. There are someone try to open my room but luckily we lock it inside. It is a very bad hotel. It should not be recommended by Agora. It made me not believe in Agora anymore. Xem tiếp

Pleasant stay. Staff friendly and helpful. If you arrive early in the morning after an overnight train trip you can hire a room for half a day and so check in early. Area is well located for access to train station, Temple of Literature and KOTO Restaurant but some distance from the Old Quarter. Limited choice of breakfast here, but value for money, and it's worth staying away from the Old Quarter if you don't like traffic noise. Xem tiếp

10min to get hot water for shower, they kept turning the elevator off, rooms small and musty and the bathroom didn't feel clean. The staff were great though, more than helpful, I just think the hotel needs a renovation. Xem tiếp

Our hotel room with balcony was very nice gave us a relaxed ambieonce of the area overlooking the passing trade and was a lot quieter than the Van Mieu 1 Hotel as that hotel was on a busy street. Overall our stay in Vietnam was a great experience and the local people were all very friendly and helpful. We look forward to travelling to Vietnam again sometime. Xem tiếp

The room was in fair condition but had a bathtub/shower that leaked water onto the bathroom floor when used. The hotel is described as having airport transfer available but we had to pay for this at more than the taxi rate.it was late to pick us up. We stayed at the hotel to start a tour starting from there but I believe there are cheaper and better value hotels located nearer to the old/market quarter. A mediocre hotel Xem tiếp

Staff were helpful and friendly, although often hard to get their full attention. Rooms reasonable size. Breakfast was ok, nice views from dining room. It is a little out of the way from attractions if you are walking but they are walkable and it is near train station. Airport transfer was easy and reasonably priced. Wi-fi didn't work properly on all floors and dropped out a fair bit. Overall you get what you pay for and if you need a base for a few days and will be out and about most of the time it is a good place to stay. Xem tiếp

we decided to stay at the van mieu hotel for 2 days before we joined a 15 day tour group. this hotel was listed on the internet with very good reviews and this was a deciding factor. the staff were extremely helpful and gave us maps with points of interest clearly marked - we didn't even have to ask for them. the rooms may be small by our own personal standards, but were more than adequate for our requirements. linen was changed each day and room cleaned. free water and use of the internet. pleasant free breakfast with a good selection of both asian and european dishes.
