Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình, niềm nở. Địa điểm đẹp ngay trung tâm thuận tiện đi lại ăn uống. Rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ nhà có trẻ nhỏ. Nchung là những ngày ở đây vs gđ mình khá tuyệt vời có điều giá như spa ko sửa chữa để đc trải nghiệm thêm thì tốt. Và menu ăn sáng đa dạng thêm nữa. Thì sẽ vô cùng tuyệt vời! Xem tiếp

overall stay is good but breakfast was disappointing. 2 days stay and the hotel staff refused to serve us Vietnamese ice coffee and i had to ask it for numerous times. We were asked to make our own coffee. also we have been warned that the vietnamese coffee was too strong for us. And we have been served with water down coffee at the end. Vietnamese coffee is part of the cultural experience staying in vietnam. So it is very DISAPPOITING. i have been to vietnam so many times and i find it very confronting and tiring to explain to them as it was just a simple request for hotel Vietnamese breakfast. Xem tiếp

From the moment we arrived the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were staying for our anniversary and while they said they would have normally upgraded us to the honeymoon suite, it was unfortunately booked already. Nonetheless they made our stay very special. I personally experience this hotel is really great, cleanliness is very good, the attractions to go are very close, it is really convenient, the bad thing is that the sound insulation is a little worse. However, there are still many advantages in the whole. What I want to say the most is that I am very satisfied with the services of nancy and john. Their service is really great. This hotel is nearly built(only a few months old). Everything is very clean. Staying here which is very close to Han River(Less than 100 meters)and is so much better than staying along the seaside. Everything is so convenient. Xem tiếp

My family stayed 3 nights at this amazing hotel. The hotel is quiet new with good facilities, rooftop swimming pool is fabulous, you have to check it out during daytime and nighttime to have the view of the city and Dragon Bridge. You can walk to Dragon Bridge or Han Market from the hotel - those are must see attractions in Da Nang. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast can be improved but generally okay. Overall strongly recommend this hotel. By the way, family room will have partial view of the Dragon Bridge. Xem tiếp

Only problem we had was the clogged drain for the shower. Problem was taken care of immediately by building maintenance. Otherwise everything else about the hotel was great. Will definitely stay there for next visit to Da Nang. Xem tiếp

I tried the hotel breakfast for the first morning but skipped on the following day as the options were quite boring. I’d suggest you skip the breakfast option and go out for a breakfast. The view from the roof top bar was beautiful, the bar offered many options of drinks. A compliment note I’d like to give Ms Nhu Quynh, she was a very cheerful staff member and a person who loves her job a lot. She enjoyed sharing her knowledge with the guests and was the one who made my hotel stay like a home. Thanks again to Ms Nhu Quynh. Xem tiếp

It is a brand new hotel well located near the pink church and Central market. that was the Golden lotus spot just right across the street as well. the rooms big and spacious. breakfast was ample. staff are generally friendly. one suggestion on improvement can be the sensor light at the entrance to be less sensitive. overall a great stay. keep up the standard. hotel located very close to riverside, so many restaurants and bars nearby; room isnt big but all you need are included, overall fine and clean. Staffs in front desk are nice , they always try their best to help me and answer my questions, but unfortunately some information they provided isnt up to date ... Xem tiếp

Everything was fantastic. staffs are super kind and friendly. one of the staff can speak english very well and other staffs can speak english a little. swimming pool, room condition, staffs, view.. everything was good· one thing, we stayed 3 days, i think housekeeper didnt change the towers, bathrobe, bed sheet even though we said to H/K staff to cleaning up, bedsheet was dirty, we put the towers ,bathrobe on the floor to change. There was the same dirty stain on the towel I thought it was a new towel. But, if i have any chance to come here, i will stay here again because of staffs. Xem tiếp
