I booked that hotel room for a night in transit in HCM City. I arrive at midnight and need 30 min. to explain to the receptionist about what Agoda booking mean, and that I already paid. The receptionists even did not know about Agoda booking and asked me a paper showing the booking and asked me to pay. After another 30 min of explanation, I got the room (they guess the type of room I booked, unsurely of course) and ask if I can have a breakfast a little early in the morning. They said there is no breakfast. Then I take a shower and realize that there is not hot water. I called the receptionist and got an answer: hot water system does not work. So I took the cold water show and felt very disappointed and cheated. Who can I call for complaints? How can I get back my breakfast. I don't know but what I got was really bad. Xem tiếp

Bad smell, too dark, AC noise and not working. Bathroom is dirty, no ventilation system. Nightlight doesn't work. Never stay there again. Not recommend for anyone Xem tiếp

The hotel is very conveniently located from the HCMC international airport that is about 15 min from the airport. The staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. Övernattningshotell. Vi reste vidare dagen efter. Inget hotell som man stannar någon längre tid på. Frukosten kunde vara lite mer än två stekta ägg och lite grönsaker.
