Trên cả tuyệt vời
Khách sạn nằm trong khu vinhome. Đặc biệt mình thích nhất là hồ bơi nhiệt độ ngoài trời và có phòng họp. Căn mình đặt là deluxe nên có view Thành phố và landmark 81 cực đỉnh. Nhất định sẽ quay lại !!! Thanks Thương !!! Xem tiếp

The problems started right from the word go... this was the worst decision of my family trip to Vietnam. I dont know if it was because it was 31/Dec, We reached at 12 Noon and there wasnt a single english speaking person from this services apartment available to help us. There was absolutely NO CONTACT phone number given in the booking !!!. we were told that there are no rooms available till 2pm...so we left our bags to go out sightseeing. We return at 10.30pm and again there wasnt ANYONE from the Serviced apartment available to help us. Taking help from some kind residents, they managed to get the contact number for one person who again didnt speak english. After a lot of google translate, we managed to get into one room as my kids really needed to sleep and found the rooms were not even cleaned up, the sheets were dirty, the towels were missing, there is no wifi and no TV. So we swallowed our go, slept and scooted to the airport next morning. The worst customer support EVER!!! Xem tiếp

Because this isn’t a hotel, they use a fingerprint system to get in and out of the apartment. The problem being as a guest your finger isn’t registered so every time you want to re enter the apartment you have to text the host so they can let you in / and to use the elevator. The staff are available 24/7 and are very friendly but it is a hassle not being able to enter your room freely. Also the condition of our room was worn, marks on the walls, and the couch was very worn and we arrived having no toilet paper or towels in the room. Xem tiếp

Pros - - Apartment was classy, neat and in a very peaceful area of HCM city away from all the bustle and traffic typical of the city centres. - Multiple convenience stores nearby to the apartment, a couple of decent restaurant-priced eating places and the gym and pool facilities were top notch! - Sarah from Urban House Saigon was really friendly and helpful. Thank you Sarah! =) Cons - - Some cab/grab drivers might be confused by the address and location of the area. Let them know you're staying near or at "Aqua 2" and they'll have a much easier time finding it. - The "relative isolation" of the area works against you sometimes, as you pretty much have to cab anywhere out of the apartment area, as opposed to being able to walk if you stayed at some of the more centralized areas of HCM city. - Our apartment's air conditioning emitted an intermittent whistling sound which disturbed my sleep but not my partner's. beware of what you find in Google. They are using the old name to fake you. so Called "Urban House - Golden River" no more exist. It's dismantled. They just bring you somewhere call Aqua-Vinhome; which is isolated from anywhere!!! Xem tiếp

Hopefully this review will help future potential bookers. First, THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It's a Apartment living space being rented out. When I originally searched with Agoda, my filters were 1)5-Star 2)HOTEL 3)District 1. Been traveling thru Vietnam for nearly a month and get tired of them 3 stars and like to splurge on a 5 star at this point. I highly prefer a HOTEL because of all the service and amenities they provide. My family and I were carrying alot of luggage's so having that run up and down the room for us was highly preferred. Urban House Saigon is basically a bunch of apartments being rented out within VINHOMES apartments Golden river AQUA 1. This is important to know otherwise your cab driver / GRAB driver / etc will be lost as hell. Location isn't so good considering there is NOTHING in walking distance other than a 7-11 across the street and a coffee shop next door. Also be careful about which room you book and which room they'll give you. Xem tiếp

일일이 나열 하기도 힘들지만 그래도 다른 여행객들은 나같은 피해를 받지 않기를 바라는 마음에 후기를 남긴다. 첫번째는 내가 사진으로 보고 예약한 숙소와 실제 체크인 한 숙소는 완전 다른 아파트였다. 두번째는 청소가 전혀 안되어 있었다. 이후로도 청소는 항상 깨끗하지 않았다. 세번째 문제가 정말 심각한 문제였다. 이 아파트는 보안이 철저하여 지문인식 으로만 출입이 가능했다. 하지만 어반하우스측은 지문 등록에 시간이 오래 걸린다는 핑계로 등록을 시켜주지 않았다. 그래서 들어가고 나갈때 마다 직원을 불러야 했다. 대신 언제든 부르면 와서 문을 열어주겠다고 약속했었다. 첫날 관광을 마치고 밤 열한시가 좀 넘은 시간에 숙소에 도착하여 직원을 호출 했지만 답이 없었다. 전화와 문자 메세지를 수십번 보냈지만 답은 없었고, 결국 우리는 다른 호텔을 잡아 첫날밤을 보내야 했다. 다음날 아침 일곱시쯤 다시 돌아와서 직원을 호출 했지만 여전히 답이 없었고 두 시간 이상을 기다린 후에야 직원이 와서 아무런 해명도 없이 문만 열어주었다. 직원에게 왜 이런 일이 발생했는지 물었으나 그 직원은 본인은 모른다는 말 밖에 하지 않았다. 너무 화가 나서 매니저를 불러 달라고 했더니 매니저는 오전 열시에 출근하니 그때 볼수 있다고 했다. 근데 열시에 출근 한다던 매니저는 오후 세시가 넘어서야 볼 수 있었다. 그 중간 수 없이 메세지를 보내도 그저 지금 가고 있다는 말 뿐 다른 해명을 들을수는 없었다. 이후 매니저를 만나 해명을 들었다. 지난 밤 직원들끼리 연락이 원활하지 않아 그런 일 이 발생했고, 앞으로는 절대 그런일 없을것이며 새로운 단톡방을 만들어 직원 누구든 바로 대답하기로 했다. 그렇지만 그건 이후 4일만 그랬을 뿐 또 대답이 없었다. 그리고 시간이 오래 걸려 안된다던 우리의 지문 등록이 5분만에 가능한 기적을 보았다. 첫날 밤 숙박비는 환불해 주기로 약속 했었지만 역시 그 약속도 지켜지지 않았다. 모든것이 거짓말이고 단지 그 상황만 모면하면 된다는 그들의 태도에 환멸을 느낀다. 應該在富人區的住宅，設施很完善，但到達時說沒有收到agoda訂單，我大概2個月前訂的，所以如果有人要去一定要跟飯店重複確認，因為帶老人小孩需要洗衣機，結果說洗衣機壞了去修理，這也讓我不開心，大概cp值算高吧 Xem tiếp
