Resort này khá rộng, nhiều khu khác nhau, bao gồm nhiều dịch vụ tiện ích spa, nhà hàng, hồ bơi..đặc biệt có 2 hồ bơi và hồ trẻ em đầy đủ..phía trước giáp với bờ biển nên phong cảnh rất phù hợp với việc nghỉ dưỡng. Xung quanh khu resort không có các hàng quán gì nhiều. muốn ăn hay chơi gì thì đi khoảng 3-5km. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn có địa điểm đẹp, có bãi biển riêng. Tuy nhiên phòng rất cũ, bẩn, ko tiện nghi. Phụ thu trẻ con từ 5 tuổi 150k/1 bé là quá đắt so với chất lượng. Bữa ăn sáng rất tệ, chỉ hơn cơm bình dân một chút. Nhân viên ko nhiệt tình hướng dẫn khách. Chỉ tương xứng với nhà nghỉ ko nên để là Hotel hay resort và giá chỉ nên cao hơn nhà nghỉ một chút vì có bãi biển và bể bơi. Tôi ko thể liên hệ được agoda và có nhờ Ks giúp đỡ liên hệ Agoda để lấy hoá đơn đỏ mà họ trả lời ko chuyên nghiệp, ko dứt khoát và bảo liên hệ lại với tôi suốt từ sáng mà tới giờ là tối mà chưa có ai liên hệ. Nói chung chúng tôi rất thất vọng về khách sạn tropical và Agoda. Hi vọng các bạn nên cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ và giá cả tương xứng với chất lượng nếu ko tôi sẽ ko đặt phòng Agoda và chắc chắn tôi và tất cả bạn bè ko bao giờ đến khách sạn này nữa. xin cảm ơn Công Xem tiếp

resort đã cũ, cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp, bù lại nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, ks sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng rộng khác hẳn sự chật trội khi ở trong Tp Hội An. Ăn sáng rất ổn. Phù hợp gia đình thích biển, cần không gian rộng cho trẻ con. Xem tiếp

Lovely grounds, fabulous pools and the beach directly in front is clean.. Rooms were dated as many reviews have mentioned. But clean. Service was very hit and miss - sometimes great, friendly and speedy, other times the total opposite. Perfect location to escape the heat in town. Xem tiếp

It was our second time staying here but rooms are still outdated and need freshening up.The wifi was terrible most of the time unlike other resorts we've stayed in.Most of the staff are great but Miss Lee was a dragon ,very grumpy most of the time,unlike the other happy wait staff.Breakfast was ok but could use some variety during the week.I had money stolen from my bag which I left on my balcony by mistake and thought security needs to be more vigilant,my mistake but still happened.The biggest turn off for coming again was the large groups of Vietnamese tourists that took over the resort as they were loud and inconsiderate of other tourists.The noise from their nightly gatherings were in competition with each other and staff were so busy catering to them others were ignored.We found tropical a bit disappointing this time around. the hotel has an excellent location, the beach and the pools are really nice. The only issue is that the walls are really thin, so you can hear neighbours and that beds are very hard. other than that we liked everything. gratis massage and shuttle to the airport if you stay at least 5 nights, are an extra threat. we would love to return. Cannot fault anything about this resort. A quiet location situated on the beach. Our room was a beach access apartment. Loved the grounds, location away from hustle and bustle, yet regular shuttle bus service / grab made it softer convenient to get into old town. Loved having the pools right by the ocean so we could choose either. Lots of local street food available close by. Will def revisit again x Xem tiếp

Good Location - Great Sunset View - Friendly Staff "Especially the reservation/front-desk, he upgraded our suite to a higher one and we definitely appreciate the bigger suite. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff made sure to provide us with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend this resort and will be coming back when I’m here again. The location (on the beach), facilities and breakfast make this a great stay for those looking for good affordable accomodation in Hoian. Our family had a great stay, with friendly, helpful staff. The only thing holding back more stars are the rooms/buildings are a little tired. Xem tiếp

Property is located directly on beach which is great. Grounds are well maintained and pools are great. However there are insufficient lounges etc. to cater for a large amount of guests and needs more shade. We stayed in a Deluxe Double Sea View Room upstairs. Room is shabby with paint pealing off doors. Paint bubbles on wall - moisture Door to balcony was awkward to close - off runner permanently Bathroom needs update - shower in bath with plastic curtain Breakfast had limited choices of food (if kept topped up) and was cold. Had to continually ask staff to "top up" servers even had to request plates. Very slow in resetting tables. Yogurt was more like milk. Choice of fruit was good. BUT I draw the line at charging us for ice when there was no way to make ice in our room !! Reception was ok but not helpful when it came to booking tours etc. Overall an average property in a great location with average staff Highlight of the stay was dining in Red Chilli opposite the resort. We got a Deluxe Ocean view Suite which is 1 BR . The room design itself is a bit out date but it’s great and clean. Beautiful beach with 180 degree view. Staffs are attentive. Restaurant provides great western dishes. The only thing is a bit annoying me is water from the tub/ shower keeps spilling outside. Xem tiếp

The main reason i chose the resort was for its location and its landscape. The resort is right on the beach! The architecture and landscaping of the property overall is great. Roaming around the resort is wonderful. We enjoyed the pools, the beach side sit outs, the beach facing restaurant and little bar. The rooms are just average though, but we were upgraded from our garden view to ocean view. The view of the ocean made up for the still average room. Food is also average in a way. Staff is friendly. We preferred to eat out in Hoi An and stay here. Loved the property overall! Xem tiếp

The resort was very nice, although a little dated (especially bathrooms). Huge rooms, huge bed (2x120 cm beds put together), would fit easily 3 people. Air con in my room wasn't very efficient, was probably a bit old. The food was ok, with not that much choice available. Lovely, quiet beach, perfect for kids. Swimming pool also very nice. Looks like they cater more for chinese tourists, which are very noisy. Shuttle service to and from Hoi An very reliable and nice to have. All in all, lovely stay in a great location, would come back again. Good value for money, if you are traveling on a budget. Xem tiếp

Great, friendly staff, Pools, Beach. Great. But standard rooms are not a ‘4 Star. These Older superior rooms need updating. Air Con had issues and still didn’t work 100% when fixed. Fridges didn’t keep drinks cold. Requested upgrade to Beach front rooms (at an extra price) These rooms were much better,nice overlooking beach- but over priced. *WiFi is terrible (when trying to make flight bookings etc) * Tip- get a Viettel Data 11gb Sim..you’ll need it. Free Shuttle available to and from old town ( a must see). But we used the GRAB App for taxis-easy and cheap (as above you’ll need a mobile with SIM). Overall I’d probably stay here again but only beachfront rooms if at a good price. Xem tiếp

This was our first time to Vietnam and we chose this resort because of the location and the reviews. The hotel arranged a airport transfer which was reasonable and hassle free. Check in was easy and they drove us to the room from the reception. The grounds are huge and spacious. Room was tidy and large. Everything we needed. No WiFi the first night 8n the room due to renovations but they had it fixed the next day. Breakfast was acceptable with all the usual western and asian offerings. Pools and poolside areas are fantastic and a great place to relax which is what we came for. Poolside bar not overpriced and staff were attentive and helpful with umbrellas for shade and towels throughout the day. Beach was great. Clean and wayer was great. Management staff were always about and asked guests for any requests or issues and sorted out things with follow ups. All staff were freindly and made us welcome. Overall a very good break. Wonderful big room with big bed. Breakfast choices are a mix of Asian and western. Pool is on the edge of the resort next to the beach so it catches the breeze. Lovely, friendly staff. Xem tiếp

Only problem with resort was Euro trash who would get up at 6am each morning and place towells and belongings on beach seats, pool seats and lounges for their exlusive use then would not use them for hours while other guests went without. Xem tiếp

If you want to enjoy Hoi An but not live in it and have a comfortable place to relax on the beach this is a good choice. It is not walking distance to anything other than the beach but you have easy transportation choices: hotel shuttle, taxi/grab or hotel bicycle. There are two large swimming pools big enough to swim laps. They have tennis but it’s too hot now. The Gym is very small and not air conditioned so kinda worthless. The restaurant is very good and the happy hour at sunset is wonderful. The beach out front has nice sand and the gradient is gradual enough to safely frolic in the water. The beach is far from tourist centers so it is pretty quite. The hotel grounds are spaceous and nicely decorated with landscaping and lanterns. They are set up for group tours but they use a separate restaurant. We had a couple incidents with power out and no water but I don’t know if that is common.
