Địa điểm quá thuận lợi... muốn ăn khám phá ẩm thực Hà Nội đều có ngay cửa ks. 03 bước ra Bờ Hồ. Nhân viên thân thiện, phòng sạch sẽ, ga gối thơm, ăn sáng tuy không phong phú nhưng chấp nhận được. Nhược điểm, phòng quá nhỏ cho để vali. Muốn lấy đồ trong vali thì phải đóng để gọn một chỗ mới có đường đi. Xem tiếp

We had such a fantastic time during our stay at Trang Trang. We were pleasantly surprised by the perfect location. We walked absolutely everywhere, the Museum, the Temple of Literature, night life, the French Quarter; it was a highlight that sealed a three month trip throughout SE Asia. Good location! Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake and Old Quarter! Nice friendly staffs! Room was comfort! You can change the color of the lights by switching on & off - daylight / warm white / cool white! I used to wake up very early and I was told the breakfast start serving at 6.30am. But when i was there I still need to wait for awhile as they just started to prepare. Nothing else to complaint other than that! Overall was good! Xem tiếp

There was a girl who prepared breakfast every morning at the cafeteria and and later on you will see her working at the front desk after the breakfast session. She is friendly and very helpful, her name is "Anh" (I might spell her name wrongly). Most of their staffs are very nice too - a guy working daytime and a lady working in the evening at the front desk! I like their breakfast, they served pho chicken and Vietnamese rolls too! Good location, you can reached many interesting places in walking distance. Our room was located at 2nd floor facing the street, we can hear cocks crow every morning. Generally speaking, the staff was very nice and the hotel is well located, but felt like a lot went wrong. The room is small and the A/C unit isn’t capable of heating the room properly. Woken up in the middle of first night by a water leak dripping through a pot light. Woken up in the middle of the second night by electric outage that cut off the heating so I was freezing. Gave them clothes for laundry and nearly half came back stained with bleach. I can’t recommend beacause I didn’t even chose to go back when passing through Hanoi again. Xem tiếp

Staffs were really helpful & nice. We had an early flight and reached hotel around 9am. Check-in should be made at 2pm but they let us check-in slightly earlier. We booked for a deluxe double city view but we got a standard double room without window at first. We checked with the staffs to request a room with window and we were relocated in a standard double room with window at a higher floor around 2pm thereafter. We were very tired due to early flight, so we did not voice out regarding on the difference between standard room & deluxe city view room, just to mention we booked 5 nights so the difference sum is $$$. Location is very near to Hoan Kiem Lake and it's walking distance to old quarter, beer street, night market & many other interesting places. Street food everywhere! Not much choices for breakfast, bread & toast, coffee tea & milk, fruits & salad, fried rice & soup, you may also order pho & different eggs you want it to be cooked. Xem tiếp

The location is excellent as you are in the heart of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The room had basically everything you need and was immaculately clean. One complaint would be that the rooms are small. There is a restaurant for breakfast upstairs that is adequate, but not great. I would recommend for a short stay only. Xem tiếp

Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. Staffs are excellent and friendly. Moreover, their breakfast is nice too. They got a breakfast menu, and the chef will cook it on the spot once you placed order. Besides, the hotel is located right in the centre, and all attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. The only issue is the soundproof of the room, but still acceptable for us. Xem tiếp

The best floors (7, 8, & 9 - top 3) for less street noise and better view are being remodeled, including the one next to mine on the 5th floor (only 2 rooms on 5th floor). Remodel noise starts at 7am with drills and jack hammers and last until 5-6pm. This may last for several months!! "Small rooms" (other reviews) are in understatement. This hotel room is now the smallest in 20 yrs of travel. It beats the small Paris hotel 16 years ago, just barely. Not a big problem for 2 nights, but I wouldn't do more. Breakfast setting is now in the small lobby, its okay but not great. Last day 7am the coffee is still not ready! Tips: 1. AirCon in northern Vietnam normal are Dual (heat and cold) but you must find the hidden Mode button. We was not told this, very cold the first night. 2. Don't try to find cheaper laundry down the street, let them do it and they have express service for a small amount more. 3. Bring your own instant coffee if you drink it black.
