rất thất vọng, đặt phòng double mà giao phòng single cho tôi và nói là do full phòng rồi. Tôi đã thanh toán cho phòng nhưng dobule nhưng vẫn bị giao loại single và nhân viên không có tự giác trả lại tiền chênh lệch cho đến khi tôi đòi. Xem tiếp

The hotel that I stayed is at a fabulous location and is extremely walkable to many areas of interest, and for those who want to grab a car or a bike, may do so too. Hotel environment is clean and had no breakdowns noted through out the stay. First of all, I would like to specially thank Kaity, Johnny and Lucy has been extremely friendly and helpful during my stay. As it is the first time for me to travel in Ho Chi Minh, there are a lot of places or food choices that I am not familiar with, they have provided with a map of place and noted places to visit; And with their help, I was able to roam around places such as Ben Thanh Market, Vincom Mall, Independence Palace, Notre Dame and many other cool places in Saigon. Most importantly, they was able to advise me of which tour to take and help me make bookings for those trips. Such as Street food on a Motorbike with an English speaking tour, Cooking class in learning how to make some Vietnamese cuisine and visiting Mekong Delta river. Xem tiếp

Unlike most hostels, dorm beds here don’t have curtains, so you are literally visible to everyone else in the room. There is only one shared toilet for a dorm of 12 people; good luck queuing to the lone toilet in the mornings. Xem tiếp

Since we only have limited hours that night to arrange the next days' transportation to Mui Ne, we were stressed about it since we step out of HCM airport. But thanks to the front desk staff's detail arrangement for us even when we arrive at the place late at night, we are pleased, enjoyed our night with staff-recommended Pho place nearby and arrive the bus station next day comfortably with taxi they arranged. Extremely value for money with the location and excellent semi-buffet Vietnamese breakfast, they even got passionfruit yogurt & spring rolls ready! Wish we had more time spending here! I would have given a perfect score however the ladies staff are not really helpful with guests. We had to leave around 6.30am due to scheduled tour and things like that but they would not offer coffee and would tell you have to wait till they serve breakfast at 7am which i think is quite late if you are a tourist. Great coffee served during breakfast!!! Receptionist Johnny Depp gave great food/restaurant suggestions and gave safety reminders when going around the city. He offered assistance with our bus ride to Cambodia, too! Location is very near Ben Thanh Market. Party music heard at night from our room but it really didn’t bother us, just thought of mentioning it. We still were able to sleep well. Hot shower also available. They change towels daily which is too much, I guess, but much appreciated. Bed was really comfortable. It was quite an awesome place to stay in in Ho Chi Minh. PS. They close the hotel gate around 12mn, I think. If you arrive past midnight or go back to the hotel and see this, don’t worry. There’s a doorbell on the right side and someone will open the gate when you ring it. 😊 Xem tiếp

Stayed here for a night but the service was top-notch. Julie gave us so many recommendations on the places to check out given our limited time here and we spent most of the day out exploring the streets nearby. The room is small but has everything you need, relatively clean (save for a dusty floor), and the breakfast is really good - try the Vietnamese pancake! 5 minutes to Ben Thanh and the city centre, and 8 minutes to the backpacker area by walking. The airport bus 109 stops at Ben Thanh station and you just have to walk a few minutes to get to the hotel. Do note that there is construction going on in the middle of the road between the busstop and the hotel though - so walking may take a bit longer if traffic is congested. Xem tiếp

The facilities are well maintained and the place is clean. Very calm and quiet night we had there. Would like to highlight the receptionist- Johnny. He welcomed us warmly and we couldn’t ask for a better receptionist like him. We had to leave at 6.30am for bus to another place, but the breakfast time was supposed to be 7 or 7.30am. Johnny packed up breakfast for us so that we can leave there on time. We were really happy to be served by him! :D Xem tiếp

From staff to facilities and food, all in all, we'll give it a 10/10 rating. My friends and I loved the place. Very accessible to shops and restaurants. Big check for the convenience. The location is easy to find. We were lucky because only the 5 of us we're checked-in on the mixed dormitory during our stay. Lastly, all staff are very accommodating and friendly. Also, before I forgot to mention... You should not miss their free breakfast because it is so good!!! This place is definitely worth the price. Thumbs up! Xem tiếp

The staff is very helpful and breakfast is good. Do note that if you are facing the street there is a club with loud music playing until 1 am. The room design is nice spacious. Only minor thing of the room is that there were ants walking everywhere. Xem tiếp

Good location and accessible to most of the things you need. Coffee places and eateries are around or within walking distance. Ben Thành market and shopping malls are witin short walking distance. Comfortable beds and pillows. Replace your towels every day. Decent breakfast too. Overall a comfortable stay and will definitely stay again. Just around the corner of the Ben Thanh you'll find this hotel. It's a small and cosy hotel, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is good and there's plenty. The staff is really outstanding! They are so hospitable and helpfull. Johnny was even helping us out when we had some troubles with the bus around Dalat, so credits for him! Xem tiếp

Location is good since it's near the bus station and Ben Thanh Market. Note this market is a tourist trap though so you better bring your bargaining skills. Breakfast is included in the room and for the price, spread is pretty is just right. Airport transfer is pretty pricey though (IMO) so best to check with Grab or Airport Taxis (but be careful with the Taxis as well as some jacks up the price). The front desk staff can be very pushy on cross selling you with airport transfer and tours. If you have time, research in advance on tour packages. The Tunnel Tour they recommended was not good.
