Bed room smelt like someone had died in it not very clean. Breakfast was terrible ok if u was from Asia I suppose. Rats every where outside. Window looking into bedroom from the stair case in the hotel other than that not bad ha tried charging me after staying there again after all ready paying through Agoda Xem tiếp

As the price suggests, this place should only be booked if you are looking for a room to sleep in. The window was facing the staircase, and the hotel is not great. But you get a room, which is what you paid for. Not super clean, but not disgusting either. I would recommend you spend more and go somewhere else- or just go to a hostel. Xem tiếp

started well but ended so badly. we went to the goddess of buddha temple, but not familiar with the time needed for travel, we did not bother to check out before taking the trip . after the excursion, we realised we will be late check-out maybe an hour. So went online. Got the hotel contact number ( mobile.number) to call to request late check out..no answer. No reply to sms. Went to hotel at 1235 hrs. from an obsecured ledge under the main reception desk, the receptionist pulled out a ' regulation noi quy' in full vietnamese regal bureaucracy. Said must pay 35% surcharge for late more than 30mins. Each room. I said to speak to manager. She tried to call, then said manager cant be reached.not 2pm yet . Not working time yet for boss. I showed her the sms i sent to the number listed on website. She said no phone call received. When i did call prior to 1200hrs but got no answer. So we said if we extend one room. Can hotel waive 2 x 35% surcharge. She said no.Hotel checkin at 2pm. 35% surcharge has to be paid. She don't bother if we extend or not. I called agoda cust svc. They said sorry. Nothing in their website says 35% surcharge . So its hotel own regulations . Not agoda's .sorry cant do anything about it. Pls deal direct to hotel. Fair. I concur. Deal with hotel though they did not post their unreasonable surcharges as part of t&c. I was short on time. Of course i got angry but i got no time to waste. So parted with vnd332k. I think this hotel is out to trap stayers who don't read vietnamese ; who are afraid of trouble. U.may like the location of the hotel. U may like the modernity of it. But dont let them he chance again to treat guests as badly as they did treat me. Stay away. You can make better choices in the same neighbourhood w/o this blackmail. Choose the cicilia next door.Only a little bit more. But my 5 times stay with cicilia were much better w/o incidents. absolve yourself from such bad aftertaste!! Avoid tolia. Lovely room, lots of space, mostly quiet. Well furnished, just as in the photos. However, first room the air-conditioner just didn't work. When I asked for help the 'bellman' was sent to assist. He turned the fan to a higher setting and insisted this would make the room cool enough and then said I should keep the bathroom door closed as all the heat was coming from there. Eventually reception agreed to move me to another room the next day, where the AC did work. Second room was also good except that the bathroom constantly smelled of sewerage. (I think the septic tank for the hotel needed to be emptied). Breakfast in the hotel was adequate, but staff poorly trained. Service was friendly but inattentive. Hot food, even soups were cold. each time I commented the girls would try and light the heater with paper strips! (Pho was fine). Eventually the girls understood I wanted the soup microwaved and that solved things. Maybe a microwave in the dining room for guest self service would be a good idea. Laundry - don't bother, I think they wash in a bucket, nothing came back cleaned. Outside the hotel it is only a short walk (5 min) to a very good beach and 10 minutes to a restaurant prescinct. Unfortunately the whole area is under extensive development and there is mud/dust everywhere and construction vehicles passing all day. Every hotel in the area shares this problem. For $30/night I would stay again, the beach is very good. Taxis are everywhere if you want to venture from the beach into DaNang city. Xem tiếp

Is a good hotel with polite staffs, cheap, clean, decent breakfast. Though is not at crowded area but convenient as there are always standby taxis in front of hotel. Beach is about 5 mins walk. Airport around 15 mins by taxi. Restaurants are about 10 mins walk away. If you are a food hunter, this place is not suitable. December is not the right time to visit Da Nang as it is raining season and weather is cold, all sea & river activities are closed.🙁😔 Xem tiếp

Sauberes Hotel ca. 100 m vom Meer/Strand, allerdings etwas weit ins Zentrum ... wer sich aber nen Roller mietet hat da kein Problem. Außenrum wird kräftig gebaut ... kein Lärm, aber sieht halt nicht sehr einladend aus ... hat uns aber nicht gestört, sind eh nur zum Schlafen ins Hotel :) Xem tiếp

새벽비행기라 비싼 리조트에서 1박을 낭비하는 것 같아서 가격도 저렴하고 후기가 괜찮은 곳으로 골랐어요 새벽에 도착하시는 분들 몇십만원 내고 리조트 1박 낭비하시지 말고 그냥 여기서 샤워하시고 잠만 좀 주무시다 이조트 체크인 시간에 맞춰서 출발하면 더 효율적인 가성비 높은 여행이 되실거예요!!! Xem tiếp
