Khách sạn mới, phòng nội thất và view tốt. Nhưng có điềm trừ là trong thời gian lưu trú tôi có thuê xe máy để đi lại thì liên tục bị nhân viên hỏi han bất cứ khi nào vào khách sạn. Có phải là toàn khách nước ngoài hay toàn bộ khách tại khách sạn đều không sử dụng xe máy khi ở . Tôi luôn bị đặt câu hỏi ở phòng nào liên tục mỗi ngày 3-4 lần lấy xe cùng 1 câu hỏi. Đỉnh điểm là vào chiều ngày thứ 2 ở có một bạn nhân viên hỏi câu hỏi hết sức tọc mạch: “ tai sao anh chị đi xe máy vào đây/anh chị đặt phòg chưa/ thế mình vào đây để làm gì, phòng bao nhiêu...” tôi đã hết sức kiên nhẫn trả lời từ người mở cửa đến bạn gái mặc áo trắng. Cảm giác trả tiền lưu trú nhưng liên tục hỏi suốt thời gian đi ra đi vào và đỉnh điểm là thái độ khó chịu của bạn nhân viên. Xem tiếp

Mình đặt phòng hướng biển, phải nói là quá ưng. Bể bơi nhỏ nhưng rất đẹp, chụp ảnh lung linh, tầm chiều tối thì hơi lạnh vì trên tầng cao. Nhân viên cực kỳ nhiệt tình và lễ phép. Sẽ quay lại khi có dịp. Xem tiếp

We stayed there for two nights before we had to changed hotels due to rooms being fully booked. The service we received in TMS was impeccable, staff were very well trained and service oriented, friendly and always greeting us with a smile and attending to our requests very promptly. This was seen throughout the hotel, whether at the front desk, the pool side, lobby or restaurant. The ocean view room was magnificent, great panoramic view of the South China Sea and the beach. Water pressure from the rainshower was extremely strong. Room was very clean, new and modern. The location of the hotel has to be its greatest point, just cross the road and you are at the beach, one minute to walk. 24 hour convenience stores were about 300 metres away, and a lot of good food options within walking distance, both local and international fares. All in all a wonderful and memorable stay, would love to have stayed longer and would return on our next trip to Da Nang. Keep up the good work! Xem tiếp

Hotel location is awesome, but the breakfast not so much variety , arrangement and quality of food don’t expect it is a Luxury hotel . Hotel staff are nice and convenience to walk around as many restaurant around the area. Xem tiếp

A lot of space in the room. The resturant in 3rd floor is amazing the best food in vietnam. We had couple of lunch and dinner and it was deliciuos. There are constructions around the hotel. We didnt hear it from the 20 floor. Xem tiếp

Hotel is so new and pretty. Large room with good decoration. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is quit small but it looks awesome. However, bit disappointed that hotel cannot provide money exchange service. Visitors better being more Vietnamese Dong rather than US dollars. Very nice location as near by the beach. Lots of restaurants, bar and coffee shop around the hotel. But so noisy til midnight even we stayed here n higher floor. Xem tiếp

At its price, I would still consider TMS to be value for money. It's simply better than the other 5 - star alternatives, due to the make of the hotel, from facilities to its rooms. If able, I strongly encourage a room with a sea view (balcony and all). It's breathtaking throughout the day, and makes for a calm and cool setting. The hotel is within walking distance of numerous food places, and there are always transport options around i.e. GRAB, taxi. The service and hospitality were indicative of its status as a 5-star hotel. This will remain my option of stay, in my return to Da Nang. No doubting that. Xem tiếp

Location is good. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores within walking distance. The facility is new and clean but there was uncomfortable smells when we entered the room. Also, bathroom got another type of uncomfortable smells. We left the windows opened for few hours and the smells were gone. We turned on “clean the room” sign in the morning but when we went back around 5pm, the room was not cleaned yet. These are the negative points that I felt but overall it was good. It seems there are tourist group from China and Korea, and the breakfast area was quite noisy by them. But anyway, it is Value for money. Xem tiếp

Stayed here for 5 nights and very much enjoyed it. On the day we arrived we were put in our room on the 16th floor, booked a Ocean View King Room and it was great. Apart from the shower situation, it was. It was more of a bath than shower, as the shower head was not attached the the wall and you had to hold onto it to use it. When you did this the water went all over the bathroom as there was no way to confine it to just the wet area. I went to reception and complained about it and showed the photos of what I thought I was booking and they promptly changed us to the 19th floor, exactly the same room but with a stand-alone shower which was excellent. One suggestion is they should clearly explain on the menu of rooms what comes with what room, as when I booked it only showed and mentioned a shower, not a bath/shower and especially not one that you had to hold the shower head yourself. Breakfast buffet was ok, there were not many western options eg bacon/eggs/hash browns but we survived. And god knows what hotels adopted having tiny one mouthful glasses for juice and tiny bowls for cereal, it’s hopeless - I used a coffee mug to get a decent sized drink and a soup bowl to get the amount of cereal I wanted without having to refill like 5 times. Not just this hotel but all hotels have these tiny juice glasses, who knows why! Apart from that and really the last point is just little, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying there and would do so again. Xem tiếp

Stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and found the place to be clean with a nice beachfront location. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Loved the rooftop pool and restaurant with sweeping views of Da Nang and the surrounding beachfront. The hotel also had bicycles that guests can borrow free of charge, which was great for riding around the long stretch of beachfront. Overall, this was a great hotel to stay at. Every aspect of this hotel was great. It was clean, the staff was very professional, even assistance with acquiring a taxi was given at any time. The restaurant was top notch. The Chef was very helpful and friendly. The bar pours a decent drink and the front desk staff were always attentive and helpful. You should stay here, you won’t regret it. Xem tiếp
