Location just 5mins outside ancient city which is good to sleep. Old Charm Hotel. Surprisingly my breakfast is the best here after visiting Hanoi and Hue. Loved this place. Xem tiếp

We stayed 2 nights in the beautiful town of Hoi An and we were recommended this hotel from friends who had stayed here a few years ago, I assured them it was still a great place to stay. The pool was a lovely relief after a hot day of shopping and bike riding. The staff were fabulous in advising us that the post office would come to the hotel and collect our shopping goodies and send them back to Australia for us....very impressive! Package arrived a week sooner than expected and could probably show Australia Post a trick or two about customer service! :)..we loved our stay at Thuy Duong 3 Hotel, we hired bikes right next door, could eaisily ride the streets of Hoi An on pushbike and were given good instructions on great restaurants from the front desk staff. We would recommend to our friends and and think it was a great stay with a good breakfast spread. Xem tiếp

This hotel was highly recommended by a work colleague. We found it to be an awesome family base for our stay in Hoi An. The room was really well presented, air-con was great, good fridge/freezer, nice balcony overlooking pool. Breakfast was great - recommend the pho. Close to centre of town, good advice from staff re shopping, tours and transfers. Swimming pool was awesome for relaxing at the end of the day, our son loved it. Pros: Good value, location and have connecting rooms for family. Cons: Room a it damp and smelly. Water pressure low and not enough for two ppl to shower. Breakfast suppose to end at 9:30 but by 8:30 food starts to run out and they don't restock. Staffs not too friendly. Xem tiếp

Lovely hotel which is kept very clean. Friendly helpful staff who went out off their way to book tours for us. Breakfast and inhouse spa were great and their are a couple of good restaurants next door. I would stay here again. Oh and it has a lovely pool. Xem tiếp

I was really happy with this hotel The staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful and very friendly. There's a really nice atmosphere at this place. The balcony of the rooms overlook the pool/ courtyard which are both very nice. Rooms were spotless. Breakfast was the best I had in Vietnam. Location is great. Just a few blocks from the river. As soon as we got the room, a member of our family got stuck in the bathroom for 15 minutes, as the door would not open. They had to call a lock smith to open the door. The wooden part of the door was stuck to the hinge. If we opened it too hard the glass would shatter!!! Then we decided to take a dip in the pool - it is much smaller than the wide angle camera photo showed and was so disgusting you can see dark grits at the edge. Xem tiếp

We were completely satisfied with our stay this time in Hoi An. A frequent traveler to this town, the hotel was pleasantly located in the heart of Hoi An, close to all attractions, restaurants, bars, the river.... The only cons I could think of is that it was more expensive than other hotels in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly and nice. Our room looked out to the pool and there was staircase to the beautiful garden. Breakfast was great! Overall no complaints and we'd definitely stay again. Xem tiếp

Staff pretty competent compared to other Vietnamese hotels of a similar price band. Swimming pool never in the sun and highly overlooked. Not somewhere you would want to relax for any period of time. Bar Laka atmosphere. Hotel best used for a place to sleep and sort out your belongings before moving on, or as a base if you are out most of the day. Xem tiếp
