nhận phòng, phòng chưa dọn, kêu vô dọn thì dọn sơ sài, ko thay mền, thậm chí ko thay bao mền, dơ ơi là dơ, tối phải xin mền khác. toilet hôi. Được mỗi cái là sát bở biển thuận lợi việc tắm biển. Lần trước có ở qua khu cũ, ko tệ bằng lần này. Nói chung ai đến để tận hưởng thì đừng ở đây. còn ở đỡ 1-2 bữa đi viếng cô thì dc. Its not good for ur holiday. Dirty, bad smell. Xem tiếp

Tôi đặt phòng view hướng biển nhưng Thien Tan Star giao phòng hướng vườn, sang ngày thứ hai tôi phản ứng gay gắt nên được chuyển sang hướng biển. Giá tiền giữa 2 loại phòng này chênh lệch khá lớn. Agoda nên xem lại các booking ở Thien Tan Star (Côn Đảo) Xem tiếp

Toilet có bồn rữa mặt khá cao. Muốn đặt cafe đem vào phòng cũng không cho. Bắt khách phải ra ngoài uống. Nói chung phục vụ tệ Xem tiếp

Khách sạn nằm sát bờ biển đẹp. Gần các quán ăn ngon bên đường. Khách sạn 1 tầng, khá mới, phòng sạch và đơn giản. Tiếc là không có bữa sáng dù đặt phòng Agoda có bữa sáng, nhưng toàn bộ khách vẫn phải trả tiền ăn sáng. Xem tiếp

When we arrived, there was no English, nor warmth, nor attempt to communicate that they obviously didn't have our reservation, or couldn't find it. They ignored all our questions as if we weren't speaking, while they looked over and over again at their room map, our paperwork, and their computer. I was surprised when they actually had rooms for us. The rooms were a bit bleak, with little character. Uninviting bathrooms, very small blood stain on our sheet, a line of ants in our friends' bed. Two puppies, desperate for affection, each alone, in cages on the beach. We left, and paid less for a nearby beautiful hotel, with amazing service, for less money. One person was nice when we returned to pay our bill. The person left to watch the desk showed as much contempt for us as possible without words before he finally fetched the nice guy to help us. Unfriendly, dirty, noisey and it felt like guests were an inconvenience. Beach front rooms had no privacy. Will certainly come back to Con Dao again but will either go budget and stay at con Dao camping next door or pay more at Seatravel the other side Xem tiếp

The staff speak literaly no English, the floor on the way to the room was dangerously slippery when wet, the bed sheets were not clean. Xem tiếp

The electricity kept cut off during day, night and midnight. It is so loud that I woke me up 2-3 times a night. The staff barely speak English and when I am communicate with them, they tend to ignore when the local cut in to the conversation and never get back to us. We have an early flight so we have to look around for someone to return the passport to us at 5:30am. Luckily we found the staff quarters to wake someone up. Other than these, they are good but too expensive for a goodnight sleep. Xem tiếp

Rooms are Ok, and it´s almost on the beach ,quiet at night . The resturang had closed during mid day,they had no breafast, sometimes there is no English speaking stuff there at all wich makes it difficult to get even the easiest information. They don´t seems to be very interessted at you as a customer. Xem tiếp

When we arrived they didn't seem to have our booking so we had to wait for our room even though we arrived in the afternoon. Only one person in the staff managed to communicate in English, the others not so well. There were dead cockroaches and spiders in our badroom. The wardrobe was broken. The first morning we asked for breakfast and got the reply that they don't serve breakfast during low season, the only thing we could order was instant noodles. All in all it wasn't a great hotel but since we barely spent any time in the room we accepted the standard and tried to enjoy ourselves as much as possible. Con Dao is absolutely beautiful, rent scooters at the dive shop and just drive around the island. Also don't miss the Italian restaurant in the middle of the village: great food, great cocktails and great staff! Xem tiếp

Would not stay there again. Not a good value for the money in our opinion. Con Dao is great because it's not yet touristy, but they have not figured out standards of cleanliness or hospitality yet. The ocean view doesn't make up for filth, and the shower-over-the-toilet is not worth. When we arrived, our bathroom was not clean. The countertop and mirror had "stuff" all over them and the toilet seat had sprinkles of liquid all over it. We asked for cleaning supplies, they apologized and asked if we could wait for morning. I said no, and then they called the cleaning crew and they cleaned right away. The daily clean was: sweep the floor, make the bed, and supply new towels. Only once did we get funky towels with brown smudges that smelled like mildew. Cleaning the bathroom seemed to be spraying everything down with water, and that's it. Toilet was not cleaned once during our 5 day stay, nor the sheets. There was also a horrible sewer gas smell that would come out of the drain in the bathroom from time to time. We asked about renting a scooter to go explore the island, and we accepted the scooter rental at around 11 am. We asked if it was full of gas, and he said no, we have to go get gas. It was totally empty. We went to the petrol station and learned that the entire island is on siesta from 11am-2pm. We went back to the hotel and he said, yeah, you'll have to wait. Hmmm, that would have been nice to know before you let us drive off to explore the island??? Anyway, we gave the scooter back and promptly walked over to the dive shop, Dive! Dive! Dive! and rented a scooter with a full tank of gas, and went about our day. Agoda has severely limited my space to write this review. I’ve cut a lot out, including the pros: good coffee, sweet cleaning staff, great location, felt safe. But would not stay again. Xem tiếp

Tuyệt vời
A good garden view room. Even though it was a pool outside that was empty and very dirt it felt ok. The food was great for lunch and dinner. The ocean was just a few steps away from the room. Alot of sandflies on the beach though. Use reppelant. Xem tiếp
