Very personable and friendly staff. I have used this hotel for business travel over the past 10 years and have always been satisfied. The central location is very helpful and the great individualized breakfast is beyond compare. My room was nice, the wi-fi worked well, and I noted they are redoing some of the rooms, which also speaks to their quest for offering a quality experience for guests. Xem tiếp

Whenever I have to visit HCM for business I always choose the Spring. It's centrally located just a few minutes walk from the Đồng Khởi and Lê Lợi and from Pasteur and Nguyễn Du. The rooms are not sumptuous, but they large and comfortable with reliable wifi. The breakfast suits me, with a good selection of vegetarian options - I had the very decent phở chay and a good fruit plate. And it's inexpensive - good value for money. I love this hotel. Getting there by bus was a little difficult as it's a long ride from HCMC but the trip there was worth it. The villas were nice, clean and very affordable. I love the outdoor shower. We spent most of it at the hotel itself but the beach was great, the room service was affordable and tasty, as most places should be, there was not much incentive to go out besides for seafood which isn't too far away. Tip: wherever the bus drops you, make sure to take a cab to the resort (it's too far to walk) Xem tiếp

Small but nice Colonial era designed hotel. Very friendly staff and a reasonable set breakfast is included. The place is a little old & run down and the rooms a little dark (not all rooms have windows.) However, the location is fantastic and the staff are really helpful. Xem tiếp

stayed for a few days. staff very friendly and helpful. location is very convenient. book the next price level for a quiet room at the back of the hotel. bathroom small but clean and functional. seemed quite a few jp business visitors, not just tourists. nice breakfast included different fresh fruits each day. recommended value for money. i booked in advance and requested a couple of extras. 1st an early check in as my flight arrived at 0630hrs. i received confirmation that a room would be available at around 0830 however, i finally got my room. 2nd i requested an airport pick up but would not forward in an open email all my credit card details including security pin? the hotel should develop a https secure server then i feel alot more people would be willing to book transfers, trips etc. having said the above the hotel is great and the facilities on the exec floor were excellent. tha staff were friendly and attentive and sitting outside on the terrace of the champions bar with a drink watching the world go by in the evening was an event in itself. i did use the in hotel travel booking service for a day trip and all was good, smooth and no hastle. i will be back. we stayed only 2 nights. the room was quite large and airy - and in comparison to many other hotels it was amazingly quiet. the bed was super-king sized and very comfortable. our cheerful hotel pickup from the airport waited for us despite our being delayed by visa formalisties by about one hour. the hotel was centrally located and this allowed us easy access to all of lonely planet's "hcmc in one day" locations, but take our time over it. didn't sample the restaurant for anything but breakfast which was ok. all in all a pleasant stay. This is a nice conveniently located hotel on Le Thanh Ton Street, one of the main streets that run through the middle of Saigon. It's within walking distance of the main shopping and business area of the city. I've informed via email that I'll be arriving at their hotel past midnight and they responded quite promptly. When I arrived, a man sleeping in the sofa opened the door. A bit grumpy but I assumed coz I jolted him out of his sleep. Nevertheless, the remaining interaction with the hotel staff were very pleasant. They were quite helpful, from security guard, receptionist, waitress. The lobby has this fantastic chandelier and spiral staircase which was very lovely to look at - you really feel like you're in the bygone era of the french occupation. I chose this particular hotel because it was in the middle of District 1, near to restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. The hotel staff were helpful and understood and spoke English well.The rooms need some makeover but were generally clean and well fitted out Xem tiếp

the spring hotel is one of the best hotels that i have stayed at in vietnam for 10 years. i stayed in a superior room which was excellent with nice touches as flowers,etc. staff were efficient and friendly at every level and a request for a late checkout was kindly agreed to without the normal hassle with many other hotels. i will now be a regular vistor Xem tiếp

It was the first time to stay in Vietnam though I have been traveling a lot around all corner of Asia since 1999. I've heard many things about Hochi Minh and Hanoi. But those information doesn't fool me. I was happier more than those prior input. I will try go to Vietman with my whole families again in near future. Sure... spring hotel is a really good option. I booked superior room in this hotel. The lady staff attitude is very bad and poor. She kept talking on the phone while I waited for her to finish. When she ended the call, I told her I like book superior room in Agoda. She commented why I do not want pay in cash over the counter. This question need not be asked as it is up to customer choose mode of payment. When I got the room, I noted Wifi has problem and can't be accessed. I also noted the curtains are broken, leaving a huge gap and sunlight enters brightly at 6am. Breakfast was not buffet as promised. Menu is just pho, juice/milk, few pieces of fruit and egg, that's all. Utterly disappointed, Anh se k bao gio quay lai ks nay. Mac qua va dich vu k tot, a r that vong. Xem tiếp

Suites 205 and 305 stink of mould as at 27/10 so if you read this and find yourself in either room you only have yourself to blame. Everything else about the hotel is fine which makes the mould problem a real pity. Xem tiếp

The spring hotel was a pleasure to stay at. I tend to favour modern clean functional hotels but the old world charm if this hotel, including it's lovely trompe l'oeuil in the dining area, added a touch of legendary saigon feel.
