Giá rẻ nhưng chất lượng dịch vụ rất tuyệt vời, Cảm giác thật thoải mái khi ở nơi đây. Bạn có thể đến bất cứ lúc nào kể cả đêm khuya, có rất nhiều bàn ghế đài để cho khách nghĩ tạm chờ trời sáng, sạc pin đt vô tư, tóm lại rất dễ chịu khi dừng chân nơi đây. Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, giá phòng thì rẻ hơn so với những chỗ khác. Có điều, phòng cách âm thì không tốt lắm. Còn vị trí, nếu muốn đi vào Hồ Gươm thì đi bộ cũng hơi xa (hơn 1km). Nói chung là hài lòng. Mình sẵn sàng giới thiệu cho bạn bè, nếu ai có nhu cầu đi du lịch Hà Nội. Xem tiếp

Stayed here for much longer than intended, Hanoi is a trap ;) Bunks have curtains for privacy, great common area upstairs with a pool table, tv that you can connect to your phone, and great natural light coming in from sliding doors that lead to the balcony. Great location and nice staff. Stayed here for 2 weeks and I'd stay again for sure. Xem tiếp

Hotel location in the heart of Ha noi Old Quarter, so can walking around the old town and walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake very close and also very close to Dong Xuan Maket and Ho Tay. The hotel has great space , breakfast you can choose chicken noodle, fried rice, or butter egg bread, pancake, coffee., tea,,,, with enthusiastic and hardworking staff of Nam’s name and other employees. Last time, when I was sleeping, one guy did wake me up at 2am to check the card. He left with NO appology. When check out, receptionist did complain me. I said that I need to sleep (of course, countinuously). This time they do mention it as my fault, and do not welcome me by bad attitude and complaints. seems kind of like a party spot I like the chiller environments. I had fleas or bed bugs in my bunk and both nights there was loud drilling and hammering on the early morning hours.. don’t expect to get much sleep. This is the most western people I’ve seen in one spot in Vietnam since being here for 2 months. So if you’re into more quiet locations free of bed bugs “.. 2pm check in and loud noise I would avoid. Overall experience is satisfaction. It would be better if they improve the bathroom water running area as it always stuck during night time, i stay at 2106A junk bed and the fan is not working at all. Have informed reception to check but no action is taken, I felt stuffy on my bed when they switched off the centralize aircond during day time. They provide generous breakfast selection with free coffee & tea too. The one hour free beer session daily is added value for guests to chill at common area. Nearby have a lot good food and coffee. Their breakfast selection was great. I loved having the option of pho rather than just fried egg and toast which is standard breakfast for most hostels at this price. Only problem was while i was here there was construction going on next building over so at 7 in the morning you are awake whether you want to be or not. This isnt the fault of the hostel but it did get annoying because went on all day... but if you have a moto its great because free covered and secure parking. Good vibes. Friendly and helpful staff. They gave you a key for the dorm room and it was never locked but they take your passport for it and if you lose it it cost 100k for something that you don’t even need. bad coffee with breakfast, not helpful staff. Rules like no outside alcohol and other rules so they can fine you 2 mil Xem tiếp

The hostel has a really nice lounge and and game zone but room and bathrooms are in a really bad shape. Also, there is a construction taking lace right next to the hostel bad you can hear them work every morning at 7 am, making it impossible to sleep past that time Xem tiếp

I just stayed for 8 hours. I had a bus to catch to Sapa at 9pm. I needed tò lie down . Waiting in the Lounge area is too long. The bed that I used was very uncomfortable and squicked every time I moved. The toilet in the restaurant /lounge area was too tight.I'm 5 '2 " and my knees were touching door when I do my business. The staff were awesome. The lounge and the restaurant were clean but if you go inside the dormitory it was filthy and disgusting. I stayed for 3nights. ,since I was there the 2 sinks were plugged. The housekeepers knew about it but didn't do anything about it. My roommates and I were using the toilet and shower down below. It was pretty noisy too because the neighbors on both sides were building a hostel so you would hear banging none stop. I have more to say but no more space. Xem tiếp
