Khách sạn có vị trí tốt, bãi biển riêng, hồ bơi rộng đẹp nhưng không khá nông. Vệ sinh thì vì vẫn còn đang xây dựng tiếp nên chưa được tốt. Ăn sáng tốt, nhiều thứ để lựa chọn và chất lượng. Phòng ăn sáng quá nóng. Nhân viên các bộ phận còn lúng túng do mới. Xem tiếp

Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Vị trí đẹp, có bãi biển riêng và hồ bơi rộng, đẹp. Ăn sáng phong phú chất lượng, phòng ăn sàn quá nóng. Tuy nhiên do mới khai trương nên nhân viên vẫn còn lúng túng ở nhiều bộ phận, có lẽ sẽ cần thêm thời gian. Xem tiếp

Khách sạn mới xây, phòng đẹp, thiết kế hợp lý, nhưng bởi vì mới xây nên còn khá nhiều bất tiện, đồ dùng trong phòng chưa đầy đủ (ví dụ căn nhà 2 phòng ngủ, 2 nhà vệ sinh mà có mỗi cái thùng rác bé tí), chưa có xe đưa đón tới khu vực phố cổ, mỗi lần khách đi và về tốn khá nhiều tiền cho taxi, hy vọng lần sau quay lại sẽ cải thiện nhiều hơn ạ Xem tiếp

Ưu điểm : sạch sẽ, trong lành, đẹp. Nhược điểm: mình ở bên dãy A căn hộ tầng 3 ko bit sàn bê tông mỏng hay sao cả đêm chả ngủ dc vì tiếng ầm ầm chạy nhảy vọng xuống từ căn hộ tầng 4. Từ đêm đến sáng vẫn nghe ồn . hy vọng ks khắc phục Xem tiếp

Great rooms. Massive resort but far from finished. Value for money supurb. Good breakfast good reasonably priced food in restaurant. A distance from the old city but a free shuttle,( book early). Wonderful staff . Massive swimming pool great beach. I am sure the prices will not survive but while they do book it Xem tiếp

This hotel is completely new, so it still has a lot of things closed, like shops, cinema and other spaces. The beach is very nice and clean. The pool is very big but the water is so warm that it's not refreshing. The apartment is very spacious and has a kitchenette but there were no plates, cups, or anything we might need if we wanted to cook a meal. It seemed that it was not completely furnished. The breakfast was very good and with many options. We liked it so much that we ended up staying another night here. Xem tiếp

The Pearl has massive potential. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile at all times, pity their english is so poor. It's very difficult to communicate and understand them particularly in more complex situations. Breakfast was underwhelming - required more variety and consistency. Our biggest gripe was that we were not informed that we were entering a construction site. While most of the resort was unaffected, what was advertised when we booked was not available - no gym, cinema, shopping. Construction going on while you're at the pool, or in your room that is audible is unacceptable in a resort. We stayed in the apartments and the noise from the rooms above and from the corridor outside was excessive. Doors are not thick enough and floors are not insulated. While we loved ours stay for the most part, the pool is beautiful and warm, rooms are comfortable, we were massively disappointed to have been sold something that was not yet and then not informed. Shallow pool - no depth for swimming - only suitable for young children No safety deposit box in apartment Apartment kitchen has no utensils, crockery, cooking equipment so rather useless. No air conditioning in breakfast buffet area - terribly hot and humid When calling reception it was hard to get through to staff. Had to call a number of times to get through. Almost staffs can't understand English even one word. So it's hard to communicate. In my view, they don't have manual to deal with customers. Because i have issue, they don't solve. Second although there is beautiful swimming pool, the restaurant is limited. It made me to go outside every night. At last, many facilities are under construction. The Resort is under construction, except the pool. Waste is everywhere on the beach, it's hard to swim there. You should walk apprx. 200m further to swim. The breakfast is great but there are a lot of Chinese and South Korean who are very noisy at the breakfast restaurant, they wasted a lot of food at the buffet!!!!. We ask for airport transfer 3 times, but nobody at the reception knowed that. The kitchen in the appartment is not allowed to use, and there is no utensils there. The location is far from center, no shop/store around. No activity in the evening, it becomes boring when you stay there long. There is free shuttle bus from Resort to Hoi An until 9PM. Xem tiếp

This resort is huge, far-away from the Hoi An town then it's quite and relaxing. Beach is clean, white sand, beautiful sunset. Services overall is OK, shuttle bus is a big plus. Some things need to improved: _ the refrigerator is not working properly _ dinning room at level 1 is extremely hot _ not enough towel at the pool _ lack of activity or beach sport equipment _ pool bar is boring Xem tiếp

Many cigarette butts at kids playground. Many cigarette butts, bottles of plastic, plastic bags at hotel beach sofa. We asked 2 times staff and then management to send someone to clean, they did not do it despites apologize. Cigarette butts also found next to the pool. Look like the management and staff have no care for environment. We do not recommend this hotel as they focus on mass tourism who wish to travel on the beach but management does not spend 1 second to care about the nature and what we are going to give to our children. Location is not convenient. "Citadine" is not registered in Google Map or Grab. Have to use another hotel location to reach the place. Xem tiếp

The Pearl is a newly constructed resort on the beach about 10 minutes taxi ride from downtown Hoi An. It’s a massive resort with movie theaters, when completed a shopping mall type complex, several restaurants as well. The food choices seem to be catered to Korean Tourism. Most of the shops as of 1-30-20 are not completed yet. Buffet was very good wit lots of choices. Negatives were the check out process. We were asked to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while housekeeping inspected our room before we could check out. From someone who has traveled widely and stayed at many comparable resorts, these seemed a bit odd. Great beach, very large and expansive pool area, and great game from for kids. Xem tiếp
