This hotel is beautiful. Brand new with a roof top pool that had the best view of the lake and surroundings. The location was great and the staff were amazing. They all spoke excellent English and could not do enough for us. They made us feel very special and went above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

I booked this hotel last-minute and it was one of few available options. It's a few minutes walking from the lake, right in the heart of the Old Quarter. I was "upgraded" to a room with windows, although the view from the windows is nothing worth bragging about. However, the kindness of the staff and their continuous willingness to make every effort to ensure you have a pleasant stay is one I haven't experienced thus far. My first night there I had no time for dinner and starved at 11PM, called reception - who offered to get KFC or what not, after which I requested something local. About 15 minutes later the bellboy knocked and gave me one of the best tasting chicken noodle soups I have had (45k for the soup, 25k for the service) which outmatched all the >100k foods I had prior to that in restaurants (not necessarily because I was starving). The team is very young and very kind, and made up whatever may be lacking in the room (which to me was none). Xem tiếp

Brand new hotel. Prime location. 5 mins walk from the Lake and the night market.. Staff is responsive and very attentive. All in a lovely hotel with all the benefits of a large chain hotel but with a boutique feel. Service was excellent on all levels Xem tiếp

The front desk people and managers were all nice and very helpful. The breakfast was great and the airport transportation service was good and the price is reasonable ( cheaper than the taxi we got from the airport) As it is a new hotel, everything was just so tidy and clean. The location is the best. You can easily walk to the lake or the night market within 1-2 mins. It was a wonderful experience to stay with this hotel. Xem tiếp

We stayed at the Oriental Jade only for 1 night before we were leaving to return home. It made such an impression on us that we vowed we would return. The hotel is aesthetically beautiful. The breakfast they have was beyond anything we had ever seen or eaten. The location of the hotel is also what stands out so close to everything but also in a location that was oddly quiet. The one thing that stands out most is the staff they were all incredibly nice, helpful, always willing to go above & beyond. Looking forward to our next visit. Xem tiếp

This hotel were very accomodating and willing to help at a moments notice. When the health pandemic drastically interrupted our honeymoon the staff went beyond to ensure our stay was positive and manageable. Unfortunately we were required to leave the country at short notice to return home but the staff were very understanding and are making efforts to reimburse us as best they can for then nights we had paid for in advance despite there being no fault on their part at all. The breakfast and food was beautiful and fresh with the best coffee (which is not common for a hotel buffet). The pool and skybar area has a great view to enjoy, but it is small. Still enjoyable as there are very few options of hotels with pools in Hanoi, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with them Xem tiếp

Perfect hardware with spacious beautifully decorated room. View from top floor is fantastic. Cleanliness could be further improved. Sound proof could be better as the conversation from people at lift lobby could be heard clearly, not to mention the noise from slamming doors by neighbours. Overall, a beautiful and comfortable hotel with great staff, might stay in this hotel if visit Hanoi again. Xem tiếp

Wen I first arrived I was put into a room on 11th floor which had very noisy plant machinery in a small room next door. I explained that there was no way I could sleep with the noise so was immediately moved to another far quieter room on 6th floor. The view out of my window was interesting. Directly into a very small apartment block 8’ - 10’ away? It made walking naked around my room without the curtains pulled shut, impossible. All of these are very minor points. The hotel is exceptionally clean and well appointed. Breakfast was lovely with an excellent cup of tea and the staff were lovely. Very good value for mo ey. Xem tiếp

I was in Hanoi with my son, his wife, and their two and a half year old son. We loved the hotel, its location, the helpful staff and so on. We booked a day tour out of Hanoi and the agent in the lobby was helpful. I had to print out some things and the front desk staff was cheerful and very helpful. Was pleasantly surprised to find the room with good layout and design. I would say it is a favorite. Many options in lighting, I love having a full window next to the bathtub. The staff is lovely and warm. Always accommodating and thoughtful. I used the laundry service and lost a sock. But these things happen at home too. Very convenient to step out and have the everything so close in proximity. Didn't like the idea of spa being in the lower level. There is a beautiful waiting area outside lobby with comfortable seating. Xem tiếp
