Tuyệt vời
- Phòng ốc: rộng rãi và khá sạch. Tuy nhiên hơi ồn. - Nhân viên: nhiệt tình, hướng dẫn cụ thể. - Địa điểm: gần Tam cốc đỡ tốn chi phí. Tuy nhiên đi Tràng An, Bái Đính thì cũng kha khá xa. Gần KS không có nhiều quán ăn lắm. - Dịch vụ: có dịch vụ thuê xe giá ổn nên đi lại dễ dàng. - Khác: lúc đi KS đang sửa chữa nên hơi lộm nhộm và ồn nhưng bên trong vẫn ổn nên bỏ qua được. => Với tầm giá đấy thì khá hài lòng. Old hotel very well located but not remodeled and bad maintenance. Mostly of staff is OK, but not the older woman, continuously in bad mood. Not lift. Bathroom very dirty. Xem tiếp

Place should be named lean hotel, it’s sunk so bad on one side you walk across the room and feel drunk. Bathrooms pretty average but beds were nice and clean. Staff speak good English and were friendly. Free breakfast was on the average side. Xem tiếp

The hotel is fairly clean and not very expensive but the main receptionist is awful! She was not helpful at all on the check in. she literally throw the keys to me without even saying hello. During the check out she wanted to charge me more + 100.000 dongs for doing check out a couple of hours later. She didnt even say before that i needed to pay for doing late check out and it is not specified in any place on the reception or terms of sales and conditions. Finally she charged me 50.000 dongs but she didnt even give me a receipt! it went directly to her pocket, an authentic thief Xem tiếp

Location was the best part about this place. Staff wasn't rude but they weren't nice. Room wasn't too dirty but it wasn't exactly clean. Decent breakfast. Gets the job done for a place to sleep a couple nights . Xem tiếp

The location is perfect, just in front of the Tam Coc boat harbour. We stayed two nights in a double room. It was fine; the bed really soft and comfortable, the toilet clean and with the shower with glass doors (thing that I apreciate). The AC was not working so well and there was no hot water but it was OK has it is so hot in Tam Coc. The staff helpful. They rent us motorbikes and sold us bus tickets easily. So good for the price! I had rent a triple bed Deluxe room. However, the room is very poor equipped, dirty and narrow. And it is a 2 star hotel not 3 star. Suitable for couple who finding a backpacked hostel. Xem tiếp

The visit was okay but we were constantly asked to eat in their restaurant where the food was average. The owner/manager was very rude and obviously on.y interested in the money she could get out of us. Xem tiếp

The room was good the bathroom was not clean. The location in Tam Coc was very good which is why we stayed. PS this hotel shows on the maps as Ninh Binh it is definitely Tam Coc. The staff are very pressurising in the bars and dining areas. We enquired about lunch, and we were marched to a table and told it was $20. I declined as this was a buffet and not a good one at that. We decided on the A La Carte.My wife had vegetable noodle and I had beef noodle. Both were terrible. I had read that the food here was poor but decided togive it a try. The vegetable noodle was tasteless and very simple the noodles were al dente to the point of being brittle, (whoever had cooked them forgot they needed more than 30 seconds in hot water first). My beef was questionable. I accept it probably was beef but I guess it came from the sphincter area. It was Gristle and fat combined. The protein in this meal came from the slugs and catterpillers I found myself eating in the delicious mint salad. I got half way through and gave up, which is most umlike me.I will eat the most basic street food ie: try anything but this was so awefull I did not! which is most unlike me! When we left plates still looking the same mess as when they arrived except mine which was half gone we were given the bill charging for water. This was the best insult. I think this hotel is forgetting it's in Vietnam as I have had lunch in New York for less and infinitely better. Oh the river boats go from the wharf however don't just use that. Around this area there are lots of family run businesses offering the same. Hire a bicycle or simply walk to check these outfor the best views first, they are great. Xem tiếp

This hotel is pritty much in the middle of nowhere. Not very touristy at all so you feel pritty unsafe at night as streets are very dark and the hotel turns all it's lights out about 9 and we had to use tour he's we luckily had to get back to our room of a night! Local food was tasty a couple of doors along. Also trang an caves are pritty amazing best just get a taxi there and buy ur tickets 100,000 dong each. Don't let the hotel trick you into buying there $50 each trip there it's a rip off!! Xem tiếp

Found this hotel to be less than desirable. The amenities provided were less than basic. The bathroom looked like it needed a good scrub and whilst the majority of staff were quite pleasant did not go out of their way to see if we needed anything or were enjoying our stay. Breakfast was fairly basic again and we paid for and attempted to eat lunch there and to say it was terrible and lacking in hygiene would be putting it mildly. If they are going to serve food that sits on tables for self service for a lengthy period without refrigeration they need to ensure the flys don't also have a good meal of it. Would not stay there again.. Whilst the price was at the low end of mid range we stayed at a hotel in Hue for the same price and oh what a difference in service, cleanliness and general demeanor of the staff. Xem tiếp

this hotel is right out the front of the pier where the boats take you out in tam cocthis which is perfect for a great visit. the room was not as clean as we would have like and the hotel is oddly built but the location makes up for it. Xem tiếp
