Ks trong khu phố cổ, thuận tiện cho việc đi lại ăn uống. Nhưng nhân viên phục vụ ko xách đồ lên phòng cho khách, thái độ khó chịu. Dù đã đặt phòng và thanh toán từ trước nhưng vẫn hết phòng, và bị sắp xếp ở tầng M tập gym, massage khá ồn. Phòng nhỏ, chật chội và không đáng 4 sao. Sẽ không quay lại ks này. Xem tiếp

I slept here one night. Nice decorationtion hotel. This small hotel's location is in Hanoi town. Nice Staff. - Room is too small but nice function. Can not enjoy city view from very small window. - Delicious breakfast but stay on 11st floor. You have to walk from 10th floor, I suggest to keep your suitcase in room. The staff were fantastic, very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Nice walking distance to the Night Market area and restaurants. Good location in Old Quarters district. We also used the spa service and the cafe. Didn’t have time to the use the pool or gym but were impressed by the quality of gym equipment. Xem tiếp

What is the best in this hotel is how the staff treats its guests! I travel a lot in Europe and stay very often in Hotels, I would say this hotel is as good as a 5-star luxury hotel in terms of service. Super quality/ price ratio! Can only recommend it Xem tiếp

Nice hotel with good location.a little disappointed in the gym as some machines under maintenance!! Not good for disabled as breakfast on floor without lift so you have to walk up stairs. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Xem tiếp

The hotel is centrally located, as mentioned by many previous travellers. But for the same money you pay, you probably can get better service and room in Hanoi. The first room we got was without a window. It also smelt funny. In the end, we had to pay extra for an upgrade. It was not a big deal but we would not have booked a room without a window in the first place as it felt claustrophobic. It should be made clear on the Agoda system which rooms are without windows. The staff was a bit rigid and didn't feel very helpful. The room itself was functional. For the same money, you probably can get a room elsewhere with better design and service. The restaurant is located on a floor without elevator. If you are travelling with someone with disabilities, be careful. The beltboys were very helpful though. Our taxi was very lost while we departed. The belt boys helped to call him and made sure we can leave on time for the flight. Thank you! Xem tiếp

Thank you so much for your wonderful welcome, The Light Hotel. This trip was our 10 years anniversary and we were with a 10 months old Because of it, it was quite hard for us to have active journey, but thanks to the hotel, our trip was extra gorgeous. First of all, all the staff are fluent in English with fairly good accent. (Sorry to say but sometime Vietnamese people’s English accent was very difficult for us) Their hospitality mind are always filled with respects and love towards guests. On second day, my baby spread out banana(welcome fruits from hotel) on the bed sheet. We were sorry about it seriously, but when we noticed what she has been done our bed was totally messed. We needed to go out because of the schedule without saying anything towards hotel staff. When we came back to the hotel, staff asked us what happened and suggested us if we can do something to prevent more mess on the bed. Decent hotel. But i stayed two more hotels in hanoi and those hotels were way more better than this. And when i went to the massage i paid by cash and they didnt have enough change. I was surprised that they just said its only 1000vnd so is it okay to get less change. I know its really small money but their attitude like that was quite disappointed. The room is very nice and clean, got everything we need, the curtains for the bathroom can be controlled with remote, nice extra feature, got everything you'd need in a hotel room, very comfy bed. The staffs are helpful and sweet, great great service, needed help with printing a few documents, got it done at the front desk. Location is great too, about 5 minutes walk to the Lake. All and all very pleasant experience, would highly recommend it to anyone. Steven Xem tiếp

Hotel is really good, very clean and has an excellent breakfast. Staff was great, always smiling and willing to help with anything. The only thing i would say that it needs to be more communication, plus hotel needs to conferm that they sell rooms without the windows and don't upgrade for free. Xem tiếp

This hotel is phenomenal! The staff go above and beyond and are very attentive to the needs of their guests. They are very detailed and thorough as well as courteous and very professional. They ensure comfort and enjoyment as well as convenience for their guests. The breakfast males were fantastic. They had a fine selection and the wait staff were very friendly and attentive to the customers needs and preferences. The restaurant where the breakfast was held was at the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city. As I said, when in Hanoi stay at the Light Hotel! Xem tiếp

greta price. $100 for my friend and I to split. beautiful. roof top pool, cant go wrong to escape from the busy streets below. breakfast was phenomenal. so many choices. staff are right on top of tables. very impressed. grand entrance! loved it. must stay. near some shops and war museum. can walk to large pond where there is a busy and fun night market! wifi semed slow when i was there. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful and lovely. The location was exactly where you need to be to see the city, but most of the sights close before 11am every morning. The breakfast was delicious and the food all fresh. There was construction in the room next to us from 7am to 7pm every day (hammering and drills) We ordered the airport shuttle and clearly stated we wanted to go to the domestic terminal, but were dropped off at the international terminal. We were very lucky we left early enough so that didn’t impact our flight. Make sure you check if your room has a window as some come without them. Xem tiếp
