Phòng khá ok mà đèn hơi tối 1 đèn ngủ bị hỏng ,nhà vệ sinh đẹp sạch sẽ nhưng thiếu bông tăm 🙌🏻 còn lại mọi thứ ok view nhìn ra đường khá thoáng mát Xem tiếp

A nice place and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. The older staff were quite unwelcoming though. They locked the gates at night and didn't tell us there was a bell so we struggled to get back in the first night. We also weren't happy we were expected to give our key into reception if we went out an they kept our passports. But the room was very clean and big and the location was great. Xem tiếp

This is a great place and I would come back. Makes me miss it now that I have seen other places around Vietnam. Great staff (yes they try to sell you stuff and do their recommendation - likely get kick backs - but so does everyone in this town - you will see - not bad). They clean everyday, they provide a safe, welcoming place. The night guy is so friendly (no English at all). The owner is chill. The girl working the desk is awesome and super helpful. House 36 is very new, modern and clean. Very easy walk to the night markets and ancient bridge with river views from all rooms. Comfortable mattress and pillows, good breakfast, made to order, and modern bathrooms. My only negative comment is there is pressure to book tours and extras with them and they seem disappointed with you if you don't. It is quite petty and was the only thing that felt uncomfortable about our stay. Other than that it was perfect and for the price paid (low season) we rate it excellent. When trying to find the home stay be aware that it is just across the bridge on the island, I think that the location is incorrectly marked on the map. Xem tiếp

Owners don't speak much english but you'll get by. Great for a budgeted trip, room is like a hotel's I guess just smaller. I like the French doors just make sure to lock it since you'll be sharing it with the next room. Will stay here again when I'll come back. Xem tiếp

Had one of the best services amongst my stay in Vietnam. Bonnie was really helpful in every way, she gave us directions to the best local food in Hoi An and recommended us places to visit. After we flew back home, we realized that we left behind a pair of trekking shoes and we contacted her. She was kind enough to go through the hassle and offered to send the shoe back to us. Would say that this is one of the best places to stay in Hoi An! Xem tiếp

I really like the room I got, it had a bathtub. What more can I say? After a long day exploring the ancient town, I would relax in a warm soak. This made me reluctant to leave the room most of the time. The location is fantastic, near the ancient town (about 10 minutes walk away). The staff is friendly and would be there to help with everything. Again, the bathtub really made a huge difference. Xem tiếp

My stay here was excellent. The bathroom was very nice, with a bath which is pretty unusual, and the bed was very comfortable. This feels like a quality hotel room. The traffic starts fairly early in the morning, I had no idea that An Hoi would be so busy, but it is fairly quiet in the evening. There is local food available nearby and it is a very easy walk to the old city or the night markets. I really enjoyed staying at this accommodation. Xem tiếp

The room was clean and new, with a balcony shared with neighbour room. Remember to lock the balcony door as the neighbour guests can easily enter the room through balcony. The hot water in the shower was very slow, half of my shower was done with the icy cold water in the January night of Hoi An (which is COLD!) Management should label which direction to turn the shower knob for hot water so that I can wait for the water to heat up before I start showering. The receptionist was not as friendly and not helpful. She just stood and watched me and my friend struggle to carry our luggage to the third floor by stairs without offer to help. When we head out to the town during the day, the receptionist insisted to keep my room key. But when I came back at night the house's door were locked, we had to knock the glass door to wake up the old man sleeping in living room. And he couldn't find our key in the drawer the receptionist kept, and it was a chaos to search for the key everywhere. Xem tiếp

Everything was perfect . 20 usd stay for a Super clean and well furnished room! breakfast was clean and fast ! Well taken care of by the staff/ family. They even helped to post my postcards for me ! Love love the place. Value for money 200% The only downside is they are fully booked often so book in advance maybe!! Xem tiếp
