Great spacious room with very comfortable bed, nice shower and nice view. A bit on the pricier side and they asked for 1/2 price of daily stay for later check out despite not having any other guest checking into the room. There is no breakfast included, unlike what some reviews suggested but they do have a restaurant on the first floor. They accept credit cards which was convenient. Xem tiếp

Hill Station Boutique Hotel stands out for its exceptionally tasteful design. In sharp contrast with the garish and gigantic hotels that have sprung up all over Sapa town, Hill Station has extremely soothing, understated design that makes for very comfortable ambience. The view from the room is outstanding! You can see the mountains from your bed at all times. The rooms are spacious and well designed and facilities are perfect. Location is also great. Everything we needed were close by. The adjoining restaurant serves some the best food we have had in Vietnam (and that's saying a lot!). The craft beer available at the bar are also worth trying. The staff were super-friendly and very helpful. And the price of the rooms was most reasonable. All in all, exceptional value for money. If you're going to Sapa, this is THE place to stay in! We arrived at the Hill Station quite late after a long day of travel. We found the restaurant to be very cozy with an interesting menu. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and shower were more than adequate and the breakfast at the bakery was excellent and just a few interesting blocks away. I would definitely stay here again. Xem tiếp

It was a cosy stay with just 3 rooms on-site. We booked 2 room so we have lotsa privacy. The food served in the restaurant is awesome and delicious. If you inform them earlier, you could have breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, instead of heading to their sister outlet (7 minutes' walk away). The staff is friendly and very efficient when they were helping. The view outside the room is also nice. However, we found a small insect in one of the rooms. Xem tiếp

Lots of privacy with just 3 rooms. We booked 2 rooms and there was lots of privacy. The view and ambience is wonderful. The reception staff is also helpful and friendly. It has good food in the restaurant downstairs. If you request for it early, you can have your breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, rather than walking to their sister restaurant about 5 minutes away. However, we found a crawling insect in the room, which we have to get rid of. The sheets are clean and the bed is very big and comfortable. Xem tiếp

The hotel interior is of my taste and the manager was so kind & flexible. Hwr overall house keeping maintenance was poor. The electricity power was not stable, so it keep on & out over the first night I stayed. The booking is including breakfast but it's served in different place which is very inconvenient. Xem tiếp

Jean and the other staff were very helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the view is exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and had an excellent meal from the restaurant. We enjoyed going to the deli (other Hill Station location) for breakfast. Breakfast is wonderful. The staff allowed us to hang out in the afternoon after checking out while we waited for our taxi. We would definitely return to the Hill Station if we returned to Sapa. Xem tiếp

Very disappointed with this hotel. The rooms look nice in the pictures and they would have been when they were freshly done but unfortunately, they are well past their best now. Sinks were blocked, black mould in corners and on the ceiling. Spider webs, dirt and dust clung to corners and ledges, aircon unit looked disgusting yellow stained and performed like it looked. The view from the room meant I gave the location 4 star and the restaurant is ok. Staff were friendly but not very attentive. Definitely would stay somewhere else in retrospect. Hotel can easily turn their situation around with some investment but in till then, steer clear. Xem tiếp

The room is clean , the staffs are helpful and nice. As this is a small boutique hotel, there will be no famcility, but it's okay as you will be doing activities outside. The food is good too!! Xem tiếp

Sapa is booming, you better go now or never. Been there 10 years ago it used to be nice little village, those days are gone now :) Dozens of hotels are being build everywhere! The Hill Station is luckily a bit off the main construction, nicely designed, great views, room was super nice, awesome and comfy bed. Restaurant looks much better than the food taste surprisingly and I don't find it any value. Staff except the manager (that was super nice) was fairly careless and look a bit lost. Like there were surprised to see us every day, although we lived there :) and zero care to help or organize anything. But would I stay again, I'd say yes :) Xem tiếp

The exterior facade alone tells us we're in for a wonderful relaxing treat. greeted by an almost unobstructed sweeping view of Fansipan and its terraced valleys, it was breather. the appointed room was sweet. Floor to ceiling view, spacious, such comfortable bed (slept like a baby!) and the bathroom was spacious! food was amazing, though our breakfast had to be enjoyed at another location. But we got to order beer for breakfast instead of coffee! bfast portion is sizable, coffee's good overall, i made the right decision and will stay here again, absolutely Xem tiếp

Very spacious room with fabulous views overlooking the valley, but best to get room at top of stairs (first on left) if you don't wish to see the monstrosities being built on the slopes of Sapa. Slightly noisy for those with issues, and very smokey stench over the evening whilst buffalo is smoked below in kitchen. The Hill station only has 3 rooms, it's prime focus being food and beverage, the trout spring rolls are to die for! In saying the above, apart from the holes in the floor covered by slightly dirty carpets, the staff were lovely and very flexible around check out times etc. Also, breakfast not served on site but 5 mins walk away at sister location. The bed is a cloud of pillowy heaven, into which you will sink and dream that all the past horrible uncomfortable Vietnamese beds you slept in were just a terrible nightmare. The shower has endless hot water, and the Hmong restaurant downstairs is possibly the only exceptional restaurant in all of Sapa, One problem, there is a water pump above the rooms that makes a seriously annoying sound, constantly. We had to move out of room #1, where the noise is loudest. For the price of this hotel, they really need to fix this problem. Xem tiếp

Our stay at The Hill Station was awesome. Nothing to complain, except 2 minor points that we think they can improve: 1) Smell: we went back to our room after a long day and noticed that the bathroom was quite smelly. I guess that was the problem with the sewage system, not the hotel's cleanliness. They immediately provided us with candles and spray to make it better. 2) Food: the breakfast at the Hill Station Cafe was awesome. But our lunch once was not great. I totally understand that not all the things on the menu could be equally great, just hope that we make better choices next time :-) Xem tiếp

Hill Station has the BEST BED I have ever slept in at a hotel!! The comforter is warm and fluffy and the view is beautiful! I want to sleep in that bed every night!! The food was amazing and the staff was so kind and accommodating!! STAY HERE!! YOU WONT REGRET IT!! Xem tiếp

Ended up booking this hotel last minute when another establishment gave my room away, but so glad that I did! The location was perfect, in town and a short three minute walk to the main strip of restaurants, but also out of the way enough to sleep when we wanted to. Right down the road from color bar on the way to cat Ba village. Beautiful room with new furnishings and a large bathroom. It's a small hotel, only three rooms, also convenient to have the restaurant right downstairs. The staff were very attentive and breakfast was huge. The only issue we had was wifi signal in our room being weak. Would definitely recommend! Xem tiếp
