The design is really unique and you can see it right from the elevator. The rooftop is perfect to chill and you can enjoy the free unlimited snacks and drink (beer, soda, coffeeand tea) everywhere in the hotel, even in the mini bar in your room ! The breakfast is also very nice. Xem tiếp

Excellent employees; coupled with good knowledge, attitude and nothing to pick on! The staffs were a young and enthusiastic bunch, spoke good english (important for the tourists) and was fun to chat with. Decor of the room is very modern, the hammock installation exudes a different flavour and the platform bed makes everything seems just right. Roof top bar was nicely decorated with a pool table and not forgetting the free flow snacks and beer!! Could just spend the whole day doing nothing but enjoying the cold cans of 333 with the view of HCMC. The Blush Spa which is located on 1F belongs to the hotel and there was a discount during my visit! Emma, the manager was impressive! If you want a getaway from the usual commercial or business hotels, The Hammock is where you should be as I like the room more than my own! *I always felt an affinity with the hotel because of it's concept and design and incidentally found out that the owners of hotel are my fellow locals!* Xem tiếp

Stayed 3 nights with wife and a tweenage boy, enjoyed taking turns on the hammock, so much so that we were talking about putting one at home... location was great, walking distance to most tourist places and shopping... close to the centre but far enough not to be bothered by heavy traffic and vehicle horns all the time.. appreciate that there was free flow food / snacks/ drinks all the time, free use of fusbal, pool table, good wifi... even had the added adventure of catching a fruitbat one night... staff were young and speak good English, very accommodating and helpful... breakfast was light but tasty... definitely would stay again if we were in HCMC. I really hope that they recycle the empty drink bottles (weather was warm and we drank a lot)... maybe there could be a "recycle bin" in the room? Xem tiếp

We been travelling to North middle and south of Vietnam. This is the best. Not to mention free snack and drink but also rooftop area that we can relax in the evening. I like their breakfast concept. Order what you want and need. Not to waste food. Food are good appearance. Not only look good but taste good also. Staff can speak fluent English compare to others. And very helpful. Good on Attend our question and issues. Well training. Only area to improve but doesn't bother me which is their air-con is abit old, hence some noise. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Exceptional service, tasteful decors, great location, breakfast til 12pm, free minibar and kitchen with just about everything you need, and all at a 3-star hotel rates. I have been to many 4 and 5-star hotels, and I could say this hotel exceeds them in many aspects. Xem tiếp

Loved the decor and free snacks & drinks available in-room and at the common area for guests! Aesthetics of the place is beautiful and I loved the hammock in the room. Staff were friendly too. I have to say that I am very impressed with them. The fist time I stayed at the Ben Thanh branch months back and the service was excellent. This time round I tried their fine arts museum branch and it was exceptional. I was surprised that some staff from Ben Thanh branch shifted to fine art museum and they remember my name. !! They even know what I like for breakfast !! I felt so at home. I do travel a lot in the region and certainly the hammock team has made my day and leave me a lasting impression. Really good breakfast, clean rooms, a choice of pillows, and free snacks and drinks! The roof terrace is a nice place to sit and read a book, and there are washing machines with washing tablets for guests to use for free! Really friendly staff and a great nights sleep Xem tiếp

The hotel is strategically located, it's a 5-10 mins walk to Ben Thanh Market and a 15-20 mins walk to Saigon river! I did not hire Grab or taxi while I was visiting the attractions like War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral etc. It's a walkable distance, if you don't mind walking. Took a map from the staffs, and it was really useful! There were some recommended tours on the map as well. The staffs were helpful throughout my stay and attended to my needs instantly whenever they could! The hotel room was amazing, I love the interior and the bed was so comfortable! Most importantly, all the beverages (alcohol, soft drinks and milk) and food at the lobby are free! Love how generous they are! Xem tiếp

The location of the hotel is centralise. Walking distance to various attractions. Trendy and practical layout and design. Suitable for all ages and traveling purposes. The breakfast were great and FOC. Free selection of drinks, snacks and quick bites at the pantry. Great social space to chill out and socialize. The upcoming spa is vibrant, chic and a must visit to relax and erase all the tiredness from a day of exploring the city. Greatly recommended. For some reason there was music blasting all night on the street and finally stopped at 6/7 am, then 9 am and the drills and hammers start due to the hotel being only finished from the 9th down to the 5th floor. Once fixed im sure the hotel would be perfect as the bed / shower / room were very comfortable. Xem tiếp

Newly renovated hotel. Very comfortable room with hammock. Mini bar and pantry are all free with unlimited beer too. A lot of nice spots around the hotel for photo taking. Staff are amazing, very attentive and helpful. They served me breakfast at 12pm because I woke up late. Overall a prefect experience. Xem tiếp
