Placed in front of independence palace and near central post office. Room was clean, the breakfast had great taste for an asian people like me. The staff was helpful. I will stay in here when i visited hcmc again. Xem tiếp

We flew in to Saigon and took a taxi here. Was bummed because all of our other hotels allowed for taxi pick up and this one did not. Arrived to find a restaurant below the hotel, not a big deal but you can’t use restaurant level elevator unless you work there so we hoofed it’s to the 5th floor for check in. Guy was nice enough. We went to the room, lock didn’t work for the door well. Got in the room, supposedly cleaned but had no toilet paper or shampoo. Everything was bare as in the bed had sheets but nothing extra, no waters, not anything. We decided that we wanted to stay somewhere else that was able to help us more and keep the rooms cleaner. This is the 4th time I book here, never disappointed. Even though We had a mistake booking of 2 single rooms for family 5 ppl, the girl at the front desk upgraded 1 room for my parents and brother for free. We also have breakfast tickets for all members. The location was great, right in front of the independent palace. Definitely recommend this place ! They have a new space for guests to sit outside with good view down the street, but unfortunately it closes at night and we couldn’t use. Xem tiếp

This was our first stop on our Vietnam trip and we were more than happy with our accommodation. Everything was very clean and staff were very helpful when we had queries. The location was excellent - just about everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Vey happy to recommend the 138 Home. Xem tiếp

In a good location. Booking in a challenge, Did not want to give us the room we had booked, and blamed Agoda for problem. This happened also to another traveler they can get more money for the room if booked independently . We did get our room after discussion and two free beers. . The room was well presented and clean , however toilet was leaking and the sink was blocked. Breakfast was included in the price, however the breakfast menu offered did not have anything a vegetarian can eat. Provided a kettle in the room, but cups, coffee and tea not provided. When going out in the evening, returning to the hotel it was in the dark and there was not a member of staff on call. to assist walking through the restaurant. Good night sleep.and comfortable bed. I have been a tourist in Saigon during the last week of December 2018. I must say I did not know what to expect, although the presentation pictures looked nice and the price seemed decent. And I was not wrong. I had looked before on other options, but The 138 Home seemed to be the better choice. The hotel is close to the center, but at the same time, not noisy (that was important to me, because I wanted to rest). The staff was nice and helpful. I appreciated also the lady at the entrance in red traditional dress, greeting all people, no matter if coming or leaving, that is a good sign of civilization and education. The food is good and various, many choices available. With the low booking price I got breakfast included (I recommend the soups, they are very delicious). The rooms are clean, and to my appreciation they can be qualified as three stars hotel (even if in fact it is officially a hostel). Some of the rooms have toilets with no dividing glass for the shower. Overall good hotel. Xem tiếp

Very good location, nice authentic style apartments with balcony. We had 4 days spent in it. Unfortunately once we met with a cockroach in the bathroom besides that it was OK. For breakfast the only serve Asian dishes in the restaurant, which is not always a pleasure for a European stomach, so consider requesting breakfast. Xem tiếp

This hotel is located at the restaurant. You may wondering to find the entrance of the hotel. Moreover you may should wait the receptionist if you arrive at late night. However you will satisfy with the decoration of the room with antique chinese matters. Especially the breakfast at the restaurant in the first floor was so nice with same menu of the restaurant. The location is not bad that it is almost 1.5 km from Ben Than market. I recommand this hotel to other guests. Xem tiếp

Hôtel bien situé car plusieurs monuments et restaurants sympa à proximité. Accueil chaleureux par un personnel jeune et sympathique. Si vous tenez à un breakfast continental dommage car il n’y a que 5 choix de plats vietnamiens au petit déjeuner avec café ou thé rien de plus . Donc vous pouvez économiser ici si vous le souhaitez. Nous avions pris une chambre avec vue sur le jardin... mais c’est inutile aussi car du coup vous êtes côté rue. J ai particulièrement appréciée la décoration asiatique vintage. L’hôtel bénéficie aussi d’un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée ( qui sert également de salle pour le petit déjeuner) très apprécié des locaux ( je ne l’ai pas testé personnellement) . Le manager nous a réservé un taxi avec son appli Grab ( l’équivalent d’Uber ) afin que l’on paye moins cher notre trajet vers l’aéroport. Xem tiếp

Personne à la réception à l'arrivée (8h a.m.), jusqu'à 9h seulement. Dois réclamer pour qu'on fasse la chambre au 2è jour! Le soir, vers 0h30, tout est fermé, je dois frapper à la porte d'entrée pendant au mois 5 minutes pour que quelqu'un vienne. Xem tiếp
