I don't usually rate the places very bad because sometimes is all about only one experience and situation that is not so good. Unfortunately, I need to let you know that in my option a place can be almost anything BUT dirty. I am usually looking for and staying in budget places ( backpacker style but with private rooms) and there no excuses for a room to be dirty. Mine was not ready for me, it was cleary not cleaned (There was dirty paper toilet, bathroom dirty, the bedsheets were not changed). So I requested to change rooms, so it was slightly the same but with clean bedsheets. I dropped something in the flor and it rolled under the bed, when I bent down to catch it i decided that was better to live it there. It seems that under the bed was not cleaned for years. Good location but not clean. The blankets smelled sour and there were a lot of hairs on the bed of various lengths. The air conditioner might work but there was no remote for it. The shower drain was clogged and the toiletries had to be asked for. Cobwebs all over. It's a really cheap room but it would definitely add value to clean and prepare it better. The lady on location didn't know what agoda was and had to get her neighbor the boss to find the booking details. Xem tiếp

The room i got was very bad. There was no window and the room was very damp. The bed sheet and the room was not clean. Putting nice pictures on the website but offering a room with bad condition is definetily not the way i like, no matter how cheap the room was. Xem tiếp

The staff went above and beyond with making our stay in Hue easy and comfortable. We arrived early from an overnight bus, the staff welcomed us with complementary breakfast and we were allowed to check into our room early. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very helpful in arranging transportation for us throughout the city as well as to go to Hoi An. Overall could not have asked for a better experience! Xem tiếp

This place is good for budget travelers. It is cheap. The owner is very friendly woman. We spent all afternoon talking with her. (She can speak just little english). The accomodation is worse than we expected. There are 3 rooms at each level. One room has got window to street, othet has got very dark window to other buildings and the last room doesn't have any window. We had lot of small ants and two small lizards in a room. Matracess on the bed are maybe 5 cms high, so it is hard sleeping. Xem tiếp

La gérante de l'hotel est très accueillante, nous sommes arrivés bien avant l'heure du check in prévue mais elle nous a tout de même installé dans une chambre. Le rapport qualité prix est top. Le petit dejeuné très bon. Merci pour tout ! Xem tiếp
