Location was good for us because there is less traffic noise and you can rent bicycle for free. Everything in house is very clean, rooms and toilets etc... I can not say anything negative. Good luck with your place :) Xem tiếp

This place is so clean and has good location. The woman is kind but sometimes a bit overwhelming, she will try to sell you everything. The second restaurant next to this place is amazing, tasty food and cheap (with nice staff). Xem tiếp

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. Our room was cleaned every day. The location is perfect - close to city center and the beach. We had a great stay! :) Xem tiếp

The place is between the ancient town and the beach. You get a free bicycle and have easy access to both places (just don't overpay for parking!). The hostess is very very attentive, which can be a bit overbearing at times. You get a key to the front gate and door, which is necessary since she sometimes locks the door already quite early. But she keeps the place super-clean and will help you rent a bike from a friend of hers. The breakfast is good, especially the fresh fruits. The room has an AC so it won't get too hot (yes, already in January). The place feels like a real home Xem tiếp

The owner is very sweet and funny. She makes you feel right at home. Our double room was comfy and clean, bathroom had a good shower and was also very clean. Location is a short bike ride from the city center, away from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is delicious and a great value! Xem tiếp

When we arrived we were greeted by Trinh and she immediately made sure all of our needs were catered for and she was so welcoming! The room was very clean and so were the shared bathrooms. We used the bikes provided and it was only a 10min cycle to the beach and 10mins to the old town. Breakfast was delicious- great choice and value. We felt very safe and looked after - even on our way to the airport Trinh gave us homemade cake, bananas and water. We could not fault our stay it was great value for money and would come back again :) Xem tiếp

We had a lovely 4 day stay here. The owner and staff were all so lovely and always there to help you! This homestay is great value for money in Hoi An and is only a short ride from the ancient town. The bikes are free which was fantastic to go and come when you wanted. The place was kept very clean and our towels were changed each day whih was nice. The home is so clean and the location is perfect. If you have a triple room you get a private balcony. If not there is another balcony upstairs that can be used and nobody was ever on it. Her garden downstairs is beautiful to sit in - especially with one of her coffees and a plate of the mini pancakes!! Thanks for such a lovely stay. Xem tiếp

Nice place, very clean, very comfy. Would be superb but the lady who runs it was waayy to pushy and not the nicest. Definitely did her best to make a nice stay, but would try and nickel and dime is for stuff. Asked us about 20 times to write her a good review online and was really just trying to make money off of us. Can't fault her for that but when there are places which offer genuine kindness it feels a little pushy. Xem tiếp

We were greeted at the door by a smiling Trinh, the owner who our 10 month baby fell in love with. She would routinely take him away from us and play with him - we would hear him laughing from the other end of the house. Nothing was too much to ask For our needs. The free bikes were in good condition, they sourced us extra plastic wrapping at last minute to wrap our stroller for our onward flight. As for the hotel, we upgraded to the triple room 302. The room was clean, the finishinge beautiful, and the balcony a welcome tranquil getaway. There are shared bathrooms which may not suit all but they are kept spotless. Had an amazing stay at thanh luan, such a friendly and helpful couple who go out of their way to help you. We arrived after a long journey and straight away she had cleaned our trainers and offered us lots of Oreos! They helped us organise motorbikes day trips and bus tickets to our next destination. Bed was so comfortable and wifi signal was brilliant. Would highly recommend staying here to everyone travelling to beautiful Hoi An. Xem tiếp

Tout étais super, la propriétaire est adorable, les chambres sont impeccable et faite chaque jour! la salle de bain est nettoyer 2 fois par jours, les petits déjeuners sont extra et on a des vélos à disposition pour ce balader. je recommande vivement cet homestay! merci encore!!! Xem tiếp

Lugar mágico, regentado por una encantadora señora. La habitación era muy bonita y luminosa, el jardín encantador. Tiene bicis gratis para explorar la ciudad. No se puede pedir más por este precio. Ojalá todos los sitios dónde nos alojamos fuesen como este. Xem tiếp

Die Unterkunft liegt genau zwischen Altstadt und Strand. Es gibt kostenlose Fahrräder. Als wir morgens ankamen, hat es geregnet, und die Gastmutter hat uns mit Schirmen und Regencapes ausgestattet.
