Mình book phòng cho bạn trai ở, chỉ 1 người ở nhưng vì 1 số khách sạn có qui định không cho bạn bè tới chơi ở qua đêm. Nên mình book phòng ghi 2 cho người. Cty mình gần đó nên buổi trưa mình qua thăm bạn trai 1 lát rồi về. Khi qua cô chủ nhà hỏi có ở lại qua đêm ko, mình nói ko, chỉ qua chơi 1 lát thôi. Lúc bạn trai tiễn mình về cô chủ lại hỏi có bạn bè gì tới chơi ở qua đêm ko. Bạn trai mình cảm thấy khá khó chịu và hỏi sao cô hỏi vậy, thì cô chủ nói ko thích có người khác ra dô liên tục và ở lại. Bạn trai mình hỏi sao cô kinh doanh khách sạn nhưng lại không muốn người khác ra vào? Thế là book xong 2 hôm, bạn mình chuyển qua khách sạn khác. Thật là bó tay, đúng kiểu nhà trọ, phòng cũng nhỏ nhưng phù hợp với giá tiền. Còn về thái độ thì thua. Xin ko ghé lần sau. Xem tiếp

phòng dơ bẩn, mùi ẩm mốc, chăn mền như chưa bao giờ được giặt nên tôi không dám sử dụng, điều hoà cũ kĩ gây tiếng ồn không thể ngủ, WC quá nhỏ. Never come back here. Xem tiếp

I was looking for a place with a reasonably priced private room so I could work. At the same time, I wanted to wander out the front door and stumble upon dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. I needed good WiFi. I wanted to buy a bus ticket and not need to go far. Thanh Hostel had it all. Quite likely, I will go back again the next time I'm in HCMC. Xem tiếp

I liked this place very much. My room was spacious, the water hot, the mattress soft, and the fridge cold. the air conditioner worked on an "on again, off again" basis. You step outside and you are in the heart of the District 1 tourist action. Step inside and all is quiet. When I bought a bus ticket, I only had to walk one block. Pastry shops, bars, and abound. The hotel is worth the price. It is clean and big enough for the four of us. Location, it depends on what kind of person are you. It is located at the heart of Bui Vien St. known as the busiest street in Ho Chi Mihn City and we can attest to that. We arrived 3 am and people are all partying, lights are dancing, music are bouncing and a lot of restobars on both sides of the street. We’re actually afraid walking along the street looking for our hotel (we are not into night parties), we’re abit shock watching people dancing liberated. So if you’re a party animal this is the best place for you to stay. 😉 Xem tiếp

The room was clean and well equipped (fan, air con, fridge, TV, hot water). A little bit confusing when we arrived as there were several guesthouses named « Thanh » within the same area and the host tried to make us pay more than what we booked for (they don’t really speak English), but everything was settled quickly. At night the music coming from the bars in the street nearby was very loud and woke us up. Except for this it was a nice location. Xem tiếp

We booked a room good for three people on Thanh Guesthouse and we were provided with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. The room was spacious, with refrigerator and the bathroom has a heater. Though there is no free complimentary drinks like water. We paid roughly 700 VND for 2 nights stay. So not bad at all. It is just infront of the walking street so it is very convenient to roam around the city. They also offer tour packages.. the prices and details are already posted on the wall., so it is very convenient. Tbh, t'was affordable and legit. We just spent $5 for Cu Chi tunnel tour and $5 for the entrance fee. The only cons is that there's really no reception area or receptionist. The girl who assist us even sleep on the 1st floor and you have to be quiet when entering the house or else you'll wake her up. But overall, the place is a good place to stay esp if you are on a tight budget. :) Xem tiếp

I stayed here alone in July, 2014. My room, spacious and air-conditioned, which is very comfortable to stay in. The location is convenient as well. Stores and bars are within walking distance. Also, there are computer and printer available on the ground floor. Staff there is friendly and helpful. You can buy tours, rent motorbikes, and get laundry service there. My favorite time of the day is the night, when people sit in front of there houses drinking and chatting. It's a nice experience to enjoy the Vietnamese lifestyle. Nice staff that can speak English. They are very helpful and friendly. This guest house is just nearby to a few food stalls and restaurant. The best is you are staying in a busy street but never disturb by the noise when you sleep. Xem tiếp

the hotel was easy to find, in the center of the tourist district, with clean, quiet rooms (ginormous beds) and a helpful staff. we had to get up and leave at 4:30am and the hotel arranged everything for us. hoping to stay on our return to ho chi Minh! Xem tiếp

The room and bathroom were clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only problem was the noise: our room was facing the street so we could hear the very loud music of the backpacker street and the people chatting in the street so it was very noisy, so maybe if you are staying here take some earplugs. Also the aircond wasn’t working very well we couldn’t switch it off, or change the temperature. I recommend this place if you are on a budget and want to enjoy the nightlife Xem tiếp
