Rooms are clean, spacious, air conditioned, stall shower. Offered airport pick up for a fee but worth it after arriving from long flights. Service charge and tax was supposed to be included according to Agoda booking but they charged me for it and refused to refund me. Xem tiếp

Hotel is OK, Staff is OK, Price is OK, But I waited 1 hour for my airport pickup and it never came.. Taxi's are not always safe in Hanoi... This was a huge deal as the nature of my business requires secure transportation. Really. Where was my ride?? It is enough that i won't return. Xem tiếp

I stayed at this hotel for the 2nd time. Last time was 4th floor where every room was deigned differently by individual artist. This time I was on the 3rd floor. Room was big and modern but bed was a bit hard. Good value and good location. Walking distance to night market and other cafes and attractions. Nice caramel street around the corner. Xem tiếp

We stayed on 4th floor but elevator stops at 3.5th floor so we have to carry bags. Room was decorated nicely. There are several rooms on the 4th floor but it seems each room is decorated differently and a little bit different room configuration. It is nice hotel. Xem tiếp

I stayed in Hotel Espana for two nights and I'd always go there again. The location is great!! Problem about the hotel: it's really loud, early in the mornings traffic starts outside and right now (May 2013) they are renovating the rooms on the 3rd floor and they even do it on Sunday morning!! The hotel has obviously not been well maintained since originally being built. There are only a handful of the 'nice' rooms and the rest are shockingly substandard. I was first given a room on the second floor which was worse than any hostel i've stayed in. There was an old ripped carpet covered in stains and iron burns, the room smelled stale and unpleasant, and the windows and door did not fasten properly so the street noise was unbearably loud. I went down and complained and was given the origami room on the 4th floor. The room itself was fine but the overwhelming smell of drains and sewerage coming from the shower was appalling. I had to head out so I told reception who said housekeeping would try to sort this out, the cleaning lady was rolling her eyes and complaining at this point, which did not help the situation. Upon my return the smell was not as strong but as I had a shower it returned. They would not switch me to another room so I just had to put up with it. I will not be returning to this hotel! Xem tiếp

stayed there for one night. cant really say anything but renovation they made is not really good. plastic panels make you feel closed in the plastic box. location is the best feature: close to ho tay and not far from old quarters. price is not expensive, room is clean and not small. Xem tiếp

Unfortunately I did stay in this place for one night. Do yourself a favour and do not repeat my mistake. I had been using multiple hotels in Hanoi for the last 2 years and I do not recall a single event that made me to feel so appalled by the experience. Even though the place is advertised as unique in nature of design and friendly service? None of the above attributes been present during my over night stay. Room was the most basic and not clean with a very distinct smell of unpleasant kind. Breakfast was simply horrible and it’s no point to talk about the nature of dishes or service. Xem tiếp
