I did not know the hotel in renovation modus when booking. Be asked for check in at twice 4:00 pm then 7:00 pm on arrival because the booked 3 beds room not ready. I did not accept for change to two separate rooms, and wait until 7:00pm. Be waked up early in the morning around 7:00 am by drilling and beating on the upper floor. At Saturday morning, when I was in bathroom for showering , the water was turn off completely without warning ! The telephone in the room does not work for dial to reception. It's time for the hotel to upgrade its facilities, do a little bit of renovation, make the hotel facet more bright & inviting.. It looks more nice & professional if all staff can be provided with hotel uniforms.. Xem tiếp

I paid two days first by Agoda, when I want to extend they ask me to pay cash and apply original price, I have to argu to give them bad comment then I allow to pay by Agoda again. I used to stay in other hotel also have this issue, you may have to think how to educate or amend your policy to make you two sides happy. Xem tiếp

stay hotel for 3days2night. book the 25 sq.m room & was level 6 room. was disappointed that the room look quite old. but when check other room (20 sq.m) it look more newer. as for meals, need to walk abit far which is not a issue with me. do take note that as hotel near to road... abit noise with the horn of car & bike. overall for me quite ok as it is very near to airport. staff also help call taxi for us to go airport. will stay there but choose smaller room next time. Staff was very accommodating, we had the fellow that delivered our bags to the room go out of his way to have my wife's water pic fixed (at a very reasonable price) after it burned up in the 240 outlet. He also let us keep & use his transformer for the duration of our trip as not to ruin anything else using our adapter. The maid was excellent, kept our room clean & was always very friendly and smiling. My Vietnamese is very limited, but carried on very friendly conversations with my wife. Even though we had a 2 person room, the staff always allowed family members to visit with us in our room. It became as if several family members were as welcomed into the hotel as we were. The room was adequate for us as we were there to visit family in Phu Nhuan & Go Vap districts. Close to the market, shopping areas, restaurants, airport & family. I would stay there again if visiting family, the price was reasonable and the staff did all they could for us. The phone & TV reception left a lot to be desired, but we were not in the room too often. Xem tiếp

Enjoyed my stay but it's quite a walk to find food. The tv wasn't working very well. The biggest issue I had was having to wait for hot water to shower. It takes at least 10 mins for the water to get hot but it will only last for awhile. Will I stay here again? Maybe, I really enjoyed the conversations I had with the hotel staff. A good option for people wanting to stay in District 3. Not ideal for the central HCMC attractions, although we were looking for a place near to family so proximity to Le Van Say st was more important than sightseeing. Xem tiếp

Arrived early and reception said the room wasnt available yet but offered an alternative room until the room was ready. Very friendly staff, who moved all my belongings to the next room when it was ready. Basic but decent value Xem tiếp

standard quality mini-hotel in hcmc. good location close to airport. good lighting in room. hot water takes a long time to warm up when the hotel is not busy. street has good shopping, but restaurants are sparse. Xem tiếp

空港にほど近い安ホテル。最上階のかなり広い部屋でしたが２千円ほどでした。 下町ど真ん中で、観光地じゃないホーチミンを垣間見れて楽しかったです。 部屋自体は清潔でしたが、個人的にお風呂がちょっと無理でした(汚いわけではないがなんとなーく。バスタブ有り) 寝るだけなら十分です。 朝食は食べてないのでわかりません。 Xem tiếp
