Hands down my best experience at a hostel/homestay! The host, Ly, was very nice. Beautiful garden to eat a wonderful breakfast in every morning. Perfect proximity to town, especially with the free bicycles for use. I ended up changing my plans to stay longer at Terra Cotta Homestay and Hostel because it felt like home and after a couple of months on the road a taste of home is exactly what I needed. Ly is like a second mother, very caring, and she looks out for her guests going above and beyond for each one of them. Xem tiếp

Good place to stay, but way too far from the city. I was in Hoi An when it rained every day so the bike tide to the city and back was a pain every time. At night it's impossible to get a Grab to take you back home. The owner was nice most of the time, but we had a little misunderstanding with booking a tour and she got very upset at me for wanting to book with another agency. She cancelled my original booking and told me to just do whatever I want. The breakfast is very good, good value for money. The cleanliness was ok, even though they emptied the garbage once during my 4-day stay there. Something I really didn't like- everyone in my room had left and I was out all day. When I came back, the owner had moved all my belongings to a different room, without asking me or waiting for me, because she got another booking who requested the room. I think it was very rude to move my stuff without asking or letting me know. Disappointing! Xem tiếp

Marvelous place to stay in Hoi An. Ly is a great host, she's nice and helpful and speaks very good English. She took over my visa extension, quick and easy. Everything looks spotlessly clean in this place. Its only drawback might be its location, bit far from oldtown, but a cycling distance trough a safe, well illuminated road. for me it is perfect.they are not eager to do the business.you know sometimes if the host does like that,you would feel pushed.so here you get more relaxe.and in other way,they do help you when you need.they maintained facilities well even the free-use bike,quiet environment,away to traffic noise,beautiful garden.near to local market in which you can get cheap food,fruits,fish,if you like.thank you, ly,best host. Even though the location is not close the old town. LY let you use the bikes for free. 10 to 15 minutes by bike to the old Town the road is nice and flat. Ly is an amazing host. I'll be back here for sure. Thanks Ly! I'll see you. Xem tiếp

Really Nice homestay with a lovely family. A good place to take a rest in the garden and the dorm and bathroom is in a really good state. The bathroom could use a bit more cleaning sometimes, But overall I am really satisfied. The lady tried to make it comfortable for you and took care of the buses you wanted to book. The family is working hard every day to make sure that you Will have a good stay in Hoi An. Xem tiếp

Ly and her Family are very lovely and great hosts! Everything is clean, you can use bikes for free and the breakfast is good! It is a bit out of the town, but by bike it takes only 10min and you will enjoy the quiet garden after a day strolling around. We loved it :) Xem tiếp

A little bit puy of the way but very nice for peace and quiet. I only stayed one night and would have stayed much longer if I didn't have another place already booked. The host (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was very friendly and welcoming of me in her home. She even upgraded my room at no charge since I was there one night and would have had to share a dorm with all men. She was very informative about Hoi An and thoughtful to make sure I Knew how to get around and be safe. I would stay here again and recommend other people do as well. The garden was lovely to lounge in and she also offered free bikes to get around and into town which was a short ride away along the river. Was comfortable place for a so woman to be. This place is by far my favourite so far in Vietnam! Everything was nice from the cleanliness of the room, the relax atmosphere to the breakfast. Highly recommend this place for solo and coupke backpackers. Xem tiếp

We loved Hoi an. The guesthouse is ten minutes cycle from town which we liked as it was very quiet but close enough to all the main attractions. Our host Li was great and really helpful. We would recommend the guesthouse to anyone Xem tiếp

This is the best place i've stayed at on my journey so far. Owner is amazing and will help you in any way she can. She even helped me book a flight ticket to Hanoi. Located about 3km outside the old town but you can borrow a bicycle for free so that's not a problem at all. Rooms clean and big with a really nice bathroom. Can only say good things about this homestay, and with the price it's a bargain. Xem tiếp
