Chị chủ nhà khá là thân thiện, nhân viên ngoan, cô đầu bếp ở quán ăn thì đáng yêu vô cùng, địa điểm rất thuận tiện vì gần phố cổ Bên cạnh có nhà đang xây nên khá là ồn ào, trời nóng như này mà bị mất điện cả đêm k có máy nổ nên như tra tấn, nước yếu, điều hoà yếu, vệ sinh k đc sạch sẽ lắm Xem tiếp

phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ, đúng như yêu cầu, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Chỉ có hôm mình ở, ban ngày wifi trong phòng tốt, tối lại mất, chắc trục trặc bộ phát. Sẽ giới thiệu cho mọi người. Lần tới đến Hội An, mình sẽ vẫn chọn ở đấy. Xem tiếp

The room was spacious. All rooms are spacious actually. Location is excellent - near everything you need to go and see. The garden has a Koi fish pond that I am sure children and adults alike would love. Xem tiếp

We stayed at this homestay for 4 nights in January 2019. It was a great location, and the staff were amazing. The food at their local restaurant was also brilliant and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend that you stay at this homestay. Xem tiếp

seems like you are in the country side with a big marsh full of frogs in the backyard but you are right close to everything. really great staff, we bought them flowers at the end and they actually bought my wife a scarf. our room was perfect overlooking the pool and the animals around were fun also...thank you. This is a good place to rest because it is very near to the heart of the old town. I found their facilities and service neat, useful and welcoming but not intrusive. The room is spacious and having trees surrounding the villa is a bonus point. Far from the noise, close to the heart. We could relax and truly enjoy Hoi An thanks to Tea Garden Homestay. Xem tiếp

Booked this hotel for my stay at Hoi An. Honestly this homestay surprised me in everything since I stepped in !! Greeted by a feiendly and informative front desk staff who then leading to our spacious room. everything there are really awesome. Read some of the review and decide to stay this place. The location of this homestay is super convenient. Just a walking distance to ancient town. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness. I'm not sure whether all room same or just the particular room was not maintain well. Which is old and the bedside also smelly. But I just stay a night so I could not ask for changing the room. That particular room was just beside the reception counter. Xem tiếp

Good access to the old town. But the amenities are not so worrying the price. There is no telephone to contact the other rooms in the hotel. The Breakfast is limited to one meal plus one drink per person. If you wish to eat more, there will be an additional charge. Xem tiếp

We stayed at Tea Garden with our four kids. This place is a gem; our favourite place that we have stayed in during our 2 months in Vietnam. Location is great; one street away from Ancient Town, and An Bang beach is a bike-ride or short scooter ride away. The building, gardens, pool and rooms are beautiful: high ceilings, dark wood furniture and floors, oversized windows, balcony and large, modern bathrooms. Pool was a wonderful retreat. The host Thanh, and her staff, made our family feel very welcome. Included breakfast is great, and the restaurant makes wonderful salads and Banh xeo. Xem tiếp

I and my family have a good 5 nights in Tea Garden Homestay. The location of this homestay is very near to old town, it is just a 5 minutes walking distance. We were given two rooms at the 2nd floor. The room is big and can sleep for 4 persons. Though there was a construction work on-going next to this building, but it would not affect us much as during the day time we were not in the room. The staffs and the owner are very friendly and very helpful. They always smile when see us and advise and help us to book for day trip with a reasonable price. Besides, the food in the restaurant of this home is nice and delicious and the price is also reasonable. Xem tiếp

Although I had problems with the AC unit and I did see find bugs in the room, the friendliness of the staff more than made up for any problems. I really enjoyed playing with a kitten that hangs around this hotel and the desk staff feel like friends after my visit. I would highly recommend this place. Xem tiếp

This is a really wonderful little hotel. We had the family room on the top floor and they upgraded my sister to a family room even though she was alone, just so she could be on the same floor as us. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance to the heart of old town, even with 4 year olds. The staff was incredibly helpful and even found us a flight to Nha Trang for half the price we could find on our own. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the woman who helped us but it started with a Q. She made our stay wonderful and arranged everything for our travels as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We can't say enough about the staff - all of them were helpful, efficient and kind. The room was very spacious, had a comfortable bed, had a large windowed double door and was cleaned daily. The bathroom was modern and clean. Everything we tried from the breakfast menu was delicious and we enjoyed eating them on the outdoor patio. We didn't go in the pool but it always looked clean and had crystal clear water . It is an easy 3 block walk to the 'Ancient Town'. Because it is just off the main street it is relatively quiet. The spring rolls at The Tea Garden Restaurant are great - they also do room service. We loved it here, we actually wanted to stay longer the only thing stopping us was our intense itinerary for our trip. The staff are great - very accommodating and friendly, happy to help with recommendations for eating/clothes making. Our room was perfect very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is great - nice and cold perfect for the warm weather. We had breakfast included and this was also superb nice little selection of drinks smoothies and food all served very quickly. If we come back to Hoi An (we will) we will be staying here again! Xem tiếp

We intended to only stay 2 days but the ambience and staff made this a stop worth staying at.Personal genuine service you dont see at the "big" hotels. If you werent happy with this place I think you would find heaven not to your taste either. Thank you for a great memorable stay. We will be back after the pool is finished. cheers Xem tiếp

This is our second visit here. We stayed here 6 months ago and absolutely loved the place. This time when we returned however the place looked a bit run down but was still very clean. Our air con didn't work properly, and so they offered to change us to another room the next morning and promptly brought us a fan. It seemed fixed the next morning but had problems again later. I had to use the fan the entire stay. My second issue was the breakfast was very average. The menu is sufficient but they need to understand how to cook pancakes...they also served the same sort of crusty bread roll every morning four days in a row which is difficult to eat for adults let alone kids. No bread slices were available. My bath gel wasn't replenished the entire four days for a family of four even though they cleaned the room everyday. On the upside the couple who own the place are fantastic!! They also have very polite and friendly staff. The wife speaks english fluently and her husband is always around, friendly and happy to help. They hire out a scooter and bicycles. They are the nicest hosts I have ever had living in a homestay. I believe they would do anything to help make your stay easier you just need to ask though. Xem tiếp
