Nice rooms with a friendly family right near all the great restaurants in Tam Coc. The boat ride is a 1 minute walk up the road. Breakfast was great and the bed was comfy. Would recommend. Xem tiếp

Location. Is great, within 5 min walking distance to eateries (Rose Restaurant offers nice & reasonably priced dishes) & Tam Coc main street. Simple & clean family run homestay coupled with helpful owner. Do let the owner know if you need a bicycle to travel around Tam Coc area. This place was just perfect and very good value for money. Close to all restaurants, bars and sightseeing in Tam Coc. The bungalows have everything you need and are spotlessly clean, everything looks new and is very well looked after. The family are very kind and make you a good breakfast each morning with choices of omlette, pancakes etc, they also have bicycles and scooters for you to rent at a reasonable price as these are the best way to get around. Overall I would 100% recommend a couple or small family to stay here. Xem tiếp

The staff were beyond helpful and very friendly. The bungalow was beautiful, new, and clean. It had a large bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great because it is close to town (walking distance) and all the restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good, the day we left they packed us a to go breakfast for the bus since we left at 7am. Would stay here again! Xem tiếp

I stayed 3 days with hello homestay with my husband and 3 years old daughter in August 2019. I can recommend without hesitation tam coc hello homestay to all the people I know that would consider to visit the ninh binh region for following reasons; - very nice and helpful (genuintly) host -good location ( not noisy and close to all the places worth to visit) - very reasonable price -really clean and nice decoration - english and french langage skill of our host not bad (well over average for people in the tourist sector in vietnam)this is not influencing the fact that I consider them nice and helpful because I also speak vietnamese fluently. The only negative point I can think of is that the bed is quite hard (like all the places in vietnam except maybe for 4 and 5 star hotel). Xem tiếp

Everyone is so nice! Breakfast is delicious and they do a really good job setting you up for success in seeing all that Tam Coc has to offer. Only 3 rooms available but this would be my very first choice if I was ever to return. Xem tiếp

I stayed here for only one night. The bed was comfy, location is good. Breakfast is nice. However, they should improve laundry service. I got my laundry and it wasn’t cleaned well and was smelling bad. Overall, it was ok for one night stay. Xem tiếp

Pros: Value for money and near to the food restaurant. Owner is very friendly and helpful and able to communicate well in english and chinese. Prepare the bicycle when request in advance. Facility is consider 4/5 star with the price. Cons: simple breakfast, but a bullet of staple found in the breakfast of the Pho. Xem tiếp

The homestay is very new and clean, nicely decorated with fresh planted flowers around. It was tiring and moody day when we touched down Hanoi all the way to NinhBinh with all the challenges on transport and communication with locals, but all the depression just disappeared when we reached this homestay! Beds were soft, WiFi strong, bicycle and motorcycle rental available, host can speak a little mandarin, service and smile are so great and friendly. It was very pleasant stay, we don’t even feel like leaving on the last day, the breakfast are very filling and tasty as well. Will be back definitely when we visit Ninh Binh the next time. Xem tiếp
