I wanted to stay in a homestay bc hostels were really impersonal. But than I came there and they gave me the introduction twice like a robot bc they forgot my face? Idk. The also forced my to book a bike or dinner super annoying Location is okay but you have to walk over a dark field and I got scared. Also the bathroom door doesn't close so I felt really uncomfortable Don't book busses over them. But they let me check in early and check out late Xem tiếp

I was so disappointed as so many high score reviews. The room is ok, however it has a little bit wire smell, maybe smell of the bamboo and its decoration. Facilities are in good condition. The worse is shared bath room, bad smells, the door’s glass is not good. From the out side, you can see through. Xem tiếp

We were able to check in right after we arrived at 6 am and they let us sleep in and have a great breakfast at 12 although it normally stops being served at 9 am. Nicest family / staff ever! Xem tiếp

I found this place on Agoda and it was indeed an excellent stay. It was walking distance (approx 400m) from the center of Tam Coc (Center of the Town) . Also the family was very welcoming and the Breakfast and meals were superb :). I would recommend this Home-stay for anyone :) It's Awesome !! Xem tiếp

this is just a dorm room not a homestay at all. the room has nothing in it, no tv, or even a night stand or lamp just a bed. the bathrooms are shared, no shampoo just leftover half bars of soap from others. the power cuts out repeatedly. the staff kept asking us to change to a smaller room even though we prepaid for a 2 bed room because they overbooked. didn't clean our room or give us fresh towels. the first thing to greet you when you walk in the homestay is tripping over the uneven stairs to the front desk. We had a problem with our booking in Agoda, as it said we booked for two people but when we arrived the manager told us that we have booked only for one people/one bed. It was Agoda's fault we think and we claimed to stay anyway not paying more. They finally allowed us to stay in one bed, which for us was ok. Although this little problem, the staff was really kind and friendly. We were staying there during TET holidays and they cooked dinner for all guests for free. It was really good! Breakfast was ok and toilets too. However, the dorm room was a bit smelly... Xem tiếp

The home stay hosted by this family in TamCoc was very good. The family unfortunately couldn’t understand too much of English. You might have to use google translate for special requests. The food provided by the family was delicious. If you book a dorm stay or a double room, the bathroom is shared. But very clean and extremely homely. A lot of scooters available on the property to rent. The family is warm and welcoming to all kinds of needs. Coffee, tea and rice wine is available at all times without any costs ;) good location as well. We highly enjoyed the stay here at this bamboo themed stay. Xem tiếp

perfect location for a cave expedition the next days! the room was smelly and the sheet was a bit dirty! The rooster start rooring at 3am wich was really annoyong! the receptionist was really friendly! Xem tiếp

Great location and superb view in Tam Coc with great value for money imo. The bed is large for a shared room hostel. The downside was the lack of lockers in the shared room. Xem tiếp

So myself and a friend had a double room. It smelt a bit funky (like stale smoke) but was super clean.. as were the shared bathrooms. The staff were hilarious and generally amazing. Expect copious amounts of rice wine at the big family dinner as well as good food! Xem tiếp

They had organize "big family dinner" costing 100.000vnd/person but the food isnt good as expected. For me i think next time i will wander around and drop by any restaurant near Tam Coc. There are many restaurants outside with great food and acceptable price. Xem tiếp

This Homestay is one of the best I went in Vietnam. The beds in dorms are very comfortable, facilities are new, hot shower and good pressure. The location is in one of the most beautiful landscape I've seen and the staff at the reception is very kind. Tam Coc is stunning. Highly recommended! Xem tiếp

It is a quiet place to stay, being just located off the main strip, but the owners really make the place. The guy who works reception is very polite and formal. I'm not sure where he learned English but it's kind of funny talking to him. He's always offering tea and asking if there's anything else he can do. The woman who owns the place is amazing and not to be messed with. I was a ill on my last night so she gave me lunch with the family (for free) and then sent me to bed even though I'd already checked out, she told me that she was not a hotel and therefore to get back to bed. Everything is clean and new. The dorms are small and the beds are comfortable. It's was a little cold and damp, but I think that was just the weather. The bathrooms are great too. Xem tiếp

The first meeting was complicated because we booked through agoda and thought we had already paid and they received a booking from booking.com saying we should pay at the hotel... Finally they were right and agoda is very complicated.... after that everything was OK. very good beeakfast, nice peoples, very driendky and efficient. We had a diner with all the guests and with the owner which was very nice with a lot of rice alcool... The hotel is in a very quiet and nice place very close to city center. The only problem we met was with a bike : it was not very good and we had to come back to the hotel by feet after the wheel stayed stucked.... Be careful of this but for the rest, probably one of the best place to stay in Tam Coc Xem tiếp
